Horrible communication between staff.we were told the shuttle runs until 10pm, we went down to the desk at 530pm to get a shuttle, and were then told it stops at 5pm. Supervisor drove us there, great, but then told we need to taxi back.very inconvenient. Following morning, we go down to the front desk to ask about the complimentary breakfast, get told the kitchen is closed. As we are checking out, we find out the breakfast runs until 12pm. Again, terrible communication between staff. No one can give you the correct answer. As for the room, 6 people staying, and sleeping, you'd think a couple extra blankets and pillows wouldn't be too much of an ask, fire place was broken, couch cussions smelled like pee, faucet on the kitchen sink leaks. You get a purple bracelet to show your vaccinated in order to use the pool/hot tub, no one is monitoring or checking peoples bracelets, so what's the point?

Staff is friendly and hotel offered early free check in. Stayed 2 nights and first night never got to sleep due to parties above us. Hotel never offered to compensate and we were not the only guests who experienced this. Parking is free but lot was iced over and no sand or salt was laid the 3 days we were there.
Hotel is tired and needs a refresh. My daughter opened the closet in her room and the top shelf door fell on her head! When we reported this again no compensation was offered. Many other things in the suite was not working such as bedside lamps, coffee pot two different brands so pot didn’t sit well in the machine. I mean it’s like $50 to replace with new one. Hotel was clean and 3 bedroom suite is large. Hotel is approx 3km from village and bar and restaurant are closed due to lack of staff. Shuttle service only offered Friday to Sunday. Quite pricey for being far from the village. Unfortunately would not recommend nor return.

Free ice dispenser. Inside and outside pool. Gym. Kitchen with dishwasher, stove top, utensils, plates and cookware. Everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

Rudely greeted, construction starts at dawn, and the rooms aren't cleaned thoroughly. Found a dirty sock behind the Murphy bed. Rooms are nice and we slept well before construction started.

Furniture old and stained, no onsite restaurant, pool and hot tub closed, these are all understandable. One thing I really suffer, the internet is barely not working especially at night. Even a motel will provide fast internet. Does not worth a 4 sate hotel. I had a important online meeting during my stay, and because the internet connection is so poor, I had to use my data. I have stayed in many hotels in the village, this is by far the worst. The two star is for trendily staff.

Les DEUX piscines et le spa sont fermés. Le bar est également fermé (un samedi soir!). Le resto pour le déjeuner est également fermé. La table de pool et la table de babyfoot sont payantes ainsi que la machine à café du lobby, mais pas moyen d'avoir de la monnaie à la réception! Considérant que tout est fermé, ils auraient pu rendre ça gratuit. Décevant pour la clientèle. Je n'y retournerai probablement pas.

On paie le plein prix mais la piscine intérieure est fermée, le spa aussi. La table de billard dans le lobby est payante.je trouve ça un peu cheap. Les chambres sont ordinaires, le sofa lit est très inconfortable, et on a tous mal dormi car les oreillers sont trop gros! Ils n'offrent qu'un type d'oreiller contrairement à la majorité des hôtels

We stayed one night at the Chateau Beauvallon. It was cute and rustic. However, there were a few things that didn’t seem worthy of a 4-star near-$500 stay for one night. The room was a little run down and all the wood surfaces were scratched up. Both TVs in the room were not functioning properly and we couldn’t even connect to the TVs to cast from our phone. The fireplace would not turn on despite the control saying “on” and the fans in the bathroom would not turn on.

Bel hôtel, mais un peu sur le declin, manque de maintenance extérieur, spa non fonctionnel depuis 2 ans, piscine intérieure vide et fermée, restaurant et bar fermé et piscine sale, coin feu extérieur plein de détritus non ramasser durant 4 jours et pas bois pour faire un feu, malgré une demande de notre part, bref ce fut un séjour décevant, nous n y retourneron pas.

