Great customer service. I used the live chat for clarification on how to enter symbols on a cheque, Robert was very helpful (not an AI bot!). I also liked how their chat feature allowed you to upload images, so I could get further clarification. Then, after I put in my order, I discovered I still had another 100 cheques and definitely would not need new cheques anytime soon, so I went back to the live chat and asked them to cancel the order that I had made 20 minutes earlier. Got Robert again and he canceled the order and sent me an email confirmation as I requested. I will definitely go back to them when I actually do need to order cheques!

I ordered from them and the cheques came out to beautiful and made with premium paper. Earlier when I contacted my bank for their cheques, I was hesitant because they were ridiculously expensive. Cheques plus gave the same quality with the option of every bit of customization and a whopping four times the amount of cheques for almost half the amount that I was about to pay to my own bank. No wonder these banks are filthy rich but thanks to Cheques Plus.

This was a painless order process and I saved quite a bit of money by ordering cheques through Cheques Plus rather than directly from the bank. The order came in on time and exactly as seen on the screen when I ordered them. The site was easy to use, change and add info as needed. Good experience.

Took many efforts to process the checks on account of the safety protocalls of matching information.preventing fraud usage is important but this took a lot of effort to sort out.and delayed the process 2 months

I'd highly recommend, you, avoid this company. I placed a order, double checked everything. I received, an email, saying my account number was wrong, and, they wanted a void cheque for proof. My account number was not wrong. They put my order on hold, even though, I already paid for it. I emailed, them back, and, told them to cancel my order, as, I don't have time for BS. I requested refunded, it's been over a week, and no refund, as of yet. These scammers, can't be trusted.

Il semble que la seule façon de le faire est en allant dans l'historique de la commande et qu'une simple réponse positive au courriel nous avisant que l'épreuve doit être approuvée est ignorée. Ordered cheques for the first time. They arrived fast. The bank gave me the wrong transit number so I have to order new ones. Hopefully they arrive just as fast!

TERRIBLE experience.we have ordered cheques before and just changed the bank name and account numbers and assumed our logo and bank information size, fonts etc.would remain the same.however, unbeknown to us, ChequesPlus changed the size of our logs and company name font size etc.and when we received the cheques we noticed this difference.when we contacted them, they said we had approved the cheques.we asked them why did they change the size of logo and name/lettering and they could not respond and refused to replace the erronoeous cheques printed.

Required T4 envelopes quickly. As the pandemic has most stores closed, online was really my only option. The packages at the Amazons and Walmarts were 500. I needed 5.
Cheques Plus came through with a package of 25. No delivery date was provided, however within a few day the envelopes were at my door. Thanks Cheques Plus!
