This store it’s really a hit or miss. It’s mostly the customer service is quite bad. They should improve it if you compare to other Chanel store.

Cela fait plus de 15 ans que j'achète à l'occasion des items de cette même boutique. J'ai toujours été très bien servie. Un SA en particulier qui est réellement excellent serait Carlos. Professionnel, informé, intéressé par les produits de cette marque, à l'écoute des besoins des clients, il est toujours prêt à nous conseiller en plus d'être très gentil comme personne. Je vous le recommande fortement si vous avez des achats à faire.

0 customer service, waited 15 mins without even being acknowledged, we drove from Ottawa to Montreal 1-2 times a month for HR, today I left feeling so upset and disappointed, I get sales were busy selling n getting their f commission, but really? ! You cant spare 2 seconds to inform me that someone will be with me shortly? If I can get good service from cheaper brands like Gucci, I should expect nothing less from Chanel.

The best service has been from Lia! Although I'm in Vancouver, Lia has been amazing with communication and with pictures of the bags, wocs & slgs that I've been looking for! I'm forever grateful that I've found such a professional and kind SA. Thank you for the zip coin purse and woc. I will definitely visit and buy more from Lia.

I’ve been many times to the boutique, I always get the same service even when I don’t purchase anything. The staff is friendly, Pierre responds to my requests on promptly manner.

Le gardien de sécurité (unpeu asiatique) était super gentil les deux fois que je suis allé. J’appréhendais la première fois car je sortais du travail un samedi en plus enceinte alors ça ne me tentait pas trop de m’apprêter mais j’ai été très bien traité. Mon sac n’était pas en stock j’ai laissé mon nom et à peu près 2 semaines plus tard il était là. La SA Raki un amour. Vraiment très belle expérience je reviendrai

Le service était d’une lenteur incroyable ce pm et ça ne débordait vraiment pas de clients!
Après été répondue au bout de 15 minutes, une blonde aux yeux bleus et cheveux attachés, limite arrogante et loin d’être polie, me sert et au moment de conclure, elle se retourne vers un précédent client, me plante là pendant plus de 10 min puis revient sans un mot d’excuse et patati patata le temps de…. En tout, plus d’une heure chez Chanel pour acheter un modèle très précis!
A la fin, elle me remercie de ma PATIENCE!
Ce n’était pas une sortie agréable!

Shoot out to Lia from Montreal store. I am from Toronto and didn’t had good experience at Toronto store. I am use to good service from London and Paris. Found Toronto store service very rude. So one fine day I decided I need an SA from different region. Luckily I got Lia and she has been sweet heart. No matter how many times I message and ask her, she always provide good service over the phone. I am yet to buy from her but she has me on list for classic and other stuff. Hopefully soon I find one. But I would high recommend chanel store in Montreal. Next time I visit Montreal, I would surely love to meet her in person.

I have been to the store a few times during the past year, and received good service each time even without buying anything. My husband Bought me gifts from there and he got the same feedback. Pierre is very helpful everytime and very nice and patient to show me around what they have. Last time i went was 2 days before Xmas, unfortunately, i did not find what i was looking for but still had a great time looking around and trying some clothes and shoes. Hope they will restock Soon, love the place. Now with Covid, the waiting time might be long, but for me its worth it if you like Chanel. Definitely going back again and again.

Associates keep lying and say they knows nothing. Then we find out and they admit it. They say always we knows nothing. And they treat clients in very bad way. If you ask questions they barely answer you or ask you to ask your sales associate. Unprofessional.

I was utterly unimpressed by my treatment at Chanel. My sales associate was rude and condescending. This is not my usual store, but I was in town and wanted to buy something as it’s my first time travelling amid pandemic. Prior to Covid, I was spending 6-figures, but haven’t shopped too much due to pandemic. Apparently that necessitates horrible service. Quite honestly, I may even return the bag I love and spend the credit at my usual store as I had that bad of an experience.

Le personnel est extrêmement mal poli. De la sécurité aux associés. La maison devrait faire attention à ses représentants car ça cela ternit complètement la marque. D’autant plus que c’est le seul magasin à Montréal. Rien à voir avec l’expérience dans les autres magasins de Holt.

Sometimes shopping at Chanel can be stressful but Ryan made my experience so incredibly wonderful and easy. He was able to get me an item that I was searching high and low for and answered any questions that I had. Exceptional customer service! I highly recommend him!

Amazing service! Victor was super kind and transparent about the prices of the WOC. He even allowed me to try on the sample and fit my items in before I made my decision. I will be back soon.

