Church of La Visitation-de-la-Bienheureuse-Vierge-Marie

Très belle église, ouverte tous les jours sauf le lundi. Une des plus vieille église de Montréal encore debout.

Church of La visitation is the oldest church in Montreal. It's also the sight where a native guide named Auhautsic drowned. The area was named after him, it's called Ahuntsic now.

Église superbe au grand charme historique. Une richesse du quartier. Les statues extérieures d'un autochtone et son compagnon devraient être enlevées.

Most beautiful and perfect church we could have ever dreamt of for our wedding day. From the first day we inquired about getting married there, the administration and staff welcomed us with open arms. All of my questions were always promptly answered and they were all so caring in how they treated our file. Everything was so smooth and well-executed - we are so glad that we were united in Holy Matrimony here at La Visitation. It was the perfect backdrop to our perfect day.

I was shocked to see how beautiful this church is on the inside at a recent wedding. It is also very close to Parc de la Visitation which is also worth a visit. This is a beautiful historic area in the north end of Montreal.

Beau bâtiment bien préservé et intéressant à visiter. Notre groupe a été séparé en deux, notre guide a pris le groupe anglophone et Lazarus qui est franciscain nous a fait un tour guidé en français.

Nous sommes allés à Noël à la messe de 20 hr. Nous avons tous aimés, le curé un savoyard très sympathique ainsi que tous ceux qu'ils l'entouraient.
