Do not go here! I would give 0/5 if i could! Went there cause my car needed a regular tuneup and inspection and they told me I needed to change the top plates, the brakes and the thermostat. I was a little sceptical because I had went to another garage earlier that year and they told me everything was fine and it was just regular 10 years old car problems. I decided to see a third mechanic… he told me that nothing needed to be changed. So Chevrolet Buick GMC Lasalle were planning on charging me about $2000 for repairs I didn’t really need + i paid 250$ just for this inspection.

I bought a Buick Envista amazing car and the salesperson was amazing and honest. Also their service department is amazing great service.

Last time (and it will be the last time) they used parts for a repair that were not original manufacturer parts but didn't tell me that. One of those parts then failed within a year, and when I brought it to another Buick dealer they refused to honor the parts warranty because of it. That is bad service.

Je viens d’acheter un camion de rêve ici chez GMC de LaSalle, WoW je suis impressionné par leur service, spécialement monsieur Sylvain prudhomme un homme de confiance et d’expérience il sait ce qu’il fait vraiment, service rapide communique très bien même par message texte pour faire bouger les choses, j’ai eu mon canyon Denali 2023 au bout de 2 semaines, camion extra ordinaire que j’adore.
Dans ce domaine le client doit être organisé et sait ce qu’il veut puis je suis pas mal certain chez Gmc de LaSalle ils vont être à la hauteur pour répondre à ta demande.
Service rapide sans faille je recommande

Il faut chercher pour un conseiller aux ventes pendant qu’ils rient dans leur bureau, et on semble les déranger. Dernierement je ressors avec de nouveaux problemes apres chaque visites dans leur garage. Content de ne plus faire affaire avec eux!

Terrible service. Was on a list for the bolt and after a year the model was no longuer available. Problem is we only found out by calling ourself (keep in mind there is a cashdown that we did…no chance that they could call us to warn us a propose a solution) We wanted to transfer our position on a list for the equinox and we got told we had to start over at the bottom of the list. As a sales person myself: I cannot recommend this place.better go somewhere else

On 02/23/2022 we brought our Chevy Equinox 2014 to the Chevrolet Dealership on Newman in Lasalle. The passenger wiper had stopped working. We had the Wiper Assembly fail on us during our Summer vacation and had it fixed at a dealer in New Burn S. It was repaired for free per a Special Coverage Adjustment N192266180 Wiper Transmission Arm Linkage Failure. As such, we were very surprised when the wiper failed again. It showed all the signs of the previous failure.

My wife went to the dealer and explained to the service tech that the wipers had been fixed this past summer. He was able to confirm the date in July we had the repair. After looking at the car he contacted her and stated that the Wiper Assembly needed to be replaced. He stated it was not the same part as before. Suspicious she still authorized the repair and paid the bill since she didn’t have the original paperwork from the summer repair.

The next day I was able to contact the dealer in New Burn SC and obtain a copy of the bill from 07/2021. It was the same part number. The tech stated the parts are under warranty for 12 months or 12,000 miles whichever comes first. THIS PART WAS UNDER WARRANTY!

I went back to the dealer and spoke with the same tech my wife had dealt with. I told him my wife was there yesterday to have the wipers repaired and she had told you guys that we had the wipers repaired this past summer and you told her that it wasn’t the same part but I have the bill from the dealer, it shows the same part. The SC dealer said it’s under warranty for a year so it’s under warranty. I also presented Special Coverage Adjustment N192266180 Wiper Transmission Arm Linkage Failure printout. The service tech just said OK and he grab the papers and he went into the back and disappeared for about 10 minutes. He came back out front and started processing the refund, made a few phone calls to get authorization and that was it. I asked him when you put the VIN # in the GM system doesn’t it show the service that was done, especially if it was prior warranty repair, he said oh no no Canada system doesn’t show Stuff done in the US. While we cannot confirm the tech didn’t have access to the info, It shouldn’t have been charged but processed under the memo. Which we mentioned!
Even if not aware of the repair in 07/2021 for the same part the dealer should have been aware of the bulletin! Wouldn’t it have been for our due diligence we would be out 500$! It is not the first time we get poor service at this dealer! Needless to say we are not going back!

Yesterday I visited the dealership with my grandson to look for a car for him, and unfortunately the salesman acted like just talking to us was doing us a big favor. It was a huge effort for him to answer basic questions, unprofessional, unpleasant. Comparing to another dealership, which had amazing customer service, this was a very bad experience.

The lack of customer service was astounding. The salesman was extremely cold and unhelpful. I cannot imagine how anyone would purchase a car from him under any circumstances whatsoever.

I have a friend who has very bad experience with them, he lost his time and money without get the expected service.

I went with him to this centre and witnessed very disappointing behaviour of the manager and his assistant they were very rough and disrespectful.

I would give 0/10 rather then 1/5.

I advise all potential customer to avoid those people.

