Je suis avec CIK telecom depuis 2019 je suis extrêmement satisfaite! Vous ne trouverez Jamais Un meilleure prix un service à la clientèle qui répond extrêmement vite! Service de qualité! Sans dégrader aucune compagnie depuis que je suis avec CIK je les réfères à tous! Même lorsque que les géants compagnie me demande un transfert chez eux je leurs résume mon service ils me disent madame vous n’avez pas besoin de changer vous avez mieux c’est vrai (car je les laisses vendre leurs salades) CIK IS THE BEST COMPANY EVER! I got 3 services for less than 64$ each month!

Un service TOTALEMENT MÉDIOCRE le CRTC devraient fermer cette compagnie c'est vraiment une bande d'incompétents qui se foutent des clients vous devriez aller avec VIDÉOTRON moi j'ai les 3 services avec VIDÉOTRON et le service est impeccable ca ne coupe jamais le service a la clientele est EXCELLENT et pour les 3 services je paie 132. $ par mois taxes incluses et ca en vaut vraiment la peine

Straight up TRASH! I have barely had a working internet service for well over a month and they can't fix it. Sent a "new" modem that was scratched to shot and dated 2016 and SHOCK! That didn't fix a damned thing. CIK is a straight us SCAM

Their internet isn't better or worse than another provider, they're using the same networks.

You're getting a rebate in exchange for questionable customer service. Whether you can deal with technical difficulties and how much you value your time is up to you.

I'm moving on to fizz after losing a full day with customer support, and dealing with the stress of not having internet for a week while working from home.

Internet throttle every few months at 6pm they even said that they do not throttle but they just never admit it

Très bons services avec tous les difficultés actuelles, une équipe qui supporte et compréhensible. Je souhaite les voirs progressées avec nous ne lâcher pas CIK fière de faire partie de votre clientèle.

As a client, this time I had a very terrible experience. Agent #2182 was unkind and she was soo mean, I did not get a polite and respectful attitude, I don't know why she laughed at me more than once and spoke in a contemptuous tone, which is very disrespectful. When I pointed out that she shouldn't be like this, she immediately changed her attitude and it was hilarious Please focus on training agents. DO NOT let agents ruin CIK.

Je pense que j'ai passé 3 ou 4 ans avec Cik Télécom et je dirais que c'était une très bonne expérience.
Service au top, des agents courtois et compétents, réponse rapide.
Qualité internet: rarement ou j'ai eu des problèmes de connexion sinon elle est tjrs bonne.
Merci Cik Télécom pour ces années passé avec vous.

I've used CIK Telecom's internet services from 2019-2023. As a massage therapist and normal internet user, the internet was good and I had rarely any issues with it. There was also rarely any issues with the team, and their customer service.
Only at the end, in which there was a miscommunication with billing for my modem, which I did not return and chose to simply pay the fee for.
This seems to be a common pattern with many of their users, after they end their subscription.
Perhaps they can ease this issue for themselves by granting customers who've used their service for a long period a wave from their modem fees.
All in all: If you're needing internet for simply streaming Youtube, necessary downloads, and every day internet use, I would recommend their internet.

HORRIBLE COMPANY. CHARGED US EXTRA MOVING CHARGES FOR NO REASON. TRIED TO GET A REIMBURSEMENT FOR 3 WEEKS AND HAVE THEM RECTIFY THEIR MISTAKE TO GET TOLD WE CAN'T AFFORD THAT. MADE US STAY HOME AND LOSE A DAYS WORK OF MONEY TO NOT EVEN HAVE SOMEONE SHOW UP TO SET UP THE SERVICES. AFTER ALL OUR TROUBLES THEY STILL DID NOTHING TO HELP US. TERRIBLE COMPANY AND STAFF. ALSO VERY HARD TO UNDERSTAND THEM. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY SCAMMERS!

CIK become mean and unreasonable, once you decide to stop using their service. Never use their services in the first place!

Their customer service accused us of not returning all equipment (claiming a TV box is missing) and asked us to pay over $50 for that!

We were uncomfortable with the mail return to begin with, sensing some troubles in the making, given their unorganized way of doing business. But anyway, we did what they told us to do, with extra care making sure we returned everything with a note in a carefully packed box.

Then the above-mentioned nightmare happened. We tried to explain how we packed the accused-missing equipment, where in the box they can find it, and suggested the rep to check with their return centre. The rep didn’t even bother to take any other action, but keep accusing us that it’s our fault in our phone call!

We told the rep that it doesn’t make sense for us to keep their useless TV box with no resell value, if we don’t have subscription to their service. He just rudely replied “I don’t understand why you want to keep it either! ” Seriously? !

We refused to pay those unfair charges, and then he just threatened us that he would send the bill to collections and take further legal actions. His tone was like it was the last warning, and he was giving us the last chance to savage our lives.

We had been a CIK customer for years, putting up with their mediocre services. Now we really regretted using their services in the first place.
