Cinéma Guzzo Méga-Plex Sphèretech 14

In need of repairing many arcade games out of order. Building itself and whole place could use an overhaul.

Aug2023. I'm in love with the comfortable simili-leather seats and their smell when you enter the movie room. Too bad this place is quiet coz i hope they keep it opened. I went to a cinema from the competition close by the previous week, and really did not like the screen with spots on it. Did not have that at Guzzo Speretech. So yes, Guzzo Speretech is underrated and you should definitely try it. Bass/subwoofer sound could be a bit better because i don't feel it makes you vibrate like better systems do. But outside than that i am very please with this place.

Ok place to see a movie. Bathrooms are ALWAYS a bit messy, missing toilet paper and soap. Popcorn expensive, over salty.

Hadn't been to a movie in long time. It was so worth it. The seats are amazing, spotless, clean, comfortable. I hated old theatre seats with those spongy armrests, and the head part always felt dirty. This new material, leather or leatherette has made me love going to the movies again. Just so comfortable. Big screen is just the best.

Clean theatres, comfy seats and clearsounds as well as the image quality! Popcorn is yummy too

I went there after a long time and I don't like the new seats. It is much narrower and hardly any elbow room. In the winter when we have to have extra clothing, heavy coats not a comfortable experience.

Nothing enjoyable about my experience here. The place was dirty, I could hear the sound from the other movies, the arcade was all broken, the seats were uncomfortable and the staff was unfriendly. Will drive the extra 10 mins to go to Cinestarz deluxe from now on

Malheureusement, le Sphèretech était très sale, les toilettes dégoûtantes, c’est vraiment dommage, on se dirait dans une salle de cinéma du tiers monde… est ce un problème de manque de personnel pour un dimanche soir? Si c’est le cas, je conseille au gestionnaire de revoir les heures d’ouverture des salles.

Comme tous les autres cinémas Guzzo que j'ai visité, ils ne sont pas propres et mal entretenus. Les installations sont défectueuses et peu de supervision.

I went to the Guzzo Spheretech 14 yesterday to watch the Meg 2. The movie itself was very boring but overall what was worse was the experience at the cinema. There was no air conditioning, it was not a very hot day but it was still very stuffy. At the beginning of the movie it was pitch dark, I had to use my phone torch to see where I was going, an elderly lady was also complaining that she couldn’t see anything and very slowly had to walk up the steps. The floors were super dirty and sticky. The chairs are so uncomfortable and dirty too… I had not been to Guzzo for a while but this is the last time I decide to go.

I guess Guzzo is trying to cut costs in these trying times. No air conditioning in the theatre. Hit muggy and smelled like feet.

The men’s room smelled like a sewer hole. The floor was slippery and the stalls were disgusting.

Will try going to Guzzo Marche Centrale. I’d it’s the same there… there’s always Cineplex!

You don't need to reserve the tickets which i love. So first come first serve and the cinema is clean.

I just watched sounds of freedom, very good movie, however i could hear the other theater next to me. My wife asked after the why was this. And the manger i think was too busy to speak to us.

Chairs are comfy, but I've never walked into a theater and it be pitch black - NO lights on before the movie. Not normal.
Also, the women's washroom was disgusting! Broken soap dispensers hanging off the wall. Half the stalls had no toilet paper and some had toilet paper rolls in the floor. Paper all over the floors. Not normal! I told a 'manager' but who knows if they actually sent someone in to clean.

Clean theater, big screens, not crowded. But they really need to maintain the men's washroom better.

My daughter and her 11 friend's went to see the Barbie movie tonight at 7: 00 pm about 30 minutes into the movie the fire alarm went off so they cancelled the show. Then the manager who's name is Costa told them that he was going to give them a refund and passes for another time they can come back and see, then Costa disappeared and could never been seen. This is not acceptable and the manager should not have told them something and then disappeared.

Theater is not clean, our movie got cancelled and there was no refund or movie voucher given
