My recent stay was absolutely delighting. The room was tastefully decorated, offering both comfort and style. The bed was incredibly cozy, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and the amenities provided added a touch of luxury to my stay.
The hotel's central location made it convenient to explore the city's attractions, and the friendly staff was always ready with helpful recommendations. What truly stood out was the staff's warmth and professionalism. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, and their genuine hospitality made me feel right at home.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay and it was nothing short of excellent. I recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable and comfortable gateway.
When I got there in person they said they had three or four rooms available. When I asked if I got a discount for being a CAA member they said no. They said if I booked through CAA or Expedia I would get a discount. So I got in my phone right away and tried to book through Expedia and they said there were no rooms available. However the receptionist said they had three.
Situé à proximité du centre ville de Montréal cet hôtel est parfaitement situé pour avoir la tranquillité sans être trop loin de la ville. La literie est très confortable et les lits sont grands pour 2 personnes. Je recommande.
In two words: BED BUGS! I noticed them within minutes of arriving and immediately requested a refund. I was told that a refund would be approved but that I had to go through Expedia to obtain it since the room had been booked through them. When Expedia contacted the hotel manager to confirm the refund he refused claiming that they did not see any bed bugs in the room! This place is a DIVE! STAY AWAY!
I was hoping to stay here to get some sleep before an early flight out of YUL. The room looked old but serviceable. But the scary angry man yelling outside the hotel kept me awake past midnight (the AC was loud so I couldn't tell what he was saying, but it wasn't good). The slamming doors at 12: 30am didn't help. Then, finally, I looked down and saw this lovely little bedbug on the bedspread (photo attached). I was NOT STAYING. They still charged me for the 4 miserable hours I'd spent there. Instead I spent the hours of 2-4: 30am in the relative safety of my rental car in the airport parking lot. One of my top five worst nights ever. Do not recommend.
Very dissapointed with this hotel. 250$ with black mold in the shower and tub. We got there and cops every where. 2 cops garding a room 2 Doors down. Crime scene. We asked for our money back and no manager on site for 2 weeks. We didnt even stay 5 minutes. We didnt feel safe. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL. WAY BETTER HOTELS IN MONTRÉAL FOR BETTER PRICE AND ROOM.
We are from Ontario and travel to Quebec. We booked a two queen size beds room, there were tons of problems with the room.
First there are stains on the table and toilet. They helped us switched to another room, but it’s as dirty as the first room, they need to asked the cleaner to do cleaning again.
Besides the stains, the washroom is unimaginably small, I can even find a place to put my makeups; no fans; the bath tub sewer is block up, the water is going down pretty slow, I showed for 20mins I stoped 3 times to wait for the water to go down; hair dryer is also not working, when I turn the dryer on there were smoke coming out of it. The air conditioner is very loud, couldn’t get to sleep during night time.
The worst room I ever stay during traveling.
Originally we booked two nights, but since the room was very bad, we decided to stay only one night, and we talked to the hotel front desk to cancel one night and check out early. What the front desk told us is that they will refund us the one night money, today we called them for refund they denied the refund. They are not trustworthy, choose other hotels if you want better experiences.
Whoever is looking at photos and thinking this is a good hotel. THIS IS NOT A HOTEL. It's a MOTEL at best. I have never stayed anything, so run down. This place is 10000% scam. It's a MOTEL with a hotel pricetag. The amenities are bad, and the shampoo and conditioner were handfilled and hand packed. The bedsheets had lint on them. They charged for water. The breakfast was very basic with limited choices. We asked for room cleaning and still came back to a dirty room.
Not what it's cut out to be, the service is not that good, would only recommend if your in a pinch. There was a power outage, for 18hours, no emergency lights, total darkness in hallways, no offer of rebate, no emergency lights in the rooms. They are unprepared for a delima.
Stayed one night after attending the Formula 1 weekend. I had a nice stay and can't complain. The location is close to the airport and the rooms were clean enough for me. I didn't eat the breakfast there but Eggsfrutti nearby was excellent. The prices were reasonable (considering everything else in Montreal was either fully booked or inflated). Would recommend if flying out of Montreal.
The room was spacious and clean. The air conditioning worked. Unfortunately, at times the bathroom smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke, which was obviously coming through the ventilation somewhere. The room service had cleaned the bathroom and laid out new towels, but unfortunately they had forgotten to make the beds. The coffee machine worked, but unfortunately it only served decaffeinated coffee. Loud music was playing in the next room until after 10 p.m.
I stayed here for 2 days, there were pros and cons:
- The room that i booked did not have the exhaust working and the staff asked me to adjust with it. I booked the suite room so it had a open bathroom concept so when u bathe the entire room is of steam since the exhaust isn’t working
- They said they have breakfast and the breakfast was just cakes and a bottle of water, i can never have just sweet for my breakfast so hated that
- The room was good with good furniture and good interiors
- The room i booked had a spa bath but the tub was so dirty, looks like no one cleans.
- Room service came on day 2 and cleaned the room except for the tub it still had dirt
For a good night sleep, clean, roomy, very economic. On the negative side, the door to the rooms it doesn't lock properly, anyone can get inside. And they are not responsible for the vehicles in their parking lot