I had such an incredible experience at this Chanel Boutique. The customer service was unmatched - The Manager of the store, Vibi, is extremely knowledgeable of the brand and pays attention to every detail. I would highly recommend anyone to this boutique!

J'aimerais mentionner le service exceptionnel de Ryan Guay qui m'a reconnu tout de suite et a pu me diriger sur ce que j'aimais et ce que je n'aimais pas car il se souvenait de ce que j'avais dit la fois précédente. C'est un excellent atout dans le service à la clientèle.

I had a wonderful experience at Chanel in Montreal and I'm always treated rather well when I go. My SA Ryan did a great job helping out and I'm so happy that I went for a classic flap! I'll be sure to buy a coco handle from him when the time arrives.

We were just in Holt Renfrew this morning, and tried to go look in the Chanel boutique (it's big and roomy inside). The guard said we had to wait in line. I could see 2-3 people max.inside the big store - tons off room for social distancing (and we all have masks on) After about 2 minutes we decided to leave. Talk about going overboard. We were in other departments at Holts, no issue, and the store was practically empty at 11 am.

The most amazing staff at this Chanel store!
Vibi the store manager is a total gem! She makes sure the clients are treated like royalty and leave happy. Had a few Chanel suits altered by their Star seamstress Cyrielle which performed magic. After a few years the suits had become tighter for me and she made them fit like a glove. A very talented and pleasant seamstress. I am so so happy with my experience! ️️️️️️️️️️

Huge congratulations to the new Montreal Chanel store! A superb manager by the name of VIBI, not only a gorgeous representation of the brand but also very honest, helpful and very professional. And what you would expect visiting such a high end store.
I met with a very professional seamstress by the name of CYRIELLE. She is the seamstress you would have in mind when visiting a Chanel store in Paris. So lovely and really knows Chanel. I wouldn't want anyone else working on my prized possesions. Im very impressed by my visit today and will bring some of my other Chanel pieces that need to be altered!
I encourage you to ask for VIBI for THE best Chanel experience.
Cant wait to visit again soon!

Amazing customer service! Extremely friendly staff! I live in Nova Scotia and have called the store to inquire on a few items. Ryan was so helpful and even FaceTimed with me so I could see exactly what the boutique had for selection! Shipping was fast and I had my purchase in two business days. I will most definitely be in contact again with Ryan for my next Chanel purchase! Definitely recommend this location!

This review is for the asian SA in the store on March 12,2020 that I spoke to around 5 pm, telling me with a dry tone that the handles of my 4K$ Chanel cannot be repaired. I asked her for a reference (a place that could do the repairs and that I would pay for) and she basically dismissed me. Is she really telling me that Chanel purses cannot be repaired? She must be out of her mind! On another note, Thank you to the young lady (chatain/blond) that greeted me when I came in the store and went in the back store and asked a reference to a colleague for getting handbags repaired when she saw I was in disbelief. I guess I didn't look like someone that has money. I got news for you, 'll keep going to the Chanel store in Toronto where I get MUCH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE!

A beautiful experience at this new Montreal store. The store manager made sure my experience was one that I will never forget. Vibi is wonderful!
So professional and very helpful. You must ask for her if you are going to this store, you will be very happy you did:) Another very sweet salesgirl named Stephanie was also very informative and helpful. BRAVO to this team!

I’ve been to this store on two occasions, and both times I had a fabulous experience with the fashion advisors. A special thanks goes to Ryan Guay who treated me like a valued client and recommended an SLG that I was not initially looking for but which turned out to be the perfect one for my needs! I appreciate the friendliness and responsiveness of the employees at this boutique and will be a returning customer.

I was very scared to go into the store today because I've heard horror stories of how people have been treated here. I bought a pair of shoes here today and a girl named stephanie served me. She was so nice and respectful! Im really glad I went in.

I went there to switch a product. There is a Chinese salesperson who’s very unprofessional. Took over the case from others but offered no help at all and has lots of attitudes. I left feeling unwelcomed from the beginning.

They're not the best at customer service. We are here to spend money. We are not only paying for a product, but for a total luxury experience as well. The attitude of some needs to be fixed.
I'd like to highlight the excellent service of a lady who doesn't work here anymore, the only one that provided actual help and advice. The extra star is for you!

The sale associates should brush up on their customer service etiquette. Went into the shop with my partner to look at some bags two weeks ago. The SA's were all crowding around the till talking with each other. They all looked at us as soon as we walked in and NOT ONE of them greeted us. Not a hello or even a smile. Stared right at us, stoned face, and completely ignored us. I don't expect superb service but the service at Chanel is dismal compared to other luxury stores. We were in Dior prior and the Dior SA greeted us and thanked us for coming into their boutique. Come on management, actually manage your people.
