Très bon service. J'avais une crevaison et je me suis arrêté à ce garage et ils m'ont pris tout de suite malgré le fait qu'ils étaient très occupés. Je recommande.

J’ai fait affaire avec ce garage parce que mon auto faisait un drôle de bruit/mouvement. Après plusieurs appels/échanges ont m’a fait savoir qu’il était dangereux de reprendre mon véhicule et que je devais changer ma transmission (ce qui était très couteux). Étant donné que ma voiture a dix ans, je n’ai pas voulu débourser le montant demandé, surtout ne connaissant rien, je me suis dit que ma voiture était bonne pour la « scrappe ». Après évaluation chez un autre garage, la transmission n’était pas du tout en cause….

Excellent service. Ils m'ont prêté un pneu le temps de recevoir un nouveau pneu suite à une crevaison.

Pire service! Je ne conseillerais même pas ce garage à mon pire ennemi.
Il y a deux mois, je suis allé faire évaluer mon auto pour un problème de freins que j'avais fait changer là- bas 1 an et demi plus tôt. Ils m'ont appelé pour me dire qu'il devait ABSOLUMENT changer plusieurs pièces parce qu'elles étaient plus bonnes.pour 1500$ J'ai refusé qu'ils les changent pour aller faire réévaluer mon auto à un autre garage. Ils m'ont rappelé pour me dire que finalement ils allaient changer quelques pièces et que ce n'était pas si problématique que ça pour 250$.
une belle bande de crosseurs qui allaient me faire payer beaucoup trop cher pour des pièces supposément <<fini>>.
Ce garage manque vraiment d'honnêteté et de transparence envers ses clients.

Service incroyable. Ils m'ont accomodé pour le changement de pneus de ma remorque à bateau. Ce n'étais pas pour une facture très élevée mais ils m'ont donné un service hors pair

Très mauvais service. A 2 reprises le gérant m’a dit qu’il me rappelerais quand il aurait commandé une piece. Il ne l’a jamais fais alors je l’ai rappelé, même chose il m’a dit qu’il allait me rappeler lorsque la piece aurait été commandé mais a oublié de commander la pièce et de me rappeler pour une deuxième fois.
Lorsque la pièce ai finalement été commandé il avait commandé la mauvaise.
Avec des beaux horaires de banque de 8 a 15: 00 ca pris un mois avant de réparer mon vehicule.

Maintenant je veux changer mes pneus et il me donnent un delais d’un mois et demi, moi qui entrepose mes pneus dans leur entrepôt.

En temps que enceinte employer du centre du pneu radial je peut vous dire que les employée du garage son excellent se qui est de l'office ses autre chose sauf Claudia parlon maintenant de Michel le dictateur il refuse que les employée ecoute de la musique et refuse que les gars parle les employer quitté pas comme ça après des année les problème du garage ses que michel Est rendu fou

I generally don’t give bad reviews because I believe in having positive intentions for every business. Unfortunately, I did not have a pleasant experience with this specific Point S garage.

Where to begin.on October 8th I had called Point S in La Prairie to schedule an appointment for my tires to be changed for the winter season. I was immediately informed that they’re unfortunately not taking anymore appointments. That being said, the receptionist told me that if I bring my car into the garage between 7: 30am and 9: 00am on October 9th and leave my car at the garage for the ENTIRE day, they would be able to install my tires. I agreed and proceeded to give all the requested information for their records as it was going to be my first time at this garage. Now keep in kind, I had to make the necessary arrangements to have someone drive me to and from the garage. The receptionist at the garage said they will get to my car as soon as they have someone available to do my tires and that they will call me on the phone number provided once completed.

NOW! 3: 30PM strolls along and I have yet to receive a call and the garage closes at 6: 00PM. I give the garage a call and I ask them if my car is ready and the receptionist says “no sir, not yet but we shall do it soon and we will call you as soon as your car is ready. ” Ok great!

Now it’s 5: 40PM and I still haven’t received a call. I ask for a lift to the garage and to my surprise (not surprised all all btw) my car WASN’T even looked at! Now I get it, garages become busy especially at this time of year and there are a lot of customers wanting to have their cars serviced. But come on! Don’t take cars if you know you won’t have time to even do a simple tire change. The man who I believed to be the manager at this establishment asked me if I had an appointment and I said that I called and was told that if I bring my car in between 7: 30am and 9: 00 my tires would be done and he went on to say that there is and I quote “no guarantee that we would do them! ”

First Off, if I had known that would be the case then I wouldn’t have wasted my time making arrangements for lifts and moving my schedule around to MAYBE have my tires changed. It’s an absolute joke.

Now the worst part about this story, it was 5: 40 when I showed up at the garage. The garage closes at 6: 00pm, so what? Were they not going to even call me to tell me to pick up my car? Or were they just going to keep my car overnight? Lol anyway, I was super annoyed but what are you going to do about it? They clearly don’t pride themselves on service. I shall not be returning to this garage.

In the end, immediately upon leaving Point S I called Canadian Tire in DIX 30 and was able to make an appointment for October 10th at 2: 00PM. I arrived at Canadian tire, they took my car right away and changed my tires in 25 minutes! Now that’s service. The end, hopefully my experience here will help others not make the same mistake I made.

If i can rate below zero i would.

I went to this place because i had a flat tire that needed to be changed during July 2019. I discovered that they gave me back another tire lock for somebody else and not for my Mercedes Benz. Unfortunately i knew about it now when im changing to winter tires. What if i had to change my tire in a highway? It would have been impossible with this lock they gave me. I called them to see whats their answer and they said come back and they will try to find it for me. What a waste of money, time and effort.
End of story i ordered a new lock from Mercedes Benz and had to pay $80 for that. Ill make them pay the bill or probably sue them in the consumer protection. Dont GO to this place. AVOID it by ALL means.

EXCELLENT SERVICE pour la réparation de crevaison. J'en avais pas l'outil (la clé barrure) pour enlever le pneu car le dealer où j'ai acheté mon véhicule a oublié de me la donner, le monsieur chez Point S était très gentil et il a trouvé la clé pour enlever le pneu. Je lui ai demandé d'enlever les 4 boulons serrures pour mettre les boulons normaux. Fiou! Merci Point S! Je suis le client de l'Ontario lol.

Efficiace et surtout ne propose pas de changer des choses inutiles pour se faire de l'argent. A recommander.

Excellent service à un prix très raisonnable. Le personnel de la réception et les mécaniciens étaient sympathiques et courtois. Je reviendrais ici!
