Was ordering two ice creams at counter. While ordering we were trying to decide flavours and toppings (extra cost). We finally decided and cashier was ready to cash us out.
Before he could even get the terminal ready for payment, a staff lady had already prepared an ice cream with one of the flavours that we asked about but didn’t actually choose (and remember we still haven’t even paid yet). We said we didn’t order that. She said we did. Cashier explained to her in French that we never completed our order and she just overheard us and started making it too soon.
She angrily threw the ice cream she made into the garbage and the two families behind us went silent and looked at us. One of the families walked out after they saw the interaction. The cashier told us sorry but don’t worry about it and we went up for toppings.
A second staff started making the same ice cream wrong again and didn’t put toppings this time. We told her to stop, it’s wrong, we paid extra for toppings, she said no we didn’t, we said yes we did, we looked at cashier, he nodded, and then she threw out the second ice cream (also angrily, lol).
They got it right the third time and told us good night. Except even now she didn’t put all of the toppings on the small one and put a weird amount of coffee beans on the larger one. The first family in line saw again and were shaking their heads and said sorry to us. Pictures of final ice creams attached.
Embarrassing. Transaction ID #1dfbe82e. Please find the staff working on this order and tell them to take it easy. They seem to be mentioned in other reviews. These ice creams aren’t personal and people can see their behaviour. Better to just let it go and start over than make a scene. +1 to the cashier who intervened when he could but he has his job to do with other customers also.
Worst part, ice cream wasn’t even good. Again, there was a ridiculous amount of coffee beans and the other toppings didn’t even stick and the staff handed to us specifically saying “that’s the best I’m going to do. ” We couldn’t finish our ice creams from Chocolato because they kept falling apart, 15 minutes later re-ordered the same things from Chocolats Flavoris just 4 shops down, and it was 10/10 there. And no ice creams lives lost in the process!

Belle panoplie de produits. Éventail de variétés adéquat. Les portions pourraient être un peu plus grosse compte tenu du prix.

Arrivé à 17: 10 et l'horaire affiche que c'est ouvert même sur la porte. Il y a des employées à l'intérieur mais la porte est barrée. J'ai cogné sur la vitre aucune fille (employée) ne veut répondre. Sérieusement, aucun respect pour le client. Jamais je ne retournerais ici

Overpriced. You can sit and eat inside, however the place doesn't have a bathroom for customers. Would not come back next time we are in Quebec City. Chocolats Favoris is much better.

Achat d'une gaufre, pas mauvaise, mais clairement sans plus pour 5$. De plus, j'ai senti une petite envie d'arnaque pour me rendre la monnaie, que j'ai du quémander. Pas convaincu.

Oh, my. I love the soft serve ice cream (“crème glacée molle”) here. There are several flavors you can dip (“tremper”) your ice cream into.including several types of chocolate, maple, strawberry, Oreo and more than a dozen toppings (crunchy and other “garnitures”) you can add to the dipped cone. So far I have dipped chocolate ice cream in 50% dark (noir) chocolate and vanilla ice cream in maple (“érable”) and added various crunchy bits to the cones (Oreos, nuts, etc.). Yummm.

Awesome chocolate Sundae and Salted Caramel Ice Cream. It's a must visit for those who are fond of chocolate. *Picture clicked a little late hence not the best representation*.

Ordered my ice cream with 5 more family member an non of us had his order right the server was with a very dirty white shirt on and had gloves that she was cleaning the counter with I feel bad for a place like this you should hire some more trained team.

C'est la deuxième fois que je demande un 'grand' sunday et que l'on me facture un 'petit' c'est vraiment dommage parce qu'il sont super bon mais a me donne pas ce que je demande.
