Amazing food, best indian on the corner and in montreal.
It sometime is inconsistent but 8 times out of 10 it’s delicious with 2 out of 10 with it just being good.

So it’s either delicious or good!

If you dine in it’s byob.

It does get really packed on fridays and saturdays so go in early! Because you’ll have to wait.

I normally dont write reviews but I had to do warn people about this place, the food is horrendous, portions are terribly little and price is wayy too much, i couldnt properly eat there and service was terrible. They were trying to convince us that we were in the wrong…
dont waste your money here, go anywhere else please

Food was delicious. Great choice of entrées and meals. Staff are very attentive. Service is very rapid. Try the garlic naan bread, mmmm tasty! Prices more than reasonable. Restaurant and washrooms were clean.

On adore le poulet Tika masala et l'agneau Korma, leur pain Naan est délicieux! Notre go to pour manger de la cuisine indienne!:)

I made an order using Uber Eats, the order never arrived, Uber Eats does not answer at all, I called the restuarant they told me it was nothing to do with them and hungup the phone on me twice. Very rude people. Sorry that I had to put one star because there is no option for negative number of stars

Worst food i ever had.orderd pani puri, dosa and curry chicken.for pani puri they just added red color in water and for dosa they put too much spice.i spent around 45$ but feeling sorry for myself

Favorite Indian restaurant with authentic meals that are delicious and well priced. Owners are friendly and accommodating to food allergies and substitutions.

Service is not good. Dealing with customer was very inappropriate. Taste of the food didn't fulfill the demand of the customer.

Very good and tasty. I have been going there since they opened. Good prices and the service is usually polite and you wait very little before being served. I usually get there before 12 or after 1: 30 pm to avoid rush hour. Only one thing I would say sometimes Daal mash is too salty, that would be the only negative thing. Otherwise It's my favourite in the area! Dhanyavad!

Lamb Biryani and vegy pakoras were amazing! I won't order the fish pakora again (not my taste). Would go again.

The quantity is very bad, one biryani will be enough for child I guess and we ordered butter chicken and panneer curry they given in the 12 onze box not worth for money, stay away don’t waste. Your money.

ONE YEAR LATER, and still the same errors. Order for 3 people, 3 meals, 3 rice.and the still manage to forget 2 rices! And again, they blame UBER EATS. Why would a driver steal 2 rices! Imcompetent and dishonest restaurant.stay away.
Worst customer service ever. They forget things in the order 2 out of 3 times and when you call back, they say they can't do anything and next time you will have a credit. ALWAYS like this. Avoid this place.

This was my first time coming here. The food and service did not disappoint. We had several dishes (butter chicken, bindhi (okra), tikka masala, saag, fish pakora, Chana samosa). The quantities were perfect and the food was delicious.

Première expérience à ce resto. Très satisfait de notre repas. Par contre notre serveur (qui semblait aussi être le propriétaire) ne parlait pas français. Nous avons dû demander à une serveuse de nous débarrasser de notre vaisselle sale, ça faisait un bout qu’on avait fini de manger. C’était un lundi soir tranquille donc pas d’excuses pour le mauvais service!

Came out of there extremely satisfied! Food was excellent and service was also great. Tried their Lamb korma, chana masala and paneer tikka masala and the taste was to perfection. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Bad, Food is Bad. Not that good to be honest. Put 5 items on menu, not 500. But, atleast make it good, since you are charging money.

Very poor service, I just order naan bread with chicken curry and they sent me burnt naan and tasteless chicken curry.it does not worth me. So, please don’t go there if you wanna save your money

C'était vraiment une très mauvaise expérience, je regrette vraiment d'avoir commandé la bas, le goût était pas bon j'ai demandé pas piquant et elle me la fait très piquant, plus C'était chèr et pas assez de portion bref je le déconseille fortement!

La nourriture est bonne, pleine de saveurs! Pour une meilleure note on aimerait avoir un service en français et que la facture soit émise sans qu'on ait à le demander.

This was my first time ordering here and I'm extremely impressed with the quality and flavor. The lamb bhuna was a highlight, very tender pieces in a delicious sauce. The chana masala and butter chicken (classic) were fantastic too, the butter chicken was so creamy and rich. Would highly recommend!

They give only intention to those client who spend lot’s pf money otherwise, if you will be there just to eat cholle bathura then don’t expect any good behaviour from them even though they will make that wholeheartedly

I always order vegetarian thali and was never unsatisfied. Fresh rice and naan and great curry. For less then 10$, it would be hard to complain anyway! Pakore as appetizer are very great too. Ive be going there for several years now. One of my favourie in Montreal.

Excellents plats, même goût qu’en Inde! Bon service:) Il faut essayer Aloo Gohbi, samosa végé, shahi paneer et les naan a l’ail.

I ordered Paneer Tikka via Uber Eats. The food was horrible. It was unappealing not just in looks, but cold and tasteless. The portion was so small. Most of it was just onions thrown into the box. Never ordering again from this place. And definitely not visiting them.

There were 6 of us from Brampton Ont passing through. We ordered lamb curry, butter chickens died Parantas. Everything was delicious. Especially the lamb curry, was more like home made, not thick heavy curries.

Wouldn’t recommend, the channa samosa was dipped in yogurt Indian of channa.they should probably name is boiled channe with dahi

We tried the veggie spring rolls that was delicious and for the main chilli panner which was amazing with garlic naans. Service is Good. Overall, food is really delicious here really recommended

I ordered Maslaa dosa and they suppose to put potatoes but I got fries with lil bit of tarka. Such a disappointement. And samber is just water

Not ordering again. I just ordered the veggie kadi and the veggies were not cooked. The paranthas were good. And i orderd panipuri which came all broken.

