Good afternoon, today we were in Atwater's chat room and the guy who served us was and is rude, disrespectful, he treated us in a very humiliating and haughty way, I make a very respectful call to his boss to be careful When selecting your employees, no human being needs to be mistreated, your employee needs a course in human relations

I bought two SIM cards on Jul 1,2023 at the Atwater Alexis Nihon branch. The sale person assured me that the plan is for two months. I also double confirmed with him for at least 2 times before I left that the plan would last for 2 months because I just need it for 2 months. However, today, Aug 2,2023, the card stops working. Can’t make phone call, can’t text, can’t use data. I went to the brunch. It was the same sale person, he said there is nothing that he can do. He said he didn’t remember what he said because it was a month ago. I even bought the contract with me explaining how last time he said it’s for 2 months. Now, he said he didn’t remember anything.horrible memory and horrible attitude, I regret choosing this company. I don’t understand how Chatr can have such a sale person with this attitude serving customers.

Today I went to get a cell phone for my Daughter as she will be going to high school next year and I had a idea of the model I wanted as I inquire about it the sales Rep recommended a another cell same price but better quality and explain and look over the plan and got a nice price for all the accessories I got and he was nice enough to put the screen protector SIM card and the phone protector made sure the cell work perfectly Hicham is a excellent sale rep that I recommend for all your cell phone need

Their call customer service doesn't have service in English. There is no English option on the call menu and all their employees speak French. If you ask for an English speaking person, they put you back in waiting or just hang up.
