After suffering a stroke in December, my mother received the best care at Richardson. The 3rd floor staff and nursing team was amazing, they treated Mom with compassion and kindness, always with a smile and words of encouragement.
The therapists, occupational, physiotherapists and language pathologists, went above and beyond with Mom. They worked with her with patience, kindness and respect. The speech pathologists gave Mom back the gift of communication.
You have all given our family the gift of support, understanding and encouragement.

If i could give it 0 stars i would. Worst care ever! The pab’s sit around and do nothing, refuse to help my mother in law but then say she’s not allowed to get up by herself. And multiple times have left her in pee/feces covered clothing stating their shift was over and couldn’t help her.dispicable! Do better CIUSS west central
