Outstanding service. Sizing on sight by staff. Willingness to let you try as many sizes and styles of hats as necessary for you to love what you buy. Nearly endless patience with indecision. Top quality products. Detailed knowledge and information about pros and cons, about storage, about wear and tear, shrinkage/stretching, rain, restoration, everything. Aesthetics assistance specific to each customer's look. Friendly and fun to talk to. I have already gotten two compliments on first sight of my new leather cap, which I intend to wear for years. Would definitely buy again next time I am in Montreal. Fantastic, memorable, useful stop.

Bonne expérience. Personnel sympathique et surtout qui connait la marchandise. Un petit imbroglio sur la transaction s'est finalement bien réglé. J'ai acheté deux produits qui me plaisent beaucoup.

Uber cool hat shop - got my new Tilley here - really helpful and friendly service from the fellow I dealt with. Pricing was not what you would think - well under Amazon for the same model, but with a real live human being:)

The manager Joel Plunier though came off as racist for when it comes to native people’s right by not following and disregarding native rights and Revenue Quebec law (tax exemption at point of sale) by simply saying is “too hard” to do the paper work.
I loved the experience of the store and staff but ruined and hurt by careless management.

Best hat shop in Montreal. They have always been very friendly and helpful when it comes to anything hat related.
My family has come here for three generation’s and will continue buy from here as long as it stands, I personally have fifteen different hats of various shapes and styles. Absolutely awesome hats!
