J'ai été servis par une gentille et douce dame et son service est magnifique. Elle m'a saluer dès mon entrer, ma demander de l'aide et ma même mis et ajuster mes bottes pour moi! Je me suis senti comme une enfant qui ce fait mettre des souliers par ça mère, un beau sentiment nostalgique. Je lui ai demander si elle avais de l'eau, car javais la gorge très sèche et je toussait incontrôlablement et elle m'a donner de l'eau sens hésitation. J'ai adoré son service impeccable. Merci!

The man working there is the reason I no longer go there.

I’ve brought my kids there twice and both times he was condescending to me and I did not like how he spoke to my girls at all!

Also, My mom went there once and he refused to speak to her in English even though he can speak it.
My mom told him she doesn’t understand French and he replied to her in English “ you live in Canada and can’t speak French? ”

Like who says that!

I always have fantastic service when I go.
They take good care of each customer and ensure we leave the store with what we need

Le propriétaire Omar est tellement obsédé par vendre qu’il oublie le côté humain dans tout cela! Je suis passé il y a quelques mois et j’ai vue comment il parle à ses employés, ça m’a dégoûté… Il vient se mêler de conversation qu’il ne le regarde pas et il veut tout contrôler, pas moyen de regarder les souliers sans se faire hurler de questions même si on lui a déjà dit qu’on ne fait que regarder. Je suis quelqu’un qui aime prendre le temps de faire le tour du magasin, sentant son impatience je les entendu dire à sa collègue: «Elle niaise elle devrait aller au Walmart à la place» merci, j’ai suivis son conseil, j’ai quitter le magasin, on ne ma pas saluer! Comportement zéro professionnel!

Had a terrible experience this afternoon, the guy was yelling at me from the other end of the store, then said something in French so I said pardon? The guy got upset and called over the store clerk the lady couldn't get me the boot size so we kept looking. Then an older lady who doesn't work there told me I'm not allowed to touch anything. So I said I was leaving, and in the background they said good go. Poor service and refuses to speak English

Nous avons acheté des bottes d'hiver pour ma femme et Omar nous a servi avec sa bonne humeur et son sourire! Petit magasin convivial. Nous y retournerons pour nos futurs achats!

Don't bother going there the man that's there is a rude piece of work. I think he doesn't like the English language because he became rude when my wife and I spoke English and basically told us to leave the store said all the shoe's are no good and to go elsewhere.we left, won't be back.spent over three hundred elsewhere. Thanks POP