À l’arrivée la réceptionniste très négative nous dit rien a manger que les restos autour fermés manque de personnel dû à la COVID-19 et qu’elle ne comprenait pas qu’on ne s’était pas apporté à manger…nous sommes sortis tous les soirs et presque tous étaient ouvert
Très déçu de l’appartement tapis taché très sale, douche céramique manque de ciment jointure, lavabo bouché, meubles sales et usés même ceux de l’hôtel à l’extérieur balcon plus de peinture sur les rampes et très sale plein de nids d’araignées jamais balayées terrain extérieur déchets un peu partout piscine pas nettoyée feuilles d’arbres et cheveux lifeguard assise tout le temps au téléphone et nous a dit qu’elle ne nettoyait pas parce que toujours à recommencer et j’en passe….
Nous ne reviendrons jamais et nous ne recommandons cet hôtel à personne

The best experience I had with any hotel. I booked a 3bd suite and it was amazing not to mention the super friendly staff but one person really made our stay very special and that’s Chedia, she’s very friendly and just an overall great person. I highly recommend asking for her when reserving. Thank you Chedia and we’ll see you soon!

Great hotel if you don't used the pool, one of the dirtiest pool I saw, the life guards are ask to clean the water because the pool return jets are not working.we were also told by one of the lifeguard that they don't want to work this hotel (they don't want to dive in the pool filthy water) apparently it's an on-going problem for a couple years, If it's true this hotel should fix the issue asap before his good reputation takes a hit.

Bel accueil, bel hôtel ayant besoin de rafraîchissement. La piscine extérieure est vraiment superbe, celle intérieure semble petite mais elle était fermée. Le spa extérieur est en construction, nous n'avons donc pu en profiter. Même chose pour le bar. On nous avait dit qu'il fermait à 22h. Rendu sur place, personne.il est 19h50. On nous informe qu'il ferme à 20h et qu'ils sont déjà en train de fermer donc impossible de commander. Très déçue encore. Heureusement, le salon avec la table de billard et la table de babyfoot est ouvert. Le restaurant aussi est fermé. On nous dit que c'est à cause de la covid. Pourtant, les restaurants ailleurs sont ouverts. Et pour la piscine, nous avons droit à 2x30 minutes par jour, que nous devons réserver tôt le matin sinon, aucune place. Et pour la navette, elle n'opère pas les lundis et mardis.
Je ne crois pas retourner à cet endroit puisque la plupart des trucs qui m'ont fait choisir cet hôtel, ne sont pas en fonction.

J’enlèverais facilement une étoile à cet établissement. La propreté fait défaut et le balcon tombe en ruine. Aucune mention sur la fermeture du spa et de la piscine intérieure lors de la réservation. Ni même de l’absence du petit déjeuner. Bref, le site web n’est pas à jours. Ne vous fiez pas aux photos de ce dernier, elle sont très trompeuses! Et que dire de la piscine extérieure? Un bouillon qui inspire pas confiance. Pour moi, ce n’est tout simplement pas un hotel luxueux mais bien un 3 étoiles, sans plus.

A mediocre hotel. They have a little game room when you step out of the lobby, with pool, foosball, and pinball. Also 2 coffee machines. The indoor pool and both hot tubs were broken, and being looked after. The outdoor pool goes down to 5ft and was filled with dead bugs making it impossible to swim. The rooms however were a completely different story. 3 tv's, kitchen aid with dish washer, coffee maker, microwave, and a stove. Dishes were also provided in the cabinets. There were 2 separate washrooms, and a total of 4 beds, (two kings in the rooms, one Murphy bed, and a sofa pull out). The living room tv also came with a stereo system, and right beside it was a balcony with a view of the pool. The only downsides was a lack of outlets within the actual room, no desks, and lighting. Other than that, it was a good room overall.

Staff are friendly and courteous. Cycling friendly hotel with storage room for bicycles. Rooms are dated and lighting is dark. Pull out couch very uncomfortable, cushions need replacing. Kitchenette good for breakfast and small dinners. Big dinners can be problematic. Hotel is 10min from Tremblant, Mont Tremblant and Lac Mercer.

