Great price, clean room and great location.
But absolutely no room service, no toothbrush supplied, have to go buy my own.

My husband and me thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room exceeded our expectations; it was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The experience was worth the price, and we left happier than anticipated. Highly recommended for a pleasant stay!

Le fer à repasser était défectueux et pour une fois j'en avais besoin. De plus ce serait bien si nous avions des fontaines pour remplir nos bouteilles d'eau filtrée

J'ai payé à travers expédia avant l'arrivée à l'hôtel et j'avais les reçus. À l'arrivée, il fallait prendre un dépôt apparemment de $50 et qu'on allait le recevoir le lendemain à notre sortie. J'ai demandé pour les reçus et de voir la machine, mais l'employé voulait juste prendre ma carte et faire le paiement lui-même. Il m'a dit que j'allais recevoir le surlendemain. La journée d'après, confusion a la réception. Ils ne comprenaient pas la situation, mais en gros c'est comme si j'avais payé deux fois! Le dépôt que j'ai fait n'étais pas de $50, mais bien de $150! Par chance qu'ils m'ont remboursé, mais ça ne donne pas envie d'y aller à nouveau.

Chambre correcte mais air climatisé insuffisante et extrêmement bruyant.
Mais le pire est qu'on a été chargé 2x, ce qui n'est pas grave, mais à mon appel on me dit de rappeler dans 4 jours (?) Car le superviseur est en vacances et je n'ai pas de preuves (mon relevé de carte de crédit suffit non?) En plus employé condescendant!

Si vous voulez être chargé en double pour une chambre déjà trop cher et être traité comme un moins que rien c'est l'endroit!

I have to preface the rest of this review by mentioning that this was by far the most economical option I was looking to book for this evening and we felt comfortable and safe during our stay.

The facilities look to have been renovated rather quickly and on a budget. The facilities were a little austere and simple but did contain everything we needed during our stay.

The comforter was just two flat sheets with a duvet in between and the bedsheet was also just a flat sheet folded over the mattress. This meant that with how much I was moving around during the night on the firm mattress I wound up on the mattress with the duvet without any sheets to be seen until morning. The air conditioner was partially disassembled and we had to call the front desk to come and try to fix it. We were told it was only cosmetic and was working fine.

I am all for trying to be efficient in turning over the room but this was a bit too far for me. I would not recommend this location unless your budget does not allow you to pick a superior option.

Let me just say that we were looking for a good value room. We were pleasantly surprised. Everything was as described. We enjoyed our stay.

Déjeuner correct, lit confortable, chambre spacieuse, parking juste devant donc pratique, dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de places pour déjeuner le matin.

Je ne recommande pas. L'hôtel QuArtier où Universel de Sainte-Foy est bien mieux. Enplus de devoir attendre 35minutes pour mon chek-in parceque ma chambre était pas prête, il y avait un rasoir utilisé dans notre salle de bain. Les serviettes sur place étaient humide. Les verres étaient pas très propre et le repas laissait à désirer. Je conseille de choisir un autre hôtel ou de prendre un Airbnb. Ça vient de quelqu'un qui va à Québec chaque 2 semaines pour voir sa famille.

La réceptionniste était malade pas de masque maintenant nous avons la COVID c est la seule personne avec qui nous avons eu contact pas très professionnelle si je pouvait mettre 0 je je mettais

MAL DE COUP GARANTIE OU ARGENT NON REMIS. Les oreillers sont très mais très inconfortable! Pour le reste, c’est ok…

The problem that was resolved: The bill they gave us at the end had higher nightly room rates than the receipt they gave us when we checked in. When we pointed out the error, the person at the front desk claimed it was just taxes. When we showed that it wasn’t just taxes (and it was a higher room rate than what we agreed to), they said “call the manager”, who was not on the premises when we checked out.

So we had to call the hotel after our trip to get it sorted out. The hotel was fine besides this issue—not stellar, but certainly good enough.

The full garbage cans on the way in had me extremely worried about what I got myself into. I was pleasantly surprised by the room. It was modern, the bed was comfortable, and once we figured out the settings for the air conditioner were on the wall, it worked really well. The improvements that could be made would be more pillows (only 3), more ice machines (only one was in the lobby), more elevators (only one), better coffee in the room, an ice bucket, one of the outlets didn’t work)

Overall, for the price of the room, compared to other hotels, it was decent.

