Poutine was delicious. Even though I can't have mile the chocolate milkshake was top notch, I may pay for it later though. Prices are fair as well.

Great food and drink, especially if you can get a patio table with views of Quebec City square.

We ordered the la braisee poutine and it was excellent. Beefy cheesy hearty and delicious. Great meal to have while it was cold and snowing out. Service was also excellent and drinks were good.

Took my family here when we were in town after seeing the hype on You Gotta Eat Here. All 3 of us had different orders and all were lukewarm. Food wasn’t hot enough to melt cheese so it was sub-par. Server wasn’t rude, but wasn’t friendly, either.

Food was alright. Service was poor. Weather was beautiful that day, so outside dining was good.

Perfect spot for a quick lunch when in the upper city. Close to the Chateau. Fresh, local ingredients create amazing American favorites (burgers, fries, soda, and milkshakes). Bilingual staff and menus. Clean bathrooms.

Mushroom sauce on the poutine was excellent however the cubed uncooked potatoes were horrible. Made for a dissappinting dish and the waiter did not want to modify for regular french fries.

The food is.fine. Nothing special. The pop sucks, but you can drink water. The poutine isn't authentic, but it still tastes pretty good. The lines are quite long - and not worth it. Great fries, though.

La nourriture est.bonne. Rien de spécial. Le pop est terrible, mais vous pouvez boire de l'eau. La poutine n'est pas authentique, mais quand-même bonne. Les files d'attente sont assez longues - et n'en valent pas la peine. Mais ils font de très bonnes frites.

In all honesty it was not my favorite. However, I am picky. The staff was super friendly but the food just wasn't for me.

Must visit place if you wanna have good food with great service.
Ordered mixed fries with burnt garlic mayo, Le Jardin, La Robuste burger and dark chocolate milkshake and everything was absolutely delicious.
Pickled raddish in veg burger and sweet potato fries (even though I have always been a potato fries lover), were the highlight of my meal.
Patio have good view overlooking the Le Cheteau Frontenac.
Usually there's a waiting time of 20-30 mins, so do factor that in.

Bon service et super Hamburger! Très bon emplacement collé sur le chateau Frontenac.
Juste une chose, le s frites ne sont pas inclus avec le hamburger, n'oubliez pas d'en commander ;)

L’attente est longue, mais je ne pense pas que c’est de leur faute. La raison pour laquelle je ne donne que 3 étoiles est à cause de la qualité de la nourriture. Ou plutôt l’absence de qualité. Deux morceaux bizarres dans la viande de mon burger. La poutine contient du poivre. Beaucoup trop de poivre. Mon copain a bien aimé son burger. C’est la raison pour laquelle je donne quelques étoiles. Et aussi, car c’est moins cher que les autres restaurants du coin. Mais je ne recommande pas ce restaurant.

Horrible service, don’t come here if you don’t speak french lol. Waited for 30 mins and they turned us away after letting in multiple french people that were behind us in line.

This is your view from patio. Enjoyed the homemade sodas, gourmet burgers, poutine.reasonable prices for the the high quality. The view makes it well worth it and special. Definitely an authentic local experience you won't find else where. There are line-ups during the day, so go early for lunch to avoid waiting. Clean good washrooms too.

Bon comme chaque fois. Mais le service n'était pas à la hauteur. On a modifié sans nous demander nos frites à l'huile de truffes par des patates douces car il n'en restait plus. Je n'aime pas les patates douces. Et on nous a chargé les plus chères celles au truffes.

Très bon restaurant, de bons produits, beau burger végétarien et les frites signature super bonnes également. Les sodas sont excellent! Les frites de patates douces étaient peut être trop cuite mais très mangeable. Bonne ambiance, le staff continuez comme ça

Why bother with places like McDonald’s when you can get amazing burgers and poutine here? It’s perfect location is so close to everything and I preferred it to some of the more fancy options in the area for its great food and atmosphere. Dark Chocolate milkshake was to die for. When I come back to QC you can bet I’m making another reservation here

Waited for over one hour to be served, poutines were cold, thier own brand of soda were terrible, burgers were tough and very ordinary, and it is very expensive, the staff look overwhelmed and disorganized, I will never go back

Burgers are delicious and the indian poutine was great. Prices are surprisingly low for a resto with a prime location like that! We were two and ordered 2 burgers, 1 big poutine and 4 drinks for under 90$!

We tried the chic burger and it was absolutely delicious. Though, we also tried the classique poutine, the potatoes tasted burnt, and the gravy had no flavour at all. We went around 7 pm and they had already run out of many menu items including braised/smoked meat and chicken which made our choices very limited

I had the poutine and it’s the best poutine I have ever had! Highly recommend it. The sauce in the poutine is great.

We had venison burgers, and they were nothing special. Waitress kept forgetting our order. Once they brought our food, my wife took a bite from the burger, and waiters came back saying it was a wrong order. Despite staff being unorganized, my rating is based on food quality only.

Loved it! The burgers (veggie and Chicken) were amazing and the dark chocolate milkshake was sooo good! Also the truffle fries
