Fun, but short and expensive for kids. We got a few plushies, but not because we were bad at it, because our kids were playing and they got frustrated not to win more than they thought. It is on the expensive side. But it’s fine. HOWEVER, can we talk about the smell in the shop please? ! Ça sentait les égouts! (Date of visit 8 october 2023) from the moment you enter the shop it was very smelly. Especially at the back of the shop (and the mess behind the machines.) We couldnt leave because we had kids with us and they already wanted to play. I would not come back unfortunately!

Vraiment $$ pour le peu que tu peux avoir après belle activité si ce n'est pas pour gagner quelques choses.

Le propriétaire devrait regarder ses caméras et voir comment ses employés s’occupent des clients… Employés complètement blasés, pas de sourire, te répondent à peine, tsé tu les dérange… Ben quand c’est la première fois, tu as quelques questions…Nous y sommes allés un dimanche après midi et il n’y avait pas tant de monde.

On gagne quelques toutous… On peut soit les garder ou les échanger. Heu, vraiment pas grand choix pour les échanges… Et je me rends compte que sur nos 7 toutous, plus que la moitié sont brisés, décousus. Je le montre au jeune homme, je me fait répondre un ouin ben blasé. Je le regarde, en revenant pas de son attitude, pis je lui redis regarde, ils sont brisés tes toutous, pas le fun pour ceux qui veulent les garder… Je me fais répondre avec je m’en foutisme ben c’est normal… Hum, heu, vous en dites quoi le propriétaire? Service client pourri, vous refilez des toutous brisés à vos clients?

Ah oui, et quand on regarde sur leur site, ça dit que les toutous pris dans une machine qui coûte plus chère, est sensé valoir plus cher…Ben non, ils valent tous 2 points à l’échange. Donc fausse publicité faudrait changer ça… Et donc, à part pour vouloir garder le toutou, puisqu’il vaut à l’échange la même chose qu’on toutou moche a 3 jetons (le minimum qu’on peut payer pour un essai), ça vaut pas la peine… Pis de toute façon le toutou risque d’être brisé, pis vous allez vous faire dire, ouin où c’est normal par un employé blasé…

Vraiment extrêmement déçue. Très cher pour les jetons, 62$ pour 100 jetons. Déjà que sur leur tableau ils mettent le prix sans taxe, eh oui ils chargent de la taxe sur ton achat de jetons! Normalement le prix affiché pour les jetons dans une Arcade c’est le prix avec taxe.

Chaque essai est minimum 3 jetons. Et pour avoir observé les autres clients, autant enfants, ados, parents, grands-parents, c’est pas si facile. Beaucoup d’essais où on ne gagne pas.

Donc pour résumer, très cher, toutous brisés, échange pas beaucoup de choix et pas intéressant, service pourri.

More expensive than the one in Toronto, but a great experience still. The staff were nice and friendly. The explanations were clear and the tips are useful. There's a nice variety of prices and goodies going from candies, stuffed animals to a PS5.

Fun activity to do! We won plushies almost everytime, we got to keep a bunch and exchanged some too.staff was super nice, joelle at the counter was amazing!:)

What a fun and amazing experience! We were visiting from NYC and Joelle was so helpful and patient with the kids, especially when they were deciding on which prizes to exchange! Employee of the month award! Thank for such a warm welcome, my kids were able to claw up more than enough plushies for our journey home! Thank you!

Went tonight for my son’s 7th birthday, the woman behind the counter wasn’t happy about dividing four baskets of coins for the kids and one adult, we, the woman and I made a mistake with the coin calculation, so when I asked her to please give me the 50 coins I was missing she said it was my fault and refused, I said it was human error we all make mistakes and that the coins are for the kids birthdays, so rudely said she would give he 20 coins, so I said no, after spending $120 plus taxes, I feel like you should be honest with peoples hard earned money and give the kids the playing money we paid for, she again rudely said no, only 20 coin, so I told her we was stealing, she finally said yes poured 40 coins into a new basket an threw them on the counter and yelled at me if I was not happy, is this the type of customer service people deserve, is this normal when there are kids around, very disappointed, we were repeat customers but after this terrible experience I am not so sure

This is a fun place for claw machines. You can exchange your winnings for other toys at the counter. It's a little smaller than I thought, but there wasn't any wait for any of the machines.

Great fun for the whole family. For 62$, we got more than a dozen prizes that we traded for. The machines were very generous, nothing that compares to fairs or La Ronde

Amusant mais 100 jetons ça passe trop vite. En moyenne les toutous ont coûtés 3,64$ chacun

L'ambiance est vraiment hot surtout pour les fans d'anime. Les chances de gagnés des toutous sont bonnes. Le décor est vraiment super! Par contre, c'est une activité dispendieuse.

Super fun spot for a date! Owner was very kind & even gave us some tips for the claw machines! Prices are reasonable, Definitely a place to check out!

Très amusant.cependant on fait le tour vite car la plupart des peluches son vraiment répétitif.

Superbe activité familiale @claw_mee! Les enfants petits et grands se sont bien amusés. Mention spéciale au personnel, qui est d'une incroyable gentillesse, un gros coup de coeur pour nous Bravo pour ce beau concept!