Le personnel a été très irrespectueux et d’ailleurs beaucoup de personnes leur ont reproché dans mon entourage, mais j’ai malgré tout voulu faire mon propre avis et c’était CATASTROPHIQUE. De plus, ils m’ont jamais remboursé mon dépôt

Horrible customer service…. We were charged twice, and called reception about this issue. We have all the bank statement and paper work, that proved we were charged twice for one night! However, they are unwilling to refund the money, and extremely rude to us! Hung up the phone several times and I have trying to called again and she literary put me on hold for 45 minutes, and told me not to call and said that she was busy and there is only her alone at reception. After all of these, there is no result, they still haven’t processed the refund for the charged! WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL! Hope the management team saw this message.

Le monsieur chauve a la réception est vraiment irrespectueux et violent il ma frapper parce qu’il me parlait et je textais sur mon téléphone ensuite je lui ai dit que j’allais appeler la police parce qu’il ma frapper et il ma dit de fermer ma gueule que jetais une grosse chienne

Es war alles sauber und der Check-in und Check-out hat reibungslos funktioniert. Das Personal war freundlich. Das Hotel ist mit dem Auto über die Autobahn gut zu erreichen und hat genügend Parkplätze.

I booked a room on Booking.com. The rent has been paid. When I went to check in, the clerk at the front desk got my name wrong and charged me again. When I found out and called, their attitude was very bad. They told me to go to the bank myself and get my money back.

Pros: The hotel has gone through renovations recently; the rooms, lobby, etc. But, it's not completed; for example, they haven't received their ice machine yet. The new rooms are clean and well-organized. Clean white sheets were a relief. Bathroom is clean, too.

There are good quality towels, clothes and bathroom mats available in the bathroom. You can also ask for more towels if you need. Coffee Machine, coffee pods and coffee mate is also available in the room.

It has good access to highway either you're driving to Montreal or visiting Quebec City. Although it's very close to highway, you don't hear much highway noise as long as you keep the windows closed. There's also a Tim Hortons and Eggsquis beside the hotel which you can get your coffee or have breakfast.

Cons: Not all the staff are speaking English; 2 of the staff we talked to during our stay were bilingual, but the lady that did our check-out was francophone. And she couldn't communicate well with us.

There's no room service if you stay more than 1 night; so, the room can get dirty during your stay. But, they still provide extra towels upon request.

The AC in our room wasn't working on the first night, so we had to keep the door open and the highway noise was so disturbing. On the second day, we asked one of the staff to check the AC and he was able to fix it.

The room is clean the bed is comfy the bathroom is spotless. The price is acceptable they have free parking free wifi. Close to the airport. The lobby needs some upgrades if that is important for you. The service was good and quick. Recommend

Personnel très gentil et souriant. Le lobby est en rénovation, assez poussiéreux, mais on voit l'effort qui est fait pour accommoder la clientèle. Les chambres sont belles, propres, mais la salle de bain un peu moins. Dans l'ensemble, très bien.

Ca fait un peu dur comme place. Au premier coup d'oeil, la chambre paraît bien mais ça passe rapidement. A commencer par les draps trop petits pour la grandeur du lit et ne se rabattent donc pas sous le matelas. Parce qu'il faut mentionner que les draps contours sont inexistant. Les taies d'oreillers sont également trop petites et ne couvent pas l'oreiller en entier. C'est répugnant. Nous avons demander un deuxième set de draps afin de s'assurer que tout bien couvert. Une odeur d'humidité et un manque d'insonorisation sont également a noter.
J'ai mis une 2e étoile parce que le plancher était propre (pas de tapis), le prix est abordable et nous avons eu un bon service de la personne a la réception

Très belle expérience en général. Bon accueil, personnel aimable. Facile d'accès. L'hôtel est nouvellement rénové. Tout est moderne et très propre. Bon choix de décoration et lit confortable. Nous y retournerons certainement.

Petite chambre rénovée, grand lit. Très bien situé à proximité de tous les services nécessaires. Le seul micro onde se trouve près de la réception, pas très commode pour réchauffer son repas et l'insonorisation de la chambre n'est pas parfaite. Par contre le raport qualité-prix est très honnête. En hivers, Si vous arrivez apres souper le stationnement peut être un problème.

Je suis vraiment déçu et fâcher de mon séjour ici. On s’est faite accueillir avec un air bête. Dès mon arrivée dans la chambre on entendais d’autre client faire l’amour. La chambre étais bien plus cher que ce don elle étais suposer. Mes amies avec qui eux avait une autre chambre on due changer de chambre QUATRE fois; la première étais plein de poile de chien dans le lit c’étais répugnant, la deuxième étais pas laver et avait plein de vers de shooter partout et la troisième le chauvage ne marchais pas il fessais extrêmement froid et dans ses trois changements de chambre la fille à l’accueil ne nous à pas du tout aider la seul personne qui nous à aider pour que mes amies puisse dormir au chaud étais le monsieur vers minuit. Très déçu!

