In October the city hall is surrounded with pumpkins and Halloween decors for that spooky night out and ghost stories.

La ville sous l'administration Marchand persiste son hécatombe du patrimoine. À mon sens elle est autant responsable de la démolition du 45, avenue sainte-geneviève que de la maison Bignell prochainement. Il semble être d'une facilitée surprenante pour cette administration de toujours rejeter la faute sur le manque de volonté des propriétaires alors que la ville a des outils qui ont été bonifiés dernièrement pour éviter ce triste dénouement.

They had decorated for the Halloween outside the hotel.
This is located near the Chateau Frontnac.
It is located in a very peaceful area. I personally like to go here and spend some time on the benches outside the hotel.
They even have the water fountains outside.
Certainly I did not go inside the hotel. But it really looks magnificent from outside.
