The place was filthy! I wish I took pictures of the floor. The amount of garbage and trash and dust was unbelievable.
We like frequenting this place as it is across the road from Gyu-Kaku - our go to Japanese BBQ franchise location in Montréal.
Additionally, the Chinese girl working the counter barely spoke English or French.
Everything was fine until she forgot to add the tapioca to our teas and when she was asked to fix her mistake, she made faces and cursed in Chinese. Very unacceptable. She thought we were unaware of that expression. It was around 9: 45pm and it was not worth picking a fight over this behavior.
The tea was nothing great and we are never coming back here again for sure.
It seems that the owners have abandoned this establishment.

35$ for two milk tea

1 étoile et je suis gentille, ne parle pas anglais ni français galère à commander la boisson m’a donner mal au ventre et à ma famille, on a beau avoir dit au revoir plusieurs fois on n’a rien eu en retour selon moi à éviter.

It's a good place in the heart of busy downtown Montreal. The Matcha is bomb! Service is good and quick. I also like the interior design of the store, very good for those who are into social media posting.

The oolong milk tea is delicious, but I think the tea is a bit too light. I ordered it for a friend and he thought it was milk Taozhi Yaoyao Lactobacillus is a bit sweet, but I like lactobacilli very much and can accept it. It feels like 30% sugar. It cannot be reduced any further. I hope I can have Thai milk tea in the future, I’m crazy about Thai food lately

Worst milk tea ever.it taste like milk. How can you call this milk tea? Anyways not coming back again to try the other drinks.

Very friendly stuff, but wired taste: (. Ordered a peach Oolong milk tea with sago today, the milk tea itself is very thick, not smooth, cannot taste Oolong tea, its more like protein powder, and there is peach crumbs at the bottom, its taste really wired, it is very sour and artificial sweet, really bring the drink to another whole wired level, the sage on the other hand is good. I am very disappointed, sorry to say but the Xiang Piaopiao (香飘飘）which sold on the supermarket shelf is much better than this. I am not sure If I will come back to try another drink, I wouldn’t recommend you to try the peach Oolong milk tea for sure. I love almost all the BBT in general, Sincerely hope the owner can adjust the receipt for this drink:).

I come here often for bubble tea. The staff are very polite and friendly. They always recognize me and sometimes give me little presents like re-usable tea cups and a cloth bag. Tonight I passed by late because I hadn't checked the time before I walked in, and even though they were closing up, they still served me. They said it was because I'm a frequent customer. I felt like that was very good customer care of the sort that we don't see very often, anymore.
Their matcha tea with cake foam is delicious, and adding fresh taro root to that makes it a very tasty dessert. I haven't seen another bubble tea place with cake foam or that makes mashed taro like they do. Their mashed taro root is really soft, mildly sweet and a bit nutty. Adding that to tea makes it feel like a snack. It's like a comfort food, and taro root is actually quite healthy to eat. They make their mashed taro with fresh ingredients, from scratch, throughout the day. They always make my matcha a bit stronger when I ask for it, and I appreciate that.
It seems like they are always out of stock of the Dancong tea, but I would like to try that. I've heard that it's a very flavourful tea, and I don't think any other store offers it here, so that is something to look forward to.
Their fruit teas are good, but not exceptional. I feel like there is a bit of work to be done there to increase the flavour and texture complexity. They're a very innovative company, so I expect this to improve with time. I think that adding some floral notes (maybe flower tea, like a floral jasmine tea?) and leaving the fruit a little bit more chunky would make them more delicious. They are quite refreshing, though. I would probably appreciate them a lot more in the summer because that's the time when you just want something simple and fresh.
Oh, and they also have mochi tea, which is really interesting. It's like a super-gooey, tea-cream, pudding dessert. I hope they will create more flavours that use the gooey texture of the mochi balls. Maybe it would go well with a creamy fruit slush or custard flavour.
Overall, I recommend the place. It's a bit out of sight because it's not on the main street, but the innovative texture and flavour combinations make it worth a visit.

It has been a while since I first tried Dancong Oolong at ITS TEA, but I have been smitten with it ever since.
As a bubble tea lover, I can say that this is the best lemon tea drink I have ever had. The tea flavor of this lemon tea is very strong and you can taste the fresh lemon pulp. Love it so much.

Their drinks are so good! As a bubble tea enthusiast, this place offers the best drinks out of all places I tried in north shores, south shores and Montreal. They are slow at making drinks so a bit of wait time.

Waited more than an hour for 2 drinks. 2 drinks that aren't those I ordered.
I initially wanted the pearl cake mousse, no more pearls, ok fine it's almost 9pm and they close at 10: 30pm. Then I ordered the matcha taro storm and fresh lemon yakult with jelly instead.
As I entered, I was the first one to order and there were 4 small groups of people waiting. There was 5-6 people behind the counter working. I was telling myself that the wait shouldn't be too bad.
Fast forward 20 minutes, the person calls for order 112, but I heard 111 so I went there. It was to tell the person that there's no more taro. I was so happy I had the last taro! And that I should be getting my drink soon. Another 30 minutes later, order 112's drinks are ready but not mine? I go ask the person, my order is no where to be found. At this point, there is no more taro. So he offered me another drink.ok whatever, just give me whatever so I can leave already. Another 20 minutes, brings me 1 drink only. Where's my other drink? Another 20 minutes later, I get my lemon yakult with my topping missing. Did not bother telling them to fix it.
As of the drinks, lychee peach green tea, very diluted. The lemon yakult is good, but nothing more. The person who served me was very polite, but things seemed very disorganized behind the counter. It's soft opening, so hopefully it gets better?

I would give them some benefits of the doubt since they're new. So far the taste has been decent but it's a bit of a wait

Went here twice and the drinks are amazing. However, there’s still a lot of space for improvement. Maybe it’s because they just open and needed more training & familiarizing with the system. Good luck and would recommend to my other friends!

I've been to countless BBT shops opening but this one is probably at the bottom of the list.
Went there on their opening day; didn't look too busy, waited 10 minutes in line before I was told that we need to come back in 30 minutes to order as they were too busy. Upon return, we were told that they're taking an hour break. While I can understand this can happen; at least inform your customers or put on a sign so they don't waste their time. We just left at that point.
We decided to give them another chance the following day; perhaps it was just lack of resource, ingredients, workers, etc.but the experience was not any better. Despite barely lineup, drinks took over 50 minutes (four seasons milk tea) and it didn't even taste like tea; just creamer and heavy sugar even with half sugar optioned. Perhaps they will improve over time but this is not the first impression you want to give considering all the competition in that area.

J’ai passé une commande sur place depuis l’ouverture et j’ai attendu pendant deux heures puis je suis allée leur demander l’état de ma commande parce que ça prenais une éternité et c’est là qu’ils m’ont annoncé qu’ils l’ont annulé (sans me prévenir)! J’ai perdu tout ce temps pour rien. Au moins prévenez!
