Friendly staff, quality products. A really fun and welcoming place for my teenager to enjoy a few rounds of MTG Commander League. We would go all the time if we lived in MTL.

Fun cozy store with great customer service and great selection of magic the gathering cards with reasonable prices. Commander events are fun on Tuesday’s with nice ppl:)

Pire expérience client. Shipping exorbitant, demande de dépôt pour des commandes, patron désagréable. À éviter.edit: suite à la réponse quasi immédiate du magasin je tenais à ajouter des détails. J'ai passé 5 commandes flesh and blood et j'ai payé 4 en ligne. J'ai tenté à plusieurs reprises de contacter le magasin pour annuler l'une des 5 mais je n'ai jamais eu de réponse. J'ai pu ramasser 3 des 4 commandes payées mais j'ai dû payer un dépôt que le magasin m'a exigé.

Présentement, j'attends un appel du magasin pour savoir quand ils pourraient me ship mes commandes que je n'ai toujours pas (j'ai déjà payé pour une en ligne et payé un dépôt pour l'autre) mais je n'ai pas de réponse. Ce qui est drôle c'est la vitesse à quel point ils répondent à mon review par contre.

Pour la longeur à faire des commandes, on m'a dit en magasin que ça leur a pris 1 journée à monter une commande flesh and blood de 35 cartes différentes mais presque toutes de la même race, Draconic. Donc, selon moi ça devrait être dans des boîtes pas trop loin l'une de l'autre? Si 1 journée de travail c'est 8 heures, c'est un peu long pour 35 cartes différentes.

Pour ce qui est des coûts de shipping, ils chargent 20$ minimum quand les autres shop sont entre 0$-3$, quand j'ai demandé pourquoi, l'employé m'a dit d'un ton fâché "si les autres shop veulent perdre de l'argent c'est pas mon problème"

Showed up almost closing time. Even then, the man in charge helped me while the place was packed of card gamers. And when i say packed, not one empty chair. The mood was fun and chill. I have to go back.

Love this place, always find way too much stuff that I want when I go. Great selection and staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

This is a great place to go and spend your adult money on the inner you.

If they don't have it, they will order it for you, eliminating in the transaction all those custom fees.

The only reason 4 stars is they focus on Magic and board games, while I'm a ttrpg player. But the staff are so wonderfully friendly and helpful that I pop in once and a while, anyway: D

C'est une bonne boutique pour geeks (comme le dit le nom du magasin!) et les employés sont sympas. Aussi, c'est 1 endroit intéressant où trouver des Funko pops.

Prix des produits pokémon absolument exorbitant! Une boîte récente ayant une valeur de base de 50$ (je peux comprendre l'inflation du marché pokemon - mettant le prix vers les 80$) à 160$! Une elite trainer box du dernier set, battle styles est à 90$ (40 à la base). C'est ridicule.d'ailleurs vous vendez des fausses cartes gx rainbow à 10-15$:)

Very friendly staff, they did not have what I needed, but kindly directed me towards another store that did. They seem well equipped in terms of selection, too. Very helpful, I recommend!

On a tenté de nous refuser la vente de 4 boites de booster que nous avions commandé sur leur site en store pick up. Sous prétexte qui y avait une limite de 2 boites par client. Cette règle n'était écris nulle part sur leur site au moment de notre commande et cerise sur le gateau, il nous manquait 3 pack de booster spécial sensé venir avec les boites. Le commis nous en a remis qu'un seul. Nous ne ferons plus l'erreur de remettre les pieds là-bas.

Edit: Les boites était au nom de mon coloc. C'est lui d'ailleurs qui a été les chercher.

Bought a card on the website to get told they could not sell it at that price and i had either to pay more or my order was gonna get cancelled.

Sad about the price not getting updated often. They are just going to cancel your order if you try to buy from them online if their price isnt up to date.

Accueil sympathique, produits variés, attention toutefois les cartes Magic ne sont pas forcément au même prix que sur le site, et les stocks ne sont pas toujours bons. Appeler avant de se déplacer

The pricing system on MTG singles has to change. You can't have prices listed on the website, and then have a disclaimer that "you are not buying the cards at Listed Price on our site, You are reserving them until we check their value. " This is at best misleading, and at worst false advertising.

Don't have the manpower to change the prices yourself? Link to websites that reliably track the price of cards. Don't keep underpriced listings from 2014 and then annoy customers because the card has gone up 50%.

Otherwise, great local business doing things right. Good people, great store, but this policy should change.

I went on their website and saw a Magic card that I wanted. They were selling it for 153$. I showed up at the store to buy and they said the price went up. It was now going for 299$. I've heard this type of story before, but it's never happened to me personally. I don't think this is legal. Terrible experience.

Small but cozy. Clerks are nice and the selection is packed wall to wall!
I come here for my [fallout wasteland warfare] miniatures and it's good to be able to buy them in shop.
They also have a very acceptable selection of [warmachines/hordes] miniatures and [dark souls the board game]. Which is another good find.

Ils ont annulé ma commande en ligne de deux cartes parce que le prix a monté APRÈS mon paiement pour ne pas perdre quelques dollars. Je trouve que c'est très irrespectueux. Je venais tout juste de découvrir ce magasin et ma première impression fut le propriétaire qui me crie après dans le magasin pour avoir 5$ de plus en disant qu'il doit payer un loyer. Il vient de perdre un client qui dépense beaucoup en magasin en plus d'ajouter une mauvaise critique à son magasin. Le tout pour un 5$ bleu. Je recommande L'Expédition sur St-Hubert à la place. Les employés sont beaucoup plus sympathiques et les commandes prêtes en un rien de temps!

Excellent service and selection of games. We were shown how to play our board game, we had purchased in detail and it was an enjoyable visit.

Neat place. Might be first at weird when it's your first time, but the staff are friendly.
Drinks are not allowed. Support the shop and buy yours from them! Perfect place to have fun with friends! They usually organize game nights for different card games and such. The shop is also well stocked with neat products of any kind, as long as they're related to comics, cartoons, video games or animes.

Très bonne boutique de jeux de société, bandes dessinées et jeux de cartes Magic. Incontournable à Montréal.

On y a été bien reçu et mon petit gars a trouvé des cartes de Pokemon qui lui ont fait plaisir!

We took the metro specifically to find this store and arrived at 1: 10. Door was locked. Said it opens at 12. We went for lunch and came back and now there was a handwritten note saying it would be closed today and Thursday. Not impressed. We are from out of province.

J'ai joué dans ce magasin pendant plus d'un an, principalement aux événements Magic The Gathering. Lieu vraiment convivial, j'ai toujours été bien accueilli dès le premier jour comme je l'aurai été chez des amis ou dans ma famille!

Nice board games store in montreal. The owner is very welcoming and has its own youtube channel for games reviews. He also kick started board games himself which is impressive. The selection is nice but no so huge. The prices are ok (i think so). Worth visiting if you like board games and you are around.
