Service pourri ils on mon camion depuis 2mois pour réparation différentiel, impossible d'avoir une date de réparation, aucun suivi de leurs parts, boite vocale toujours pleines réussi à rejoindre Allen qui devait me rappeler dans 5minutes ça a pris 2 jours avant qu'il rappel aucune excuse de sa part, me dit que j'ai aucun recours sauf attendre ÉVITER ce concessionnaire

They sold me a car on Dec 1st and when I got home I realized the summer tires were still on. Called back and the gave me 2 weeks to change the tires and will be charging me for it.

Amazing service from Dudley, I came in to look at the Trailblazer and the Buick Encore. He explained to my wife and I everything about these cars as if he designed them. Truly impressed.
11/10 would recommend dealing with him.

GMC worst service standard and there is no possible way to speak to service department have to leave 22 Voice msg and still no response. It’s easy to strike a peace deal between Russia and Ukraine than manage to speak with someone in GMC service department.

No time commitment or service delivery. Day light robbery in the name of Diagnostic.

Do not visit this dealership even if this is last on the planet. Better to scrap GMC car then getting it fixed at GMC Dollard Des Ormeaux.

My car expected Bill from a private machnic was $185 but has to pay $1644 at GMC 7 Hours of so called Dignostics once your car is inside service station they hold you hostage and bill.

Not only, I will never visit this dealership. Infect never own another GMC, Buick or Chevrolet. Not in this life time.

I feel so terrible that i should have read few review before heading to get Skinning by these crooks.

Thank you for teaching a lesson. They are thief in disguise.

For God sake Run, Run as fast and far as you can from these people and learn from our experience

Went in for a tire change today
Waited 3 hours to be told by the service advisor that my tires were not at the dealership
I had made my appointment 3 weeks ago
I do not understand why they do not check to make sure the tires are there before the day of the appointment
The service advisor was rude, he blamed the ice storm for the tires not being there
Terrible service and advisors that are rude and should not be working there

Ok so I purchased a 2019 Buick encore from a different dealer but the car is still under warranty with Cadillac west island. I have a check engine light to be fixed. I was provided with a phone # and contact person and was s person would take care of my car. For 2 weeks I was calling and leaving messages and never got a call back so I decided to drive down and see what was going on. I was finally able to talk to someone and was told that they had no loaner cars and could not take my car in for repairs at that momment and they would call me back with an appointment. That was 5 weeks ago and still no calls. Not sure how they run their Business but treating customer like this is disrespectful. I was not sure about purchasing a Buick due to the bad reputation they have but I took a chance that I now regret. I have been diving this lemon for over 2 months with a check engine Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen from a car dealership. If you in the market for a car, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this dealership

Service tres mauvais, je suis aller pour la réparation de la voiture. A ce jour il n'ont pas encore appelé, le néant, pas de suivis même avec le directeur du service. Sincèrement je ne recommande pas ce concessionnaire à personne.
Mon expérience est trop long à expliquer mais plus jamais je vais acheter une voiture à ce détaillant.

Great service. They actually do listen to you. Like alot of dealers their car stock are low but these guys try to find you a good option on what YOU asked for.

This place is so disorganized. Spent $45k here this year on a brand new car, they asked me if I would like to keep my summer tires in storage because “the first change is free”. I said no that’s ok I’ll bring them in for our first change.

Here’s where it gets good. We wanted to make sure the tire change was free as we live about 45 minutes away, so we called and the lady on the phone said YES, this tire change will be free. So we went ahead and booked the appointment.

When we arrived they handed me a bill for $105 and said that it’s not free because our first change was when they put winter tires on the car before we took possession on the vehicle. I said, but we called ahead, and you ensured me it was free. The guy even admitted it says “Free tire change” on the appointment notes, however.and this is the BEST part. “That only says that because you told us it was free”

If you ever wanted to see a business try everything in the book not to accept responsibility for its mistakes. This would be a good one.

Note to the dealership: I accept that your policy is to count the initial tire change as the first one. However if you tell your customer to bring their car in for a tire change and ensure them it’s on the house, there is not a rational person in the world that would think this is ok to go back on it and blame the customer.

I can't understand it very well, I need to change the rear shock, the car was in the store for two days, I was told it was out of stock so I couldn't replace it, and I still have to pay $168?

Je suis tres deçu du service a la clientele j appel le service pour prendre un un rendez vous pour changer la batterie de ma voiture suite au rappel, personne ne me rappel alors je prends un rendez vous via l apllication pour la changer et en meme temps faire l inspection puisque j ai une garantie prolongée
Ce matin le service me dit qu il vont me rappeler pour changer ma batterie et que je dois payer de l argent meme si j ai une garantie prolongée

UNETHICAL & DISHONEST Dealership
I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership a few months ago. The vehicle was advertised as Certified Pre-Owned. After taking possession of the car, I had to have the vehicle Safety Inspected in my home province. I discovered the Safety Inspection and GM 150 Point Inspection report data were misrepresented. The vehicle was not sold in Certified condition. I was fortunate to require a second inspection otherwise I unknowingly would have been driving an unsafe vehicle. Contacted Yvon Leduc and sent photos of the retained parts. Of course I haven’t had a reply. Contacted GM and put them on notice (with supporting documents) as to the fraudulent activities of this dealership. They are investigating. Ask yourself if you want a loved family member driving/riding in a vehicle “Safety Inspected” or maintained by this dealership. Based on this and other reviews save yourself the aggravation and legal recourse needed to resolve an issue. Do your homework and find a dealership with integrity.

J’ai acheter un gmc terrain et là j’ai un rappel pour mon véhicule mais il me dise que je vais devoir payer pour faire mon rappel? Et moi qui voulais changer mon véhicule cette année dans ce garage j’ai acheter un véhicule neuf là mes jamais je vais racheter un n autre dans ce garage

I went in with a flat and they charged me for a wheel alignment with I reused twice, once on the phone and another time face to face in person. I guess what I wanted didn't matter?

They refunded me after I complained to the dealer’s management
