Bonne endroit, pres de viex Québec, a cote notre populaire Château de Frontenac! Très touristique place avec bonnes restos à côté

Room: Best ever! We've traveled extensively, Canada, USA, Asia, Europe etc.we had a corner room on third floor and it was the best hotel rooms we've ever stayed in (see photos)
Service: from check-in to checkout, all smiles, very friendly and professional! The valet team, front desk folks and house keeping staff were all superb.
Location: Can't think of a better location in old Quebec, just off the side of the "main" tourist area so nice and quiet. Yet close enough (2 minutes to basically everything Old Quebec has to offer.
Highly recommended when in Quebec City!

Bel hôtel, très bien situé en plein cœur de Québec. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien entretenues. Gros bémol sur le service restauration, le petit déjeuner est clairement en dessous de la qualité de l’hôtel. Nous avions un petit déjeuner inclus, minimaliste. Nous avons dû rajouter des extras pour avoir un vrai petit déjeuner. Pour le dîner c’est pareil, avec un plat payé 30 dollars qui ressemble à une entrée. Ce n’est pourtant pas un restaurant haut de gamme. Et le personnel n’est pas très aimable. Nous avons eu une coupure d’électricité, ce qui peut arriver, mais aucune excuse n’a été présentée au lieu de ça le personnel a ri. Pas du tout professionnel! Jamais vu cela dans un hôtel 4 étoiles.

Great place to explore old Quebec from. Good Restaurants shops and sights all around. Handy for the view across the river. Tourist office very close. Our room had views across to the chateau. Food very good, breakfast served until 2pm. Staff helpful. Not cheap. Funicular nearby to visit the lower town

Sa réputation n'est plus à faire.
Chambre impeccable, resto les Mordus, excellent, prix raisonnables.les déjeuners pour tous. Personnels super gentils.
Quand vous aller a Québec, c'est le Clarendon.

Année sur année, meme plusieurs fois par année, on revient au Clarendon. Services impécable, situé au coeur du vieux Québec, on vient ici pour lâcher prise.

Such a cool place for a stay. Really clean! The hotel is located near many shops and restaurants, so it's easy to travel somewhere without car. The room I stayed in was a bit small.

This is a very good hotel, it's old style shick with modern updates. The location is perfect, right in the middle of old Quebec, close to everything, boutiques & restaurants. The hôtel staff are very professional & friendly. There is also a good restaurant in the hotel called Les Mordus, we had breakfast there and it was very good & the prices very reasonable too. The hotel has valet parking & there is parking on the street with meters, but I recommend parking at underground parking just across from the hotel accessable from the following street on right hand side. I parked my car there from the time I arrived till the next day, about 24 hrs. & it only cost me $17.50, no worries about parking meters or where to park. I left my car there & we walked to all the places we wanted to visit. As I said before you are litterly in the center of everything. I highly recommend this place for your stay if you plan on going to Quebec city.

The room and bathroom are small but pretty. The location was superb in the heart of Old Quebec. The staff were also very friendly. Next time I come here again.
