I recently had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional customer service from Champs, and I couldn't be more impressed. Now I’m not one to often share my experiences but this product from this brand has gone beyond impressive numerous times. Let me say I’ve put their product to the test in some not so savoury countries and not a single scratch. Ive been a Champs luggage guy for a few years now but now it’s for life. Kudos guys