Following the reviews online, we put our faith in the quality and comfort your hotel claimed to provide. This could not be further from what we experienced. The hotel was run down (I have pictures), our family suite was DIRTY upon arrival (also have pictures) and several or the main amenities did not work (light in bedroom and sink in bathroom.also took pictures). The pool was unclean (many insects and hair floating around) and the lifeguards appeared to do little upkeep (we could see them stationed by the pool from our balcony). We asked that our room and balcony be cleaned (there was food, crumbs and plastic utensil on surfaces) and the sink be repaired (knob broken and water scarcely drained), yet it was done to a minimal (only crumbs were removed from table tops). It was disgusting. There was shards of toilette paper on both bathroom floors. This is NOT what we expected of a 4star hotel, nor of what what being projected online. VERY disappointed. The only highlight of our weekend stay was a friendly receptionist named Alexander. He was honestly the highlight of our stay. There was mold on the shower curtain, piles of dirt on balcony, moss growing on balcony banister and the shingles from the roof adjacent our balcony are deteriorating (weeds growing from it). I have pictures of all the above. It was an underwhelming and disappointing end to our vacation in Tremblant.

For the price it really isn't worth it, our room was filthy and all over the place. The sink was blocked and there was mold in the shower curtains. Every surface was filthy.

Nous sommes allés skier à Tremblant; nous n’avions rien réservé. Nous pensions aller au Fairmont et ne pas se casser la tête mais dans nos recherches, sommes tombés sur une annonce de cet hôtel qui semblait aussi beau et beaucoup moins cher. Avons tenté notre chance.

Nous avons été épatés par l’endroit:) Avons eu la chambre 317, suite avec balcon, foyer au gaz et 2 salles de bain. Très propre et matelas hyper confortable. Cuisine équipée, lave vaisselle, frigo; navette incluse pour aller au pied des pentes en 7 minutes, ambiance champêtre, service rapide et courtois au front desk, nous ont suggéré bons restaurants, référé pour location d’équipements.

Pas de spas ou bains chauds extérieurs ouverts, en partie à cause du covid, contrairement au Fairmont (où il faut réserver les places d’avance aux bains en passant) mais juste pour ça, et pour le prix, ça ne valait pas le coup d’opter pour Fairmont.

Nous avons bien l’intention d’y retourner

Went there last week for my birthday on the 3red of January and the suite was beautiful! Loved every Room! The next day we didn't want to leave. The staff at the front desk were amazing! I even received a complimentary gift for my birthday Hope to return for Valentine's day!

We can understand the Covid 19 policy, no room service at all, but for two days nobody pickup the garbage from hallway is unacceptable. Stuff are friendly but the manager is trying to charge hotel cleaning fee when checking out. Avoid this one.

Vraiment un beau séjour. Personnel chaleureux, c'est convivial et malgré le covid et les limitations nous avons quand même eue du fun.
L'emplacement est idéale car à proximité de tout. Le service de navette est A1. Ils sont généreux de leur temps et leurs conseils si vous êtes comme nous des touristes du grand Nord ahah.

We stayed here back in September, the suite was very nice and comfortable. I really liked how the suite came with kitchenette and proper cutler. However no breakfast or pool because of covid

We booked two suites on the the same reservation, with notation on the reservation, for a family reunion and arrived just before the check in time of 4: 00 pm
They put us at opposite ends of the third floor stating it was ten seconds apart. Actually it was 250 steps between. We asked for some consideration from the Manager on Duty, who said he would try to “make a miracle”, had to call to follow up 30 minutes later with no favourable result.

Pas pu aller à l'hôtel à cause de l'interdiction du gouvernement de se déplacer entre régions dû la COVID, ils me facturent 80$ d'annulation!

Ils profitent d'une crise sanitaire pour faire de l'argent sur le dos des clients qui n'y vont même aps.

