I cant understand how the manager of the branch can be not client oriented. I was in branch today morning, try to ask someone worker inside how I can open a checking account. I want to know some details about type of accounts. Inside branch was no one, only security officer and one woman. No visitor, only me and my husband. We try to ask this woman what we can do, she only repeats for us three times-you must to have an appointment. I ask she to help me make appointment online, she said-i can't. I asked she some questions about accounts, but she don't need give me any information, only repeat-you must have appointment. I don't know, is it my mistake or she is not correct, but personal, like this, damaged all the ability to deal with CIBC bank. Thank you for your help, with best regards.
They are very understaffed so service is painfully slow. There aren't many CIBC branches in this end of the city so if you need to visit.one you're stuck going to this one.

Une des rares banques CiBC lorsqu’on ce dirige plus au nord de la ville de Montréal. Malheureusement, je viens de déménager dans Rosemont La Petite Patrie et je suis très déçu que celles-ci se trouvent beaucoup plus au centre-ville ou vers les extrémités de la ville.
Très mauvais service. Ma blonde a pris rendez-vous avec eux pour ouvrir un reer. Une fois rendu sur place, sont nom n'étais pas la et n'ont pas voulu l'aider. Il lui ont simplement répondu de rappeler pour faire un autre rendez-vous. Je n'accuse pas la compagnie CIBC mais bien cette succursale coin Jean-talon et 24e avenue à villeray.
