I used to love going to that place but after seeing the answers from the owner, I will never go back.

Weirdly, for every bad review you have horrible comments to make about the customers. It’s okay if customers are not satisfied but as a business owner, you have to talk politely to customers.

Once again, weirdly in your reviews, the owner remembers every single interaction and make all the customers seem evil but you’ll never see the owner in store. Knowing your employees are sweet I think you’re lying (and not well). Food is good, employees are nice but for the childish replies it’s not worth it.

And btw my friend and I did not stay 3 hours. We came on April 5th and we ordered around 4: 30 and you close at 6 on Tuesday. Makes it kinda impossible to stay 3 hours. Next time you decide to lie and disrespect the people that allow your business to live, make sure you’re saying the truth.

Poorly reviewed! Closed two days in a row with no warning. October 17th, 19th were not open.

Fun little shop of cat merch and ice cream.
I had a yummy lemon gelato and bought a cat cup and cat saucer as my souvenir of Montreal!

Interesting place, however very small. We went there for the ice cream because of good reviews but fridges were there very dirty! Therefore we left without trying anything.

Service was lovely and so were the pastries but my latte was luke warm as it was handed off to me which was super disappointing

Rude and inconsiderate service from staff. We were only 6 (not 8 like it was mentioned in a previous comment by the owner), and we ordered 2 cups of tea and asked for just 2 extra cups. In a sane word, we would have gotten those cups without question, but alas, here we are.

Not only did the tall lady berate us by pointing to us that 6 of you are ordering only 2 cups of tea (it was only for our old parents who were feeling cold that day), but the tone was super rude as well. If it weren't for my parents accompanying us, we would have left immediately.

And it's not like we were holding up a line of people outside. Us 6 were literally the ONLY people in their whole shop.

Maybe the owner needs to learn how to count the number of people and how not to be rude.

Had such a lovely experience with the owner, such a sweet person! Love the products and I bought the best mug, lovely place, supports a cause dear to my heart! 10/10 would recommend and will go again! Thank you so much

My mint chocolate and berries ice cream combo is to die for. Great size though the price is high. The cat theme makes you smile. Plenty of cat themed merchandise to buy as well. Will be back!

Good ice cream, nice employee and she knew english, expensive but fair enough it was good. The cats make it even better

This is an amazing place to grab gelato or other refreshments. We got the dark chocolate gelato cup and lemonade on a hot day in Montreal. It tasted delicious!

Bel endroit, on y va surtout pour l'ambiance et parce qu'on aime la crème glacée, car les prix sont un peu exorbitant, même pour le vieux-port. Un à faire, mais pas ma place fétiche.

Fascinating interiors and the hot chocolate doesn’t disappoint either! Lots of cat merchandise like magnets, mugs, cards and quirky stuff.

I ended up paying over $8 for a single scoop in a waffle cone.

I used to take my son until I caught the woman working there sneakily put in the 25% tip option into the Interac machine before handing it over to me.

A great spot to take a load off and have a sweet treat. Ice cream was creamy and delicious. Lots of options and really friendly service. The cat theme was cute, we loved the decor! Hope to visit again before we leave.

This was so much fun! Car lovers of all kinds should be coming here for their devilish sweet tooth pleasures. Our crepe was so delicious and out lattes were no different hot and delicious!

Was hot in there and the ice cream freezer could barely keep up. Pricey for the quality. Better places nearby.

Really cute atmosphere, but quite average ice cream. Not bad, but nothing to write home about

Super soft serve ice cream. Tastes great. We tried the vanilla and the swirl and both were hits. Small size is generous. Wish they had a kiddy cone size but overall good place for soft serve.