La chose qui manque c'est une bonne télévision ds le salon et la chambre on se sentais en 1990, il devrait avoir des cafetière Nespresso et mettre de meuble patio plus confo style hamac ou 2 chaises suspendu, et la piscine ext devrais rester ouverte à l'année même sans covid

Within close proximity to the pedestrian village. Indoor pool was closed and outdoor pool needs to be booked (1 hr slots only) due to Covid. The beds were very comfy. The room had all the utensils and appliances we needed. Our balcony on the first floor gave us access to the pool.

On vient de rentrer d'un séjour de 3 jours.
Un séjour désagréable, loin de nos attentes (pour le prix déboursé)
Bain à remous/salle de gym/bar FERMÉS
60mn pour la piscine une fois/jour/famille
Wi-Fi non disponible la dame à la réception nous explique le motif: on est dans le nord
TV à tube cathodique en 2020 avec 4 étoiles,
Cafétiére non nettoyée.
Service d'accueil froid et non aimable.
Doit vraiment faire des efforts comme changer de direction!

Trop de restrictions a cause de la Covid-19 (pas de dejeuner, heure de piscine restrictifs, pas de menage dans la chambre etc.) Pourtant le prix etait le même qu'en temps normal. Les chambres auraient peut etre besoin d'un peu de renovations aussi.
Par contre nous avons vraiment apprécié la navette et le conducteur bien gentil. Et les personnes a la reception etaient sympatiques aussi.

Super comfortable, very clean beds, sheets, and towels. Just the floor carpet was not really clean looks bad, which I don't blame the hotel. It's better to change it to the hardwood floor. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. Although its a bit pricy, we paid $353 for just one night (this was reduced price already), for the room for 3, but because of its location, close to everything (Mont Tremblant village, restaurants, SPA, especially SPA Scandinavia, if you are planning to pay a visit) worth to try. They have very nice balconies in all the rooms but no BBQ.of course, its a concept of a Hotel, not a chalet. LOL. I will go back definitely if I find a good deal again.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!

Front desk staff needs lessons on how to treat guests. MANAGEMENT CANNOT BE TRUSTED!

This is the hotel that handles the check in for Equinox 152-5. Their automated telephone system hung up on our call automatically when we pressed 0 to speak to the front desk 10 times in a row. This happened no matter which department we tried to get through to on 3 different devices.
We booked through hotels.com and there was a mention of no hot tubs available during our dates before accepting the almost 500$ per night rate.
After booking the automated system notified us that the advertised BBQ on balcony would not be available (see pictures).
The rooms that are supposed to be empty for at least 24 hours before check in because of Covid-19 were not yet available at 3 pm on check in day.
It is presently a full construction site (see pictures) with scaffolding, saws, generators, drills, continuous banging of brad nail guns. Balconies are all blocked off with no railings. How they are allowed to rent this legally without anyone going to jail for this fraud is inconceivable. Unfortunately the booking has a no cancellation policy.

2: 30pm was Marie-France at front desk needs learning experience.
3: 50pm Linda was much more pleasant to deal with.
Sharon came to inspect the unit at 4: 55pm when check in is at 4 pm and people checked out just a couple of hours before our check in according to Sharon. This does not fall under Covid-19 regulations that the room must be left empty for a minimum 24 hours before another check in. This regulation was also in the fine print on hotels.com advertising the rental.
When I asked Sharon why she was only inspecting a unit that was supposed to be checked into at the latest 4pm her response was “Because we are short staffed and the last people just checked out not long before”.

Other problems with this place;
Huge pothole at the entrance of check in hotel several miles away.
Broken tile at entrance door that I watched several people trip over in 15 minutes.
They made me come back to the lobby of the hotel 5 kilometres away from the Equinox building at 4pm in order to check in since the apartment wasn’t ready and at that point there was a lineup all the way into the parking lot.
At 3: 30pm all of the at least 25 construction workers go into the garage and start their cars and trucks to leave them idling to cool while they go and get their tools ready to leave. This can’t be good for the carbon monoxide levels in the indoor parking.
Although when checking in I was advised I have 2 parking spots and I was provided with 2 parking permits, one of the two parking spots that was assigned to my unit, in the indoor parking, was behind a metal cage where they put patio furniture for storage (see pictures). Managment was not aware of it and had no solution for that problem.

