Chez Gatsé Restaurant Tibétain

Very pretty place, perfectly cooked rice, 4 stars for the food only because i made a mess of myself trying to eat it, wish it was pre-cut. Will definetely come back to try other stuff:)

Food was amazing it was a bit blant for my taste but I enjoyed it, would love to come back again but the service was horrible the guy had 0 interest in working. Please improve the service otherwise I love the food. Also quantity is quite filling and price is really good

Si l'idée d'aller dans un restaurant tibétain, à Montréal, est de découvrir des saveurs inconnue et une ambiance authentique dans un environnement accueillant, nous étions en terrasse à l'arrière, alors n'aller pas dans ce restaurant.

Very beautiful and cozy restaurant with gorgeous wall paintings and books and lanterns about the Tibetan culture. I had the Yeti plate (vegetarian) with cream cheese soup, vegetarian momos, egg noodles with noodles, Jasmine tea and vanilla ice-cream. It was beyond delicious! Everyone in the group also loved their food. Perfect place to try Tibetan food and culture and I cannot wait to come back with friends and family and try other steamed momos. A 10/10 restaurant.

Being from Toronto, this felt like such a cozy Tibetan home kitchen. The interior was lovely, it’s small but can seat a few groups. The service was really nice, I got it for takeout but waited inside the restaurant with the free tea they served. The server apologized for the delay with the momos but it took about 15-20 mins total for perfectly steamed and pan fried veggie momos. They were crispy and warm, really well seasoned filling, juicy, and the sauce was incredible! Will be going back to try their other items!

Must try! It was a comforting meal and the atmosphere was great. Really enjoyed having dinner here, a real standout restaurant in Montréal.

We were welcomed, and were always ensured that we had everything we needed.

We each ordered the Gatsé Classique (Special Yeti Meal), and were satisfied and full! Will definitely come back.

We were traveling and noticed this restaurant with food that I have never tried before and that bought an interest to go in. The music and atmosphere was unique with a very calming environment. We were greeted and seated right away. The waiter helped us make our choices and understand the menu. The food and presentation was very good with unique flavors. I was very happy with what I ordered and there was a good quantity of food that was very reasonably priced.

Never before have I had the spice blends that elevated the dishes to unique and delicious flavors! Definitely will go back. Very good value table d'hôte.

Food was great, had the authentic taste one would expect, service was excellent too. Overall, highly recommended.

Nous étions un petit groupe de 4 et la terrasse derrière le restaurant est vraiment bien. Nous avons beaucoup aimé l’expérience.

Vraiment un beau petit endroit ; dépaysant et avec une atmosphère zen et chaleureuse. Les plats sont délicieux. J'ai pris un peu de tout: Shabhalé (galette grillée farcie de bœuf haché) vraiment bon, potage aux lentilles satisfaisant, momos (dumpling tibétains) excellents, poulet Lhasa délicieux! Et les prix sont très abordables!

Mon seul petit désagrément a été que les légumes et patates en accompagnement du plat principal n'étaient pas suffisamment cuits. Néanmoins, Chez Gatsé est un resto à essayer!
