Service médiocre: j’ai appelé plusieurs fois et je n’ai jamais eu de retour d’appel… même après avoir parlé avec quelqu’un qui m’a dit qu’elle me rappellerait avec l’information.

Have a very big variety of good tiles for most house parts and outdoors. The staff is very helpful and professional. They assist you in your needs. Check for the liquidation section where u can find very good deals!

Trying to do a simple return of an unopened box of tiles. Repeception sent me to the warehouse, where I waited with other customers, who were usually served fairly quickly (not doing a return like me). After around 20 minutes, I asked someone and they finally took my box and receipt. 15 minutes later, they sent me back to reception to wait for my name to be called (another 10 min). I'm happy that I could do the return, but the experience was not good.

En fait ce serait 4.5 étoile. J'aime vraiment le centre centura pour tous les outils qui sont relié au carrelage. Le rapport qualité-prix est est toujours très intéressant alors quand on est obligé d'acheter quelque chose maintenant et qu'on a pas le temps de magasiner c'est probablement le meilleur endroit. Il y a aussi un plancher impressionnant de sélection de tuiles

Je suis designer et j'adore leurs choix, salle de montre et qualité des produits. Isabelle donne un excellent service.

Great sales and selection. The worst customer service, shipped us 4 sheets less than the order, then shipped the wrong tiles, then wouldn't take them back, " because they went into liquidation". Save yourself some time and aggravation, go anywhere else!

I purchased my ceramic tiles for the kitchen. Isabelle was very helpful and professional. She took her time to make recommendations on several designs and options. The staff at the warehouse were super friendly when I picked up the tiles.

I had great service when I bought my heated floors in 2018.
I had great service when I bought my marble backsplash back in August 2021.
But if you have a problem after purchase, good luck getting any support.

I was told that my (very expensive) marble backsplash would not change color if I do the proper maintenance. I followed exactly what was suggested to me as Centura hires professionals, so they obviously know more than me.

I contacted Centura in mid February with pictures of the stained backsplash and was told they would look into it and get back to me. Long story short, it took from mid February until May 11 to finally get someone to look into my situation. The representative that sold me the stone (Chloe) would never keep me up to date on her end as to why it was taking long for a solution. I would be the one calling her all the time about what was going on. Today, the technical manager finally came to see the backsplash and try to remove the stain because my last phone call with Chloe last week was not a nice one. I'm glad we are taken seriously now as we are dealing with someone else but it shouldn't have taken this long, and my worry is that the stain has seeped into the stone as it is a lot darker now than when I contacted Centura back in February. Chloe needs to work on keeping her customers up to date as I'm sure I've been a thorn to her these past couple of months (only because she wasn't doing her job!). Unfortunately, the stain is not 100% gone after today's visit, and Centura will be contacting the manufacturer directly to see what else can be done. Replacing it was suggested, but it is not an ideal solution as it can happen again. I was told that they will contact us in the next couple of weeks once they speak to the manufacturer. It's no longer in Chloe's hands, but I'm still upset over how long it has taken Centura to take us seriously as clients.

So my 2/5 is for the representative's unwillingness of contacting her clients and keeping them up to date when there is a problem. Centura is a distributer so it's normal they now need to go back to the manufacturer to find out what's going on, but it shouldn't have taken this long.

Many quality products useful in construction. Nice employees, always there to help. I am looking for a long time a place like this

I have two major concerns with my purchase:

1. They grossly overestimated the amount of floor tiles our small kitchen needed. They made us purchase 9 boxes and we only used 6. At $40 per floor tile, I believe even accounting for some "perte" it's a mistake.
2. My fiance called within the return period (30 days) to ask if we could return 2 of the 3 boxes of tiles leftover a few days after the return period. The person advised that they would get back to us and speak to their manager. We NEVER received a call back that day or the following days. We assumed that it would be okay but when we called 2 days after the 30 days was up, but we were told that there is no more stock of that tile and the period has passed. This would have been okay if my fiance wasn't promised a call back.

This was frustrating and unprofessional.

I had a great experience; I was assisted right away I was able to borrow the samples (with a deposit)! I was given great suggestions… The staff is knowledgeable about the collections and their products!

Great selection, quality tiles and advice when choosing.
Unfortunately, the customer service afterwards is not good. Delivery costs $150 and the delivery guy basically dropped everything at the edge of the driveway, leaving us to move hundreds of pounds of material inside ourselves.
Pick up is no better - everyone seemed annoyed at us. We were given conflicting instructions on what to do, and were essentially scolded by two seperate employees during the process.

I regret buy my ceramic here, if you buy from liquidation section, you don't take chance to buy exact amount of square feet since it may get out of stock, so you buy 10-20% more, and you can not return the extra even it still in box. So think about it carefully before decide to pay for it.

Jai eu plusieur bonne expérience avec eux, par contre leur proces de remboursement est tres mauvais. Jai du attendre 1h* pour me faire rembourser une boite de tuile.

Call the tools department and be sure that they ll keep you waiting for 15 minutes at least. M9re than this and once you are in the store, just be patient, the waiting time is not less than 45 minutes to get your order. (for few moldings and some other stuff, had to sit in front of the cashier for an hour).

Grate place for construction guys, who is professionally engaged in tile installation and other types of construction work

Flooring, walls, ceiling, indoor and outdoor.

Porcelains, ceramic, stone, you name it.

They're very welcoming and ready to help with a plethora of salespeople at hand. I do recommend you make an appointment there for someone in particular you want to speak with.

With water cappuccino coffee whatever you'd like when you walk in their very welcoming. It's a great place to choose colours and textures because there is an abundance of natural light in the space.

It's a massive space and very inspiring to work within.

Mon magasin d'accessoires pour le travail du béton 4.6, Malheureusement le seul irritant majeur c'est le traffic et votre positionnement géographique sinon le personnel est très accueillant, la circulaire électronique est très pertinente (À quand le catalogue électronique?), attirer le client par internet est la norme maintenant sinon c'est un représentant qui doit ce promener de chantier en chantier pour faire connaître votre entreprise et rester en contact avec les carreleurs et les cimentiers

Très belle expérience d’accompagnement avec Isabelle Léveillé, conseillère designer chez Centura. Le choix est varié, pour tous les goûts et les budgets. Mme Léveillé a su me guider sur le choix de mon plancher tout en me suggérant les teintes pour les murs.

Belle compagnie, très efficace! Beaucoup de produits disponible et très bon service rapide et courtois. Nous sommes heureux, en tant que détaillant, de faire affaire avec cette magnifique compagnie!