Very poor service, their technical staff are not competent, I advise people to do not take your car to theim they gonna to screw it up and they are layers after tell you is under warranty you will be surprised by the bill thay you will pay off.

Gm LaSalle.if shopping for a car wasn't stressful enough these people exceed at making it even harder. The lack of communication between employees is OUTSTANDING.
First time we had problems with the financing, garage appointments, tires.oh and it's not them, it's us, we're the ones who don't understand how things work and now we're stuck in a contract we can't get out of.

Save your time, Save your money and please do yourself a favor and go ELSEWHERE.

Really not impressed with their mechanics or their service unfortunately. I bought a used vehicle from them over a month ago and they did not even give me the 175-point inspection they allegedly did on the car. I can never get a hold of anyone to even get the report. I am suspecting that they never did the report, considering all the issues I found on my own and after paying another garage to inspect it. I understand the car is used, but this is just really lousy service. They take advantage wherever they can to save a few bucks.

They said they would change my brakes, and they did such a poor job. They changed only the pads and not the disks, and now my car needs new brakes anyways. You don't need to be a mechanic to know that that is not the way to repair brakes. Waste of parts and time. They didn't even change the wipers or change the engine oil. This is all basic maintenance that you should do on a car before selling it to a customer. Really awful. Would not recommend.

In April 2019 I bought a used car from GM de LaSalle a 2009 Dodge Challenger. Do not trust their certified inspection. I was told the car was perfect condition which should have raised a red flag, no used car is in perfect condition. They also told me they couldn't put it on a lift to look underneath. The one problem was some rust spots along the base of the car and fenders. They told me don't worry we are gonna send this off for a really good paint job $2800.00 paint job I was told. I started having problems as winter started with a Cylinder misfiring, this is more of a hidden problem so I don't blame them for missing this. Then the body started rusting right back out within 6 months of new paint job, I'm guessing they only did a cheap coverup job to make profit and get the car off the lot quickly. Also in winter 2019 the ABS completely went affecting many things on the car including speedometer that fails to start up right away. I finally got around to fixing the ABS and I was told that the tone rings completely rusted off (This is a defect that should have been spotted and fixed before selling the car) the ABS system was also damaged and needs to be replaced, this is a very big job as the axel must be removed and the arms. As the mechanic continued to look he found problems with corroding front arm suspension left and right. Cracked transmission bracket and all kinds of stuff which should have been addressed in the certified inspection. This repair is costing me $2100.00 and the body work for the poor paint job will probably cost $2800.00 as per the dealerships original cost they told me. So essentially I'll be paying $21000+ for a car I paid $14250 + tax when the dealership should have known the car was about to completely fall apart in less than a year. I should have paid something like $10000 to be realistic but they spruced it up to make it look just nice enough to sell it. If you buy a used car from this dealership get a complete inspection at a real mechanic shop where they can inspect the under carriage fully and give you a true estimate of what is wrong with the vehicle. Even if the inspection costs you $200 it will be worth it not to get screwed. Obviously their warranty is only 3 months and say they aren't responsible. Truth is I've only driven the car 12,000km in 14 months as I drive less than the average person, I live 5 minutes from work and do not put hard miles on the car but yet is just completely fell apart. Completely unacceptable especially paying that much for a vehicle. If it happened after 2 years I understand but within 6 months, they for sure knew about the problems and didn't provide a proper inspection.

Very bad customer service. I had an appointment with them to purchase a car. Upon my arrival, the owner tells me that the car was sold. I had no return call to cancel my appointment and they knew I came from a long distance for this special car. The owner had the audacity to tell me “we’re sorry” and nothing else to try to please me. He told me “it works like that, if someone put money on it, then it’s gone”. Really bad experience. Thank you for waisting my time.

P. S: Don’t even ask me to talk with the manager Francois because he’s actually the one who I was supposed to have my appointment with and didn’t even bothered calling me back.

I’d give 0 star if I could.

J’ai fait l acquisition de journey 2016 j’ai pris r v avec le vendeur Serge qui m’a prit en même pas 1 h le camion était prêt pour l essais.après l avoir essayé j’ai remarqué qu il avait des pièces à changer ils m’ont tout simplement dit on s occupe de ca et ça été fait 2000$ de pièces et temps et tout ça pour me satisfaire.je peux vous dire je le suis.lundi j achetais le véhicule jeudi livrer. 5 étoiles pour vous et merci bcp mon expérience à été très satisfaisante!

Accueilli par Frédéric, très sympathique, nous voulions faire un essai routier. Malheureusement Frédéric n'était pas le responsable de cet aventure. Nous avons êtes présentes a Sylvain qui ne s'intéressait pas du tout a nous et a nos besoins. Nous posions des questions simples et il ne répondait en aucun cas, même pas un petit sourire. Refroidis par ce premier contact désagréable nous sommes partis sans même effectuer notre essai. C'est dommage nous étions entrés avec intention d'acheter notre premier véhicule.

