HORRIBLE! I brought my dog here to try out a new place and it was not what I expected at all. When I came to pick him up, he had bald spots all over his body. They then told me he had to come already brushed but they didn’t advise me beforehand. The lady then asked me to give her the 70$ for the cut… WHICH WAS NOT EVEN DONE PROPERLY? They should’ve not have even tried to cut him if they felt/saw tangles in his fur and called me to come get him instead of me paying 70$ for my dog to look homeless. If there was an option to give no stars, I would’ve. Worst service ever! DONT GO HERE!

Great experience and the staff is very friendly. Highly recommend this place. Very clean environment and well maintained.

The staff is helpful, polite, and very well knowledgeable. The person that did my training sessio Katrine is amazing and very helpful with tricks for your dogs training. I would encourage everyone that has a new dog to go.

Great place to put your dog for boarding and day care! Will be trying their grooming soon!

If you are someone who has anxiety like me, leaving your dog when you’re away, or just for the day, this is the place that will make you forget what anxiety is.
I struggled to find the right place for my dog 3 months prior to leaving on vacation and luckily came across Centre Pucci, went to visit the place which is beautiful, clean and smells amazing. The employees there are literal angels, so patient, respectful, and helpful. The owner Ernesto, I’ve never seen such an amazing man who you can see LOVES what he does. He took my dog in for boarding for 2 weeks, and I’ve never felt so relieved as I did knowing she’s in his hands. This is my Lunas second home. I brought her in for daycare a week after I got back & she seemed to have been more excited to see Ernesto & the employees more than she was to see me when I got back. The way she lit up and got excited when she got there was beyond words can explain. I will never look elsewhere, this is the best place you can leave your dog, knowing they’re being very well taken care of. So so so grateful and thankful to have found this place.

What an incredible experience! As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the friendliest people. It turns out the staff is all trained at the SPCA.
Massive rooms for play and training. Plenty of room for dogs to run and jump.
A wonderful smelling and super clean “Calm” room where dogs can rest.
The grooming station is modern and clean. Layla the groomer is so lovely. She greeted my dog with patience and kindness.
The owner Ernesto is so passionate about all things canine and it shows in this place. The food he sells is high quality- no filler or garbage. This is such a wonderful discovery!

The care the staff puts into every customer is incredible. Amazing service- I trust them with my dog any day of the week. Also their products are only sourced from suppliers that the owner visited first-hand. Who else does that? ! They are unreasonably better than any other chain pet-supply store.

My first time at Centre Pucci and we tried the toilettage service. My 8 year old pug has anxiety and they were aware of it and could not cut his nails nor dry him. We left the Centre Pucci with a damp dog which smells and his front nails were not trimmed and we were charged full price for 1/2 service. (By the way, my wife had to help them trim his back nails and could not do the front nails, and they were two people!?) I believe they have inexperience personnel. This place believes in behavioural however if your dog has anxiety, you will not get full service.

Very disappointed in their service and I would not recommend the toilettage service if your dog has anxiety!

Brought our 13 month old Staffie in for grooming. We were instantly greeted with smiles & felt welcome! Ernesto & the team were super informative on everything from grooming to diet & treats. Izzy had a great time! Can’t wait to try their other services.

Centre Pucci is your one stop shop for all your dog’s needs and what I love most is the daycare service. The caretakers are skilled trainers and can handle a large group of dogs with ease, confidence and expertise. My dog learned to properly socialize with other dogs and even learned new commands. The premises are immaculate, the staff is knowledgeable and passionate about dogs and I definitely recommend Centre Pucci to any dog owner looking for the very best services for their pet.

Super clean and not smelly. Service is excellent and friendly. This is the only place you should take your dog. They take care if them as if they are their own pets.

The customer service at Centre Pucci is fantastic. Very helpful and sweet staff. My dogs loved going there and I got everything I needed and more. We will be regular customers from now on!