Uncomfortable scratchy bed sheets.
Improperly installed toilet seat.
The drilling, sawing and hammering started at 7am every morning just over our heads and right outside our windows.
Unit has 2 balconies we can’t use. Why wouldn’t they at the very least condemn 1 balcony at a time if they want to continue renting?

3 out of 4 living room lamp light bulbs don’t work.
Many other burnt lightbulbs as well.

And last but not least I hope you don’t plan to stream a movie or anything like that because the wifi  is horrible at best.

Bien entretenu, belle place, par contre, il devrait y avoir un ‘’update’’ pour les télévisions: - (. L’accès au bord du Lac devrait être plus accessible plus conviviale, style avec des bancs. Je crois vraiment que c’est les seuls points négatifs.

Nous avons bien aimé car la chambre était une suite avec 2 chambres de bain et un grand lit très confortable. Nous avons aussi bien apprécié la piscine. Malheureusement dû à la Covid le restaurant était fermé et c'était un peu lent à la réception. La navette gratuite pour se rendre au village de ski nous a été très utile. En résumé beau séjour mais court car nous ne pouvions rester qu'un soir.

Malgré les consignes du COVID-19, nous avons très apprécié notre séjour au Château. Le personnel était attentif, courtois et professionnel. Les lieux étaient propres. Je recommande l’endroit.

Chateau Beauvallon was great and super comfortable. Our room felt and smelled very clean. We can be negatively affected by mold and dust and thought that this place was perfect. Would definitely go back when all the amenities can be open post-Covid.

Our first experience with Château Beauvallon was not the best. Here are few of the problems we experienced: (1) the bed sheets were not washed (stains all over the duvet), we had to ask maintenance to get it all changed; (2) the wifi barely works; (3) the vault did not work; and (4) there are no power outlets in the bedroom. The hotel is quite outdated and the decor gives you 1990’s - early 2000’s vibes. For 700$+ (3 nights), the hotel is not worth it at all. I recommend the Grand Lodge instead.

Disorganized staff.
Room not ready at arrival, we had to sleep in a different hotel for the first night.

Very poor wifi in the room.
Worst of all: we tried to talk to the manager to sort things out, he was not on the premise for three days, we left and he was supposed to call me back, never did. I called two days after, left a message again and still did not call back. They just don’t care about customer service.

Nous avions la chambre 215 ces deux derniers jours. Malpropreté évidente. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons appeléla réception car une partie du salon n’avait pas été nettoyé. Bouchon et autre trucs par terre. La galerie est en piteuse état, le moustiquaire est débarqué et c’était très sale. Jus d’orange et trucs collants partout. Ustensiles mal propres, poussière sur les dessus de lits et coins des douches sales. Des sachets de thé utilisés étaient dans le filtre de la cafetière. Doigts des anciens occupants partout sur les différents meubles. Peu de lumière dans la chambre, bref: horrible, malgré notre appel à notre arrivée.

We’ve been here a few years in a row now and the whole family loves it. Despite a few modifications due to COVID, the facilities were acessible and clean and we will certainly be coming back again! Great staff, great accomodations. Thanks!

We reserved a few days for me my husband and our 2 young children. Our vacation started the worst possible way when the expedia agent booked us the wrong dates and only found out about it once we got to the hotel. Thankfully we got the help of one of their excellent staf member Lina Pedrino, she took in charge finding us another suite as fast as she could and told us not to worry about the expedia mistake, the management of the hotel will deal with this issue. She also gave us a free boat tour in the lake. Very professional and caring at the same time!
I highly reccomend the place, 2 mins away from the village, big and nice rooms with a kitchenette, and most of all excellent staff.
