Cheaper than others, but you have only a very very small amount of internet. And the service doesnt have all the options needed it you dont pay extra for them. Here in canada when they say phone service, they mean only the very basic thing, while in Europe cover all of it. Even the ringing time is short. You have to pay for normal time ringing. The system here forced all to become thieves. Here when you buy a bicycle, you can buy the minimum possible of it.

Terrible customer service, the employe Adam was rude, condescending and overall impatient. Would not come again and would be canceling my service here

Extremely unprofessional. My family and I were helping my grandma with finding a phone plan, as she is almost 90, we took about 5 minutes or so helping her look for a plan. The person working there proceeded to keep rushing us (I would understand if there was a lineup, but we were the only ones there). After we found a plan and the employee there set everything up. We tried calling the phone, and it didn’t work. Rather then tell us that it would take some time for the service to take in effect. The two employees over there started blaming my grandmas phone even though my brother switched his SIM card with his phone and it didn’t work on his phone either. Rather than take control of the situation, they started yelling at my grandma and mom in a very rude manner. Later the phone started to work and receive calls but the manner these employees handled this situation was very poor and will be the last time my family ever uses this service provider again.

Service incroyable de la part d'Adam et du gérant! J'ai travaillé 5 ans chez Telus, Bell et Videotron et je n'ai moi-même jamais donné un service aussi impeccable.

Bonjour, j'ai prix la formule à 25$, est ce normal, d être facturé 10$la Sim ensuite 25$ le prepaid pin et un autre prepaid pin a 10$?

We hadn't good experience with sales persons, they hardly answered the questions even when they hadn't other customers.

The Chatr customer representative at this chart store and his name was Aladin, was very rude and unresponsive.

Refuse to sell Chatr Sim card only. I went to WOW mobile just next to it and bought one with no problems.

Very bad coverage. You can get lost easily if you count on your smartphone.