My favorite Indian restaurant in Montreal. Have been there so many times. Now i order with skip the dishes. Everything is fresh and delicious. I'm vegetarian, i have lots of choices. Even the stuff with meat is very good, my family eats meat.

They use to give side snacks untill your order comes to table. That is papad and green sauce but this time they didn't give us that. N if we are two people they provide 2plates but this time they gave only 1 plate and we cannot eat in that plate bcos it's too small for two. Quantity has disappointed me.everytime we use to visit and order chat papdi but as there quantity is decreasing i have to think again for revisiting. Taste is good. But you will get same taste in chahat restaurant also. Quantity matters

Extremely delicious, had the chicken ticki masala and didn't dissapoint. Forget what I had for appetizer but it was nice and also like the salsas.

Best indian food in montreal, even better than toronto indian food. Price is so cheap, i would pay double for the food here, its that good.

Dans les restaurants indiens à prix modiques, il ne s'en fait pas de meilleurs. Leurs thalis sont remplis à souhait et vous donnent une primeur des plats indiens classiques. Si vous n'avez pas froid aux yeux et voulez un plat relevé, je vous conseille le chaat papri, pois chiches épicés.

Very busy noisy small place.hardly there is place to move about.good food at a very reasonable price.parking can be difficult to find.

Garbage. Yogourt sauce was ROTTEN. Stinky smell came out of it and I still ate it like an idiot because i didnt notice at first. Became instantly sick. Got a diarrhea attack and still in bed sick.i had been ordering from there for YEARS! Never eating there again. A restaurant is only as good as their most recent meal. Carelessness like this is UNACCEPTABLE in a restaurant environment. Ordered via UberEats on Friday Aug 30th at around 12: 00 PM.

C bon, ça fait la 2ieme fois que j'y vais et pour les 2fois c plate à dire mais la serveuses elle sentait fort la sueur et à chaque fois qu'elle repasser ca me coupais l'appétit.il faudrait peut etre faire un petite effort quand on travail avec le public surtout dans la restauration.et aussi le service n'était pas au top, pour les assiettes elle nous demandait de nous les passer et à la fin qd on a demander pour emporter elles nous on laisser des contenant et les sacs pour qu'on le fasse nous meme! Elles meritaient zero pourboir

J'adore leurs nourriture mais le Mango lhassi aujourd'hui était sûre et petillant et meme apres leurs avoir dit ils ne m'en ont pas redonner un nouveau et me lon chargé quand même a la fin.

Service impeccable, bouffe excellente et menu offrant aussi cuisine du sud de l'Inde, hyper abordable. Je recommande vivement.

If you're looking for incredible food, this place is a must. If it's ambience you seek, look elsewhere. It's usually crowded (because of the food, no doubt), and so loud you'd be better suited to use sign language to communicate with whoever sits facing you. Then there's the issue of decor.simply, there is no decor. Go for the food. You won't be disappointed.

Good, affordable, but food tastes quite bland. If you want a better flavourful experience try la Maison du Curry across the street. Of course, compared to other neighbourhoods in mtl, this plase is quite decent.

My favorite Southeast Asian restaurant in Parc Extension. Their friendly and knowledgeable staff serve up some super-tasty and authentic food at very reasonable prices. Go there with the expectation that you will be dazzled, because you will be.

Good place, if not the best in the area between all Indian restaurants. Cheap food. BYOB is a plus. Small but welcoming place. Good service.

Charged me a a surprise 4$ delivery charge, on just-eat.ca it says 3$ or free over 20$, they also send me WRONG DISH. They gave me the run around on the phone twice when I called to inquire about it. AFTER I finished eating delivery guy brought me the right dish.
Don't think I'll be ordering from here again, food is still good but service has gone downhill over the years.

Me and my collegues ordered food from there and we clearly mentioned that we wanted seperate bills but the delivery gave us only one bill. He was really rude and when i told him to give us seperate bills, he said that he does not have time to do that and he has to go elsewhere
Our order got mixed up and we did not even got what we wanted. I would not recommend this restaurant.

The waiting time is extremely long. And the food just tastes like all the other Indian restaurants on that street. Nothing extraordinary.

Horrible service this weekend. When we placed the order we asked how long for delivery and they said 30-40 min. When I called 1.5 hours later to ask the status they were very rude and hung up on me. After 2 hours the food arrived and, of course, it was cold. Will never order from there again

Food was very good and reasonably priced, staff pleasant; however, it is a small place and very cold (during winter) in restaurant with door constantly opening and closing. Leave extra time to find parking since located in a busy area for restaurants.

This is my favorite Indian resto in the Jean talon area, and I've tried a few. It's family run, and the girl who waits the tables is the cutest thing that will explain any dish to you. I would say it's always an adventure to come here and order something new, as the menu is affordable and you can take some chances trying out dishes you never heard of before. The thing I like about this place is that every curry I have tried was rich, flavorful and delicious. That's my bench mark for Indian food. I look forward to coming here for my monthly Indian craving, and trying out new dishes!

Really great tasting indian food.yummy! Probably the best indian food in Montreal and great value! The food is always fresh because it's always busy:) I eat here once a week!

Fair deal, great service and good food. The only thing that they lack is space. You are better off taking food to-go since the place gets crowded and tight easily. Overall, the great food helps bare the crowd.

We had vegetarian thali and samosas and lassi. All good. The annoying thing is the cold. Our table next to window was not heated and we shivered throughout the meal.

Petit restaurant assez brouillant quand il est plein, mais un rapport qualité/prix excellent pour la nourriture! Que des produits maison! En plus c'est un "apportez votre vin" Donc une superbe adresse à essayer!
