My tarro tea was absolutely discussing! I have had the same type of tea at other restaurants but never at this franchise. The tea had a weird pulp texture and it didn't even taste of tarro. Very disappointed

Okay I’m changing my review. I figured out I just have to add extra sirup for more flavour which is not supposed to. Overall I love the Honeydew!

I come to this place all the time and never had an issue up until today. I politely asked the employee if I could get a straw. It took minutes before I could get her attention as she was too busy talking on her air pods. She rudely responded that I’m not a customer buying a drink and would charge me 2$ for a straw if I wanted one. If I could rate this place a zero if I could. Will not be coming back.

Never been satisfied at Chatime, the drinks/bubble tea tastes bitter, and for the price point, this is unacceptable. There are so many better alternatives near Chinatown and Westmount. AVOID.

My favorite bubble tea shop I won't go.anywhrre else always made to perfection. O always get honey dew? Highly recommend

Notre bubble tea était délicieux et nous avons eu un service impeccable; même s'il y a eu un mal entendu avec la commande, notre boisson a été refait sans blâme ou arguments.
