This Garage is an absolute Joke. Mr Jolyn, the head of the service department, is the clown in chief. He will lie and put the blame on you, anything to avoid taking responsibility. My car has been at the garage for 1 month now, and they still haven’t started fixing anything. So incomptenent, but most of the blame
goes to Mr. Jolyn for being absolutely useless. Get this- not only does he not do his job, but he will also deviate the blame if you point out how horrible the service is. He will put the blame on the client, claim that you got a call from someone when you didn’t. He claimed that the insurance guy had called me to ask me questions and when I spoke with the insurance guy, he assured me that it was Mr. Joly’s job to ask me those questions, and the at he did not call me. So not only did Mr. Jolyn not send me the information that was needed, he also lied to me to try and avoid the blame. My car has now been there for 1 month, and these useless place hasn’t even started working on it. It is the last time I will ever bring my car here. Disgusting. Avoid at all costs, trust me.

Pire concessionnaire ever!
Mauvais service à la clientèle, réparation peu fiable même sur véhicule sous garantie, surcharge supplémentaire pour aucune bonne raison et sans aviser. Véhicule retourné dans un état plus dégradé qu’au départ (autant physique que mécanique/électrique).

Évitez ce concessionnaire à tout prix
Le gestionnaire du service est extrêmement incompétent. Ils ont eu mon camion 4semaine pour un changement d'huile et changer mon antenne de radio. La radio na pas été réparé le changement dhuile je ne sais pas je l'ai donc fait refaire chez un autre concessionnaire. Il ont eu le temps parcontre de brisé ma taile gate meme si il navaient pas a y toucher!
En plus de me faire parler comme un moin que rien par le gestionnaire. Il ne retourne aucun appel.

J'ai eu une très belle expérience avec Jolin au département du service. Il était très polie et actif. Il m'a aidé avec ma demande. Merci beaucoup Jolin.

Ce garage cumule les fautes:
- Une réparation mal faite
- Des pièces changées pour rien
- Un test routier qui n'a pas été effectué avant la resitution du véhicule et qui a mis en péril la sécurité du conducteur et des passagers
- Un coût pour les travaux effectués supérieur à celui annnoncé ce qui contrevient à la loi sur la protection du consommateur, article 171,172 et 178
- le refus de restituer l'ancienne pièce contrairement à la volonté du client ce qui contrevient à la loi sur la protection du consommateur, article 175.
- le refus de vérifier la réparation effectué pour tenter de résoudre le problème

finalement l'obligation pour moi d'aller me rendre dans un autre garage pour confirmer, documents à l'appui, que la réparation avait bel et bien été mal faite ce qui avait pour conséquence d'avoir désactivé l'aide à l'antipanage en plein hiver.

Et, malgré cette accumulation de faits et pour couronner le tout, l'impossibilité de trouver un arrangement amiable équitable ce qui aurait été bien mieux que de devoir aller en justice.

Je suis allée la bas pour faire réparer un problème de boîte à fusibles sur mon dodge.
1000$ plus tard, aucune réparation n’avait été faite et même le problème était devenu pire.

A noter que le problème avait eu lieu dans le passé et d’autres garagistes indépendants avaient réussi à faire une réparation pour moins de 200$….

Les employés étaient complètement fermés à mes commentaires sur le problème, car on m’avait expliqué comment il avait été résolu dans le passé.

J’ai essayé d’y retourner pour faire vérifier la réparation car après mon passage chez eux la voiture ne démarrait tout simplement plus…. Ils ont absolument refuser de regarder mon problème gratuitement (rappelons que j’avais déjà été facturée 1000$ pour avoir une voiture pire) et l’employé a l’accueil était tout simplement odieux, répétait comme un robot les mêmes arguments sans du tout prendre en considération mes réponses, bref je parlais à un mur.

Pour 1000$ dans le vent que j’avais payé sans faire de drame je trouve que ça fait mal.

Comment dire que je n’y retournerais jamais.

Pire service ever, la fille à la réception est sur son cell elle te dit même pas bonjour. Les vendeurs se cachent en arrière. Too bad pour eux, une belle vente $$$ $$$ de perdu.

I bought my Jeep Wrangler in this dealer a month back. I discovered they are cheating on the finance deal. The first deal showing the rebate from the government is $7,500 and i had this deal. They said if the car arrived before end of June I’ll get more $3,000. Then the car arrived on June 28 when i receive it i discovered i paid more on bi-weekly. They said that offer dosent include some other offer. The salesman over there is not a professional guy. He must be in other department not in sales. When i received the car i asked him about winter Matt. He said ok, when i received the key, he said no it is not include. I don’t recommend this dealer at all.

I booked an appointment to test drive à Jeep Wrangler and to purchase.

I showed up up and they tell me there is no car to test drive because they sold it two days ago.

They don’t respect peoples time. They should have called to cancel my appointment.

They didn’t even apologize.