Its very bad service i have ever seen in my life. First of all the salespersons are very greedy and they miss lead their customers and im one of them. I was betrayed during buy the car and the salesman gave me the extended warranty and many times i got problems in the car and went to their service centre additionally the service person told me your problem is not under the extended warranty. And i went 2 times only for the coolant leakage problem but its not fixed and now i got the same problem in couple of months and the leakage is in the radiator and they are not fixing the radiator because it’s expensive.
And now I request to them please fix my problem and you should think and care about the customer because only the customer are your best way for your advertising.

Very bad service, after about 2 years, and spending over $3000.00
the problem with coolant smell when heater on still exists for my Chevy Cruze, the technical service department must be either very incompetent or scamming people lots of money on labour and parts on trying to diagnose and fix a problem, i this is not the first I heard happening from this dealership. I will now stop going for maintenance

I booked a test drive on a Friday for the following Monday. It was confirmed on Saturday. I arrive Monday at 18: 30h and the car wasn’t available for some reason. No call to tell me to postpone it.

The sticker price was $23,999 (Used SUV) after inspection + detailing it came to $24,850. I NEVER heard of buying a car for MORE than the sticker price! The kicker was “sir I’m going to give you the extended warranty”. It was the 3 month warranty that’s a law.

I was ready to put a deposit on it if it was a little cheaper than the sticker price, but he was greedy.

GM Du Lasalle. You put the “dealer” in dealership.

Bonjour jai depuis 20 ans acheter 4 auto toujours ete tres satisfaite jai eu le malheur il y a 4 ans d acheter une Hyundai je le regrette amèrement autant le service vente apres vente en +dla rouille qui sort de partout en etan traiter tous les ans par antirouille je retourne sous peux chez chevrolet jadore tous deux jamais ete déçu

Low level customer service.
Before I signed the documents for Buick enclave, they were supportive. Salesman said: "If you have any issue, call me" I saw an issue two days after, Tried to reach the sales rep, He said" call my boss, I am not responsible".
It was a mistake to had a deal with them. I wish, I did read the reviews before! Unprofessional company I have ever seen.
Do not judge them by their clean and big showroom and how they behave before you sign the contract!

I was looking for a Chevy Sonic. This dealership advertised on their website that they had them. Even asked to "Build Your Own". I went through the whole procedure and got a scratch ticket for a rebate for my efforts. A web rep contacted me and we made an appointment at the dealership. I traveled for over an hour to get there, just to be told that Chevy supposedly didn't make this vehicle anymore and they didn't know what I was talking about. When I asked about the website and the rebate, again, they didn't know what I was talking about. Total false advertising just to lure you to the dealership where they try to sell you another type of vehicle, no where near what you're looking for. No car, no rebate, just a lot of b.s.

I was very happy with my experience with Antoine Courtemanche. If you are planning on purchasing/leasing a car with GM, he is your guy! He went above and beyond and made himself easily accessible throughout the process and even afterwards. He worked hard to find me an option that worked best for my budget. If you are getting your car serviced there, make sure to talk with Michel Ladouceur! He has always provided exceptional service.

My brother bought his truck from GMC LaSalle, unfortunately his truck was too high for the lift kit. When he maneuvered to the right the tire reached the side (Fenders). He called the LaSalle GMC to get that fixed and their response was, "it wasn't their problem, it was the people from Kahnawake who did the lift kit installation". Long story short, he had to ask a Lawyer to have them pick up the truck and fix their mess. With all of the concerns and statements on here. I am not sure of how I will be treated, let's see! If they overprice, like all the other GMC around the city. I honestly couldn't agree any more with the "Over pricing" with the service department, my sister and I always had the same terrible experience. I think they just got irritated because we bought the car at Chateauguay GMC.

False publicity! They advertised a NEW Chevrolet volt 2017 under the tab NEW on their site i called to see if it was still there, yes it is but its a used one with 48000km on it! On the site its at 0 km and NEW! They dont respond to emails too.don't go there they try to trick you!

Never again

Had a problem with a Malibu, battery had eroded on top of the cpu and wires, charged me 800$ for the module + diag + a wiring job and a small fuse which was most likely the immediate problem. I wanted to get the cpu tested somewhere else but THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY OLD CPU which made the situation look really bad.

To add Insult to injury when I left the dealership the right side of the car was NOW knocking and when I asked the guys at the front they said maybe the towing broke it or that when cars sit for a while these things can happen.

NEVER GO THERE!

Patrick lalonde a prit le temps de poser des questions sur les besoins le budget et d’offrir quelques modeles.il a offert le maximun qu’il pouvait offrir et nous sommes sorti tres heureux. Serge a livrer le vehicule, cest assurer que tout le monde est heureux.il a prit le temps d’expliquer le fonctionnement du camion, verifier que tout etait parfait.
