This is the worst branch I have ever dealt with. They never answer there phones, there is never anyone there to help you in person because they are too busy. I have been a CIBC account holder for my entire life and this branch has gotten worse and worse every year. I hope that they hire proper people or just close it down.

The branch itself is very pleasant but the staff are hands down the worst I have ever seen!

I have recently moved from another province to here. I had an appointment made online and when I went there, the first person said no, you don't have it. When I provided my IDs, I was told that these are not acceptable and I need to provide a Canadian ID. How ignorant can you be? Major provinces should be known by a bank staff! I then saw another advisor who felt free to snoop around in my personal documents that I had with me, not related to the account. Are you kidding me? The professionalism of this place is the worst that I have ever seen anywhere in Canada. This branch should be closed immediately and the staff should be either educated and trained, or replaced. Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere and will never set foot in there again!

Terrible service! Absolutely unacceptable! I have been a loyal customer for over 30 years at cibc and have always been satisfied. This branch of cibc though.this one is the pits. The branch itself is beautiful and modern but the staff. Sooooooo slow, rude, one teller for hugeee lineup and they couldn’t care less. When you finally do get served, they are incompetent, lost, and really unmotivated at their jobs. I will never return to this branch. What a shame!

They have never answered the phone any time that I have called.and I have been with this branch for several years. Very disappointed. Perhaps it’s time for a change.

Your bank machines are the absolute worst of any big bank. For deposits, it says you can deposit up to 50 items but will spit back out anything more than one.

Most of the time a good service and if you have to queue they will try to help you as much as possible. Even going outside during covid and checking if they can help each customer. Very impressive.

I had the opportunity of working with a mortgage specialist at this branch, Kanthan Paramsothy. His service was exceptional. He gave me advice suitable to my concerns and was very prompt in assisting me with my mortgage. I would definitely recommend!

Worst client service ever In the history of banking
Not talking about tellers or counter transactions at all
Try for your self to call the branch, No-one at any extension or General # answers Even if you try 25 times a day
Even worst trying to get a mortgage renewed or line of credit They will toss you between
Agents called Acct managers. No communications between them what so whatever, complete disconnect, no follow up for more than a week
And good luck finding answers, complete unprofessional changing their positions and rates and commitments, if you must deal with this branch Never believe a verbal get everything in writing!
Complains to client service and even Office of the president and the Ambudsman office more than two times for the lack of service and professionalism with this branch
I cannot believe that Cibc Headoffice is not auditing controlling the service and a big ranch like this

I have had the best experience with this Branch. People are friendly, courteous, explain what you need to know, helpful and have a lot of suggestions to help you.
Only good experiences.
I am sorry to see some of the comments on lack of speed. That must be from the young generation that want everything now. Take the time to listen and learn what customer service is all about. Not just personal gratification.
To CIBC, I say keep up the great work and congratulation on your award for being the best bank in Canada.

They need to work on speed. Huge lineup and no sense of urgency. In 2019 I shouldn’t have to wait 45 minutes to do a wire transfer. Stop joking with clients and process our requests please.

Lors de la souscription à une carte de crédit, j'ai explicitement demandé à ne pas souscrire à l'assurance "facultative" et n'ai pas signé le papier correspondant. 10 jours plus tard, je reçois la confirmation de ma souscription à ladite assurance, alors que j'ai dit non à l'assurance, et n'ai signé aucun papier.
Demandant l'aide de ma conseillère, à qui je dois tout ces problèmes, cette dernière me répond qu'elle ne peut malheureusement rien pour moi, et me donne le numéro. Pratiques donc très douteuses de leur part, soyez vigilants
