This place used to be top notch, but the quality and availability of the products are questionable. For exemple, I wanted to order a chocolate mousse (smaller size), it was not available of course, only the bigger size was, so I purchased it thinking this is xmas, so I will spend my hard earn money and help local business in the process. But when i served it, it was not fresh. It was probably 3 days old (they will say impossible but I know exactly what it tastes like when its fresh). Returning it will be a mess with the staff. I also purchased 6 croissant, although nice ones were on display, they were already in a bag, which makes sense at this time of the year. When I got home they were all overcooked. I wanted some coulis as well, they only had the larger size (twice the price) in one of the 2 flavours I preferred. Since La Gasgogne closed, I have tried multiples time to encourage that particular patisserie. I know its difficult for everyone in this business, but they are making it hard to return time after time, with less and less quality and availability. The prices are high, and I dont mind to pay when its quality, but now I may not return for awhile. I am tired of getting the wrong end of the stick while paying top dollars.

I have been coming to this pastry shop for the last 23 years and have always enjoyed their products and customer service but today they went over and above good customer service. Celine, a sales person at the store, called to inform me of a problem with my order. This was upsetting but Celine said she would try to find a solution. After a few calls Celine and the owner found the perfect solution. I thank Celine and the owner and want to highly recommend this excellent business.

Strawberry shortcake was DIVINE. Bravo for the baker. And price fantastic

What can I say about their croissants.the very best in town, I have had croissant all over the place but this one is an exception.whatever butter they use it works fabulously! You got to try it to believe it!

Excellente pâtisserie, le chocolat est superbe. Sans oublier le pain et les croissants.
