This was the best experience I ever had with a mechanic garage, ever.
The phone service, front desk service, and time frame they got the job done was exceptionally great, even though they were currently missing two of their mechanics (kudos to the mechanics for toughing it out).
The overall air of professionalism was quite immersive.
This is a gem of a shop, and I would recommend it to anyone that requires the services they provide, even just after my first visit.

Earlier today I brought my vehicle in for what I thought was scheduled for today, but it was actually for tomorrow. I apologized for my oversight, and said that I would come back tomorrow. Instead, the person quickly replied that if I had the option of leaving my vehicle there for the day that they likely would be able to work on it.

Short story-long, they did everything in the same day.
(it wasn't a super-large amount of work to do, but significant)
And I was provided updates by telephone at every important step to make sure I understood and if I was willing to accept the recommendations or not.

I had a rare issue with my suspension, that doesn't usually happen with any regular city driving vehicles, and it was explained to me very simply, and I was not pressured or deceived at all to make a decision, since it was not an urgent issue, but reasonably important.
I can't say that I have never been pressured before by any other businesses, or been improperly influenced, or had terrible service, and CTGL easily demonstrates that they want you to receive the best value.

They are real with you, very professional, almost obscenely courteous, and I would love to be a permanent client of theirs if that's they way they are.

Le répartiteur en mets trop. On n'entends que lui pendant qu'on patiente pour notre voiture. Ah monsieur, votre francais est tres bon. Ah monsieur, votre epouse est charmante. Trop de bla bla. D'ailleurs, plus d'une heure de retard.

Très bon endroit pour l'entretien de son véhicule. Ne proposent pas de réparation à non nécessaires. Très bon service.

Bonjour, j’adore votre garage et service, moi et ma femme font affaire avec vous depuis plusieurs années. Par contre, je trouve cela très dommage que vous offrez plus le service d’installation de pneu à partir de juillet 2024. Cela était pour nous d’avoirs une petite inspection et de penser à notre entretien du véhicule, changement d’huile, bougie etc… svp reconsidéré votre décision.

Service impeccable, employés souriants. Ils ont le petit plus qui te donne le goût d'y retourner, vraiment les meilleurs! C'est beau de voir une entreprise aussi bien gérée. Toutes mes félicitations!

Ça fait plusieurs années que je vais chez Gaetan et Marc Leroux.
Le service à la clientèle est exceptionnel. L'accueil est toujours chaleureux et les prix sont très bons.

C'est notre garage depuis des années. Ils sont dignes de confiance. Je les recommande sans hésiter.