I came in to get a new resistor for my radiator fan and was given a bogus part number on a post-it (see photo). I looked it up from home and the right part number is "68048545AA". The prices for parts are also very high for such disservice.

Funny how the supervisors never respond to a bad cut i guess if i complain with a 5star rating it might get a like or a thanks!

Totally satisfied with the service for my winter tire change to summer wheels also oil change and a car wash. Over all I am totally satisfied with the purchase of my Jeep Compass 2022. I am recommend Champlain Dodge Chrysler Verdun to friends and family.

Plus d’une semaine que j’essaye de les contacter (via le site internet, appels, SMS) pour avoir un service sur mon véhicule et aucun retour… À mon avis ils sont là pour vendre des véhicules et rien d’autre.

Had a verbal deal with the salesman on the weekend on a car to includes summer tires. Came for a second visit on a Tuesday to fully check the car and test drove it. Loved the car and started negotiating I ended up speaking to the manager that threw his weekend salesman under the bus, withdraw the tires verbal deal and rudely said won’t discount any penny or offer anything he can leave the car out there and someone will come and buy it. Offering only used tires from the container in the back (according to him). I felt very Unwelcomed on the last visit although I was hardly trying to find a middle ground to close the deal. Was very rude and has zero communication skills with clients!

Update after their reply: I bought a Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk elite from rive-sud dealer the week after. I Was over satisfied with rice-sud and thank you Antione for your reply, but I don’t feel going back again or recommend it.

They try to charge you even if you are under warranty. I have a video and I am working with consumer protection at the moment. They also do not offer lender cars but other jeep service centers do.

Very impressed by the efficiency and professionalism of Anthony and Fony for the service and delivery of my new GC Trailhawk. Highly recommended.

Shows car on website but not there went there for nothing after we called in the day they said "yes pass by" we got there asked the salesmen about the q90 which is a genesis he answered your coming for the charger, I said to my son let's get out of here.no professionalism.

Been going to this dealership for nearly 20 years. Many physical changes have happened over the years but same old friendly and helpful staff. Have had three cars getting regular service here and now just purchased a 2021 Trackhawk from the sales team. Recommend this dealer.

Acheter mon auto usagé, un Kia Sorento SX 2016. Là bas, j'AI été bien servie par Antonio.

Malheureusement, j'ai eu un problème avec mon toit panoramique le lendemain de mon achat.
Ils ont essayé de le réparer, mais après 2 essaies de leur part sans résultat, j'ai due aller aux concessionnaire Kia qui m'a charger des frais de +/- 150$. Et le propriétaire avait dit à mon vendeur qu'il rembourserai, et juste après que je lui ait envoyé la preuve de paiement pour le remboursement. Il m'a ignorer.
Plus de réponses, ni courriel, ni téléphone rien.

La parole d'une personne est importante. La sienne ne semble pas valoir - de 150$.

Finalmente après avoir reparlé avec un le nouveau directeur des ventes. Il a envoyé le chèque. Mais sa aura pris 4 mois.

A part ce petit problème. Rien a dire de négatif

Mon garage depuis un bon moment. Service toujours très agréable et de bon conseil. Peuvent stocker vos pneus si c’est trop petit chez vous!

Je le recommende fortement! Équipe humaine qui prend le temps avec les clients. Mon coup de coeur Claude Matton un employé dynamique, chaleureux, souriant et a un bon sense de l'humour.

1 year ago i had a problem with my front differential that caught on fire wile driving. They told me it is not insured. So because of that it took me several month before asking to fix it. My Jeep Wrangler stayed in there parking for a few month.during those month, my gas cap got stolen and my antenna as well. I contacted them to let them know about it but didn't do anything.when i had the chance to repair the front differential and ask for what are the repairs they showed me a paper that was only understandable by mechanics. To me i looked okay that they where to replace the front differential. But to my surprise they replace the back in stead. Since then i am driving a jeep wrangler 2017 that has only 2 wheels drive. I have wasted 4000.00$ and more on a repair that i did not wanted. Now i don't know where to go or what to do. My dream car is now my nightmare.

Staff friendly knowledgeable, dropped my vehicle for service was ready as promised. Received details about repair done all was taken care of as promised. Excellent setvice

Very professional and well mannered staff. They took good care of my jeep and even loaned me a courtesy car for the whole process (About two weeks due to parts needing to be ordered), which made the whole experience much better that it didn’t affect my travelling for work.

The rep at the service counter and the mechanic that work on my jeep patriot 2010 understood that I live more than 1000 km north of the closest dealer. They did a complete inspection and changed all that was needed. They offered me options to save when it came to the front suspension. Was vary satisfied.

Circled around a Grand Cherokee on the showroom floor for over 5 minutes. Opened the trunk and doors a few times - still nothing.

Went outside and walked around the lot looking at all the Grand Cherokee - nada.

Glad all the sales guys were nice and warm while joking around in the office the entire time I was there.
