CIBC Branch with ATM

Very professional personnel. Pleasant experience. Would use their services again.

In the website it says open until 7pm on Fridays. I came there before 6: 30 pm and the bank is closed already. The 2 ladies that I talked to said they cannot help me with my transaction because they already balanced their cash registers. They still have 30 mins to serve me and they closed it already. In a corporate world, it is stealing time. If that's the case, put in the hours "closed at 6: 30pm" not 7pm. Poor service, bank agents stealing time.

She treats clients like garbage. 5 of us decided to change to TD because of her. She's so miserable with her job than go work somewhere else

Matteo tried to help me out for a secured line of credit. The file was opened in the end of November and until this day (7th of February) was not resolved.
He was either on vacation or outside the office for at least 5 weeks during the whole procedure. Every time he asked for a document it was provided in a timely manner however the same cannot be said about this agent. It would take so much time between emails to be answered. Forget about calling him! He never answers nor does he returns his voicemail messages I leave him.
Every time we spoke about the file, it was as if he didn't grasp what my needs were.
I was so aggravated! I decided to call directly to CIBC phone service and a professional, highly effective, ready to serve gentleman answered and got my file up and running in less than an hour and a half. On top Matteo's bad service, I was told that the solution he gave me was not the best option considering what I asked him.
All that to say that this Matteo is either really bad at what he does or just doesn't care enough. (maybe both?)
I will never set foot again in this branch.
