Cinéma Starcité Gatineau

Sound of freedom disponible dans tous les starcité sauf lui.une explication? Il dis qu'il n'on pas censurer le film au Québec mais si je ne vais pas à Ottawa où à Montréal cela est impossible de regarder. C'est de la censure!

Nous avons commandé du popcorn au travers Uber Eats. Le tout avec une promotion très explicite de 2 pour 1 sur le popcorn.

On m'a chargé en conséquence. Et je n'ai recu que la moitié de ma commande. Lors de ma demande de remboursement à travers Uber, ils ne m'ont pas dédommagé adéquatement.

Donc 1/5 pour Starcité car ils font soient de la fausse publicité ou ils ont fait une erreur de la livraison en plus de prendre mon cash.

I like the cinema but why you don't display the movie "sound of freedom"? It is not about language as half of your movies are in English. 5 stars for doing the right thing.

Why on earth would you bother re-opening the theater and not sell any food or drink what-so-ever, with absolutely nothing open within the theater. Pay for the ticket, go watch the movie for 2 hours with nothing to eat or drink, oh, and keep your mask on the whole time, movie ends, get up and leave. If I had noticed the theater was selling absolutely nothing before I bought my ticket I would have walked right out. What kind of movie going experience is this supposed to be.ridiculous.

Back when the cinema were open, Starcité was one of my first. I had a great experience. Huge room, nice sounds, clean space, soft popcorn smell outside of the rooms *sigh*

Very fun to go for an evening of watching movies. Very nice atmosphere which it’s busy in the evenings. Get there early as it’s busy with the lineups.

Usually has all the new releases and in both languages. However, besides the newly renovated AVX auditorium, this movie theatre feels dated. The concessions are a real joke and don’t have the same punch that they had back in the day, the rooms are in a terrible state with bad seating and sometime sub-par audio and video quality, and there are many broken parts everywhere. You see that Cineplex hasn’t invested in this theatre like they have with others in the region.

Les chaises d box est tres special, jai adorer. L'emplacement au centre a besoin d'etre soit refait ou tres bien nettoyer. Ca manque de propreté, surtout où ils servent le popcorn.

This is a good movie theater but they do not have a very large choice of movies. Compared to other Cineplex it is definitely less enjoyable, but still a good option, especially if you like watching movies in French.

Malheureusement, on ne nous presente que du cinéma americains.c'est vraiment triste quand on sait qu'il y a bien d'autres pays qui savent faire d'aussi bons films.

Quelques rénovations ne ferais pas de tords. Le guichet avec employés à été remplacé par des guichets électronique qui sont contre intuitives et peu pratique. L'achat en ligne est plus facile et de loin.

Puisqu'ils économisent sur la main d'oeuvre, cela serait intéressant de voir une retombé pour le consommateur. Meilleures salle de visionnement ou encore prix plus intéressant pour les consommations.

Ca commence a ressembler a la fin des cinémas malheureusement. $5,50 pour une boisson pour enfant.rester a la maison puis payer vous une bonne bouffe a la place.

Propreté laisse à désirer, surtout salle de bain. J'ose croire que c'est dû à l'achalandage plus élevé pour les temps des fêtes.

Le prix de la nouriture est exorbitant et les toilettes son plus que sale. L'odeur d'urine est perceptible dans le corridor. Rien a dire sur les salles tres bien et propre.

Malgré l'âge de cette établissement c'est quand même assez propre mais aurais besoin d'un rajeunissement d'esthétique et les écrans commence a être brûlé. Le personnel tjrs sympathique et courtois

Great cinema. We played some arcade games. One of the machine wasn't working and staff promptly replace our tokens. We had a AVX room so recliner seat and more space for the legs. Popcorn was good. Not crowded since we when for 4: 00pm.

Cozy place. Popcorn was fresh and tasted great. Seats were older. Kinda small. I got to used to the cinemas with the recliner seats. Sigh. Staff was helpful and we're fluent in French and English. Great place to go to kick back and watch a good movie!

The reason why I gave it four stars is because the theatre didn't have its own Wi-Fi. What is the point of showing mini games a few minutes before the movie starts when the building doesn't have Wi-Fi?

Le cinéma manque de moyen, je dirais que les salles de films et les toilettes seraient prioritaires à rénover. Le manque de personnel rend ceux présent plus "rusher". Beaucoup se plaignent des prix exorbitant de la nourriture et des billets, ironiquement le cinéma n'est pas l'entreprise qui se fait le plus d'argents. La majorité du revenu s'en va pour payer l'endroit, la maintenance, l'électricité du cinéma, sans compter les dépenses en stockage. Le staff est respectueux malgré l'impatience qui règne parfois dans les files d'attentes, il est important d'ajouter que l'employé est payer au salaire minimum, et qu'il n'a pas décidé du prix des popcorn. Ce qui me rend malheureux c'est que le cinéma est en déclin, car ça pourrait vraiment s'améliorer avec de l'effort, de la dédication et un peu de financement.

The theatres are in a pretty convenient location even for someone on the Ottawa side of the river. Comfortable seats and very tidy. Friendly staff throughout. The lobby is a bit barren, not many posters or coming soon signs but there is an arcade area with a handful of games available to take your coins.

There’s been bugs flying around every time for the past 5 times. The seats are ripped they need new seat.
One time the screen has a blotch and was visible the entire movie.

Great little place, i wish more people would go so they could upgrade the place even more. Avx is where it's at! Always have great service there and it's usually pretty clean for a theater. Also buy food thats how theaters survive ffs ;)

Très bon service. L'ecran dans la salle 10 devrait être nettoyé. Lorsqu'il y a des passages clairs.on ne voient que la saleté

J'ai bien aimer mon expérience sa fesait vraiment longtemps que Jy avais pas été Rambo que j'ai été voir toute un film wow

I feel strange rating something so common. All cinimas are the same. I have no complaints seats are comfortable staff are polite.