Chambre rénovée très bien. Lit très dur par contre.
L'insonorisation n'est pas optimale. Mais sinon c'était très bien.
A l'arrivée et à la sortie c'était très long par contre et le personnel n'était pas très courtois.

Very good for the price (no breakfast included but we knew when we booked). Coffee in the room. Very clean.:) Check in was very quick as well.

Chambre rénovée avec mobilier récent et plancher de bois.
Ne pas vous attendre à un grand hôtel mais soyez certain que vous dormirez bien avec une literie adéquate. Petit bémol: il n’y a pas de draps contour sur le lit mais à noter qu’il y a toutefois présence d’un drap régulier sur le lit, qui se déplace la nuit durant).
Point positif: Plusieurs restaurants (principales chaînes de restauration rapide) et commerces à proximité (moins de 3 ou 4 km). À proximité de l’aéroport et du 737 de Capitaine Gagnon (photos).

One of the worst hotels ever. If I could I would give a 0 star rating. The staff was atrocious and hotel itself was dirty. My air conditioner wasn’t working and the manager refused to help us. He simply said he can’t do anything about it. He basically asked me to deal with it. When I asked the manager to refund my money so I can go somewhere else, he refused and threw the receipt on my face. Finally after quite a debate and me threatening to call the cops, he refunded my money. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Please do not go. Do not even think about this hotel. Not recommended

Nice and clean bedroom, bathroom was not as expected. Funny lighting, room had warm lights and bathroom had bright white lights, lol. No water in bedroom, no room service due to covid, all in all basic experience just gets the job done. AC was very traditional, very noisy.

Also, I thought hotel is fancy, green coloured however to my surprise it is painted in the shade of black and still no latest photos. I was kinda disappointed in that!

Pas de couvre-matelas, mais ils seraient commandés, air climatisé très bruyant dans la chambre. Literie et serviettes très propres.

N’allez pas là! Moisissure dans la salle de bain après un évident dégât d’eau. Odeur étrange dans la chambre. La trappe de l’aspirateur central (situé à côté de notre chambre) fais un vacarme constant. Personnel de l’hôtel peu professionnel et très peu accueillant en plus d’être illettrés! Des gants médicaux traînent sur les tapis dans les corridors et des masques de procédures traînent également partout par terre dans les corridors et devant l’hôtel. Vraiment degueulasse. N’allez pas là!

My boyfriend and I stayed here the night of July 14. I reserved on the phone that morning with a very friendly staff member who could speak English with me. Our room was very modern looking and clean, the bed and pillows very comfortable and the bathroom very nice. The only complaint I would have is that the website advertised a free breakfast, but when we went down to the lobby there was nothing. Probably due to Covid 19, but they could have stated that on the website/over the phone. Overall it was a nice hotel and we were very pleased with our stay!

Very disappointed. We booked a I advance and when we arrived there at 4: 30 p.m. And my husband waited for over 45 minutes and at the end the hotel's manager told him to come back at 7: 30 p.m because the room is not clean yet we went back at 8 p.m and the room wasn't clean and the pillows smelled and on top of that the room they gave us had a door that can't be locked and the next room can access to our room we travel a lots but never seen a dirty hotel like this. Highly NOT recommended. The hotel was located in 2500 Ave St-Jean-Baptiste, Quebec (Chateau Roptel Henri IV) check out the attached photos. They ruined our 3 days vacation Never ever will book there.

Staff excellent & nice. Clean room & bathroom. Good location near high ways, many parking lots. Very good value for your money. Highly recommended.

La raison première est que cette établissement n'accepte pas les chiens d'assistance. Il y a une loi qui vous oblige de les accepter. Juste pour cette raison je n'irai pas. Même si j'avais l'intention de ne pas l'avoir avec moi

Personnel courtois, chambre propre et accueillante. Pour un transit c'était très bien rapport qualité prix. Restaurants tout près.

On nous a chargé une bouteille d'eau alors qu'on a rien pris. La chambre supposée rénovée était fraîchement peinturée avec odeur forte! Oreillers en ballon. Bref, aucun confort dans cet hôtel.

La chambre très propres mais rien d’extravagant le lit peut confortable mais quand même bien pour hôtel de dernière minute
