I ordered these lovely shoes just before the long weekend and, to my amazement, they arrived today! The shipping cost was incredibly inexpensive considering that the shoes were sent by courier. I would most certainly order again. I had bought a floral dress with a white background to wear at my daughter's wedding only to realize that there were no size 39 white summer semi-formal shoes in stock in eastern Ontario. I started looking for the model I really wanted online and found it in stock at this store. I emailed them late Thursday and, to my surprise, received a reply at 6: 30am on Friday morning. Now three days later I have received the shoes. What excellent customer service!

Très mauvaise expérience d' achat en ligne et très mauvais contact avec le propriétaire M. Gilbert Boutet. Est ce de la mauvaise foi du commerçant. Une interprétation biaisée de leur propre politique de retour et remboursement ou encore une politique un peu déloyale? Je pense que c' est un beau mélange des trois. Faites attention!