A very new concept, very fun to go with kids! Easy to get prize, I love the idea you can save the points and eventually to exchange for something else more valuable and a lot of choices of prize and plush.

If each try was 1 or 2 tokens I wouldn't mind so much but 3-5 tokens is what it costs.

The cuter ones are 5 tokens each try. Spent $23 and came out with ONE tiny stuffed trinket and that took all of 5 minutes.

Also, half the machines had Among Us plushies so what's the point?

Never again. This place is entirely overhyped and overpriced.

I have been very excited to go your shop ever since I heard you opened. I visited the store on Saturday. Upon arrival, we tried entering through the front without knowing that it was technically the "exit". We notice a small piece of paper saying to enter the other way after the fact. - Suggestion: Write a bigger sign, and put it at eye level. We went through the mall entrance, to queue. It was moving at a decent pace, so after 20 minutes of wait we were in. First impression is the place is quite small, and having mini shopping cart is not the ideal way to do things. Suggestions: give everyone a bag to carry their prizes to avoid the extra traffic instead of a cart. I follow your Instagram, and the hours on IG are not the same as what is displayed on their door and website. The credits and costs conversion were deceiving because there are no sign mentioning tax any where, whatsoever. Upon paying for our "tokens/credits", we were not provided with a sales receipts for our purchase with taxes. Suggestion: include a mention of applicable taxes at the bottom of your signages. Getting into machines, and prizes, they have very adorable plushies. We had 150 tokens, and played them all pretty quickly. A few machines were out of order, so it was queuing for machines as well. I feel that we were rushed by other customers, by the lack of space to play without being bumped into. I would definitely suggest going at a less busy time because at we were there 1 hour after opening on a Saturday, and there are FULL families going in there. Still had fun though!

À éviter. Les toutous sont cheaps ça n'a pas de sens et il n'y a pas vraiment de choix. Une attrape. 45$ pour environ 3 ou 4 toutous du Dollarama.

Le concept est génial! Mais je pense que avec l'engouement des gens agrandir l'endroit et divertir d'avantage la sélection des toutous. La file d'attente est rapide sans problème avec endroit au chaud. La mention spéciale est pour le propriétaire de l'endroit accueillant et attentionné avec les enfants, merci pour l'activité nous allons revenir

Pour une première fois moi mes enfants on a tripper au boute belle accueil mais je beaucoup trop tasser avec les panier mais sinon sais vraiment super

Emplacement TRÈS mal indiqué! Plus de 1h30 d'attente pour rentrer, seulement environ 15 machines, mais la plupart donne les même toutou et sur ça, 3 ne fonctionnaient pas. Non merci

Super fun, each little prize is generally 2 points with some being 1. Honestly the prizes you transfer are never worth how much you spend, but you spend for the experience and you pretty much will win 97% of the time since the claw machines are not weak. So you are guaranteed to walk out with some things. It is honestly a place you wont mind spending money and the staff is very nice and welcoming.

It's fun, but it's not worth the price for the tine you spend there. You'll spend more time waiting for machines than playing them unless you plan to pay a lot.

Me and my girlfriend got the 100 tokens for 62$ (after tax) and spent about 30 minites total there, with maybe about 5 minutes of actual play time, the rest waiting.

The variety of plushies is decent, wish there were 3 or 4 more different ones.

I would recommend just buying plushies yourself.

Good experience, but quite costly. Each play is approximately 4 - 5 tokens, which don't come cheap. However, you can build up the prizes to a bigger prize. This is mostly for the experience, not as much for the prizes. Definitely had fun snd the machines were easy to use, was able to get 2 prizes with 5 plays, first time playing. Cost is high though, which is why not 5 stars. Staff were definitely friendly and place was nice.

Super endroit amusant à découvrir. Les toutous peuvent être échanger en point pour avoir des récompenses autre que les toutous que vous avez pêcher, ou soit vous pouvez les garder pour soi. C'est une expérience a retenté à coup sûr!

Je donnerais pas 5 étoiles, ce serait exagéré! Une belle activité pour les ados et les fans des claw machines.le hic, un jeu = minimum 3 jetons, et des que tu baisse le bras de la machine c fini, tu ne peux pas recommencer, alors qu'ailleurs tu mets ton jeton puis t'as le.droit a une minutes et donc plein d'essais.un 100$ c vite dépensé! Ceci dit, les kids sont rentrés avec beaucoup de peluches et des étoiles plein les yeux

Honestly, the idea is great! Which is why I'm giving 2 stars and not 1.
The cost is simply ridiculous for what you get.
The fact that they tax you for coins is to be fair, disgusting since you are not buying an item (arcades etc never have been charged tax on coins that return to them afterwards.)
Speaking of arcades!
On the site there are pictures of arcades, they mention it to be an arcade center! Which is totally false.there is nothing but claw machines. (Picture attached)

The staff are great, The idea is amazing! But.
False representation, the fact of being taxed on coins that return to them afterwards is very strange in my opinion, very expensive for what you get, and the exchangeable things are almost unattainable seeing as most stuffies are worth only 1 or 2 points.makes the experience kind of dull to be honest.

And that's besides the 45 minute line-up to get in.
