Chrysanthia is a truly exceptional realtor. My family had been living in NDG for several years before we were ready to buy a property. We came to Chrysanthia and she helped us to find a property that met our needs, in the neighborhood we desired, and importantly fit within our budget. However, every step of the purchase was complicated, from negotiating the price to closing. The home needed substantial renovations, and Chrysanthia's network of connections with contractors helped us to get quotes, and her experience helped tremendously in negotiations.
