Restaurant sale et qui pue en plus de ça certains employés et le gérant sont racistes ayayaye c’est vraiment pas mon genre de resto mais j’avais faim et heureusement on a pas mangé là-bas je pense qu’on aurait fini avec une intoxication vu l’odeur qui a frappé mon visage en rentrant dans le resto

Les poutines sont EXQUISES! Habitant le centre de Montréal, nous faisons le déplacement à chaque fois, ça en vaut la peine

I’m giving this place one star because I can’t give it zero stars. The older woman behind the counter was a sweetheart, and the customer service was great as I said she was a sweetheart. But, the quality of the food or should I say the lack of quality was ridiculous. Having worked in the kitchen industry for many years I know when french fries have been reheated in old oil half a dozen times. I have been to other fast food places like this, that share the same name on the north shore, and they were much better. This one in particular is absolute garbage. Enter at your own risk. And when you’re sitting in the car, regretting it, I told you so.

Toujours eu un excellent service et la bouffe est parfaite! Beaucoup mieux que celui sur de la Concorde!

J'ai goûté pas mal tout le menue sur des années et je suis toujours très satisfaite. Très bon resto rapide.

Suoer place sur le boul cartier je crois que les gents qui metent de mauvais commentaire se trompe avec celui sur boul concord car sur concord toujours des faces de boeufpas de sourir incapable de bien traiter les gents et se prenne pour d autres moi chez gerad patate sur concord sais fini je reste avec chez gerard patate sur cartier sais une belle gagne bravo et continuer

On coloc handicapés il a des petits trouble de memeroire et tout a commandé un commande quil n'est pas allé cherché il est maintenant impossible de commande la bas il nous on dit que c'était plus possible de commander pour nous la fille riais au téléphone qui m'a parlé ji vais plus jamais

Food was not bad for fast food, but still not high quality, but the worst is that they handle everything you will be eating bearer hand, not even a broken glove, and no mask on and they talk and it could be all over, so be aware that whatever you will eat there will be touched thousands times. Apart from that fact, that at the end is the main, they prepare everything in front of your eyes, they pack and you will be out of the place in no more than 10 min, they are kind and work fast, so if you are really in a rush for food, it could be a choice to be considered

C'est le plus près du métro Quartier. C'est trop chère, les portions sont petites cependant, c'est réconfortant.

Mauvais service n'a même pas essayer de m'aider un minimum avec ma commande passer avec skip quand on cest fait livrer la mauvaise chose par leur faute.

Super service personnel sympathique et souriant c’était ma première visite et pas la dernière! De loin la meilleure poutine en ville

SS tier casse croûte, une équipe de staff incroyable, le club sandwich est un délice et service ultra rapide.

I get it that it's a fast food place but don't offer a salad if you're not going to wash it first. I paid over 11$ for a Caesar salad (no extras). The lettuce was dirty and to top it off- a blue collar worker with very dirty hands helped himself to the croutons behind the counter. I guess he's a regular customer so they don't bother him. He reached into the jar of croutons, took out a handful - put his grubby hands to his mouth and then reached in a couple more times. These are the very same croutons that were on my salad! Ewwwww!

Véritable monument de la patate frite à Laval. Staff toujours très professionnel et courtois, des vrais pros de la patate. On y retourne depuis 30 ans pour leur club sandwich (vraie poitrine de poulet légèrement assaisonnée) et leur poutine au fromage toujours excessivement frais.

Je déteste quand ils n'ont pas interac et que leur guichet privé ont 5$ de frais pour retirée du cash. Désolé nous sommes répartie pour manger ailleurs

Food is good. Servings are large.old school joint with old school attitude on the line. I'd go back.

Le smokemeat est incroyable. Les giros aussi tres bon. Malheureusement les prix ont augmenté depuis le covid

My brother and I went to this place. WE DID NOT REGRET IT! Best poutine in town. Tall man served us with the best service. (He is the owner or manager) Will be back soon for sure!

Owners and workers are very welcoming, food is amazing, little tip poutine with steak and onions is the best one
