The lady in parts will not order a part i need for my honeywell thermostat even though i spoke to honeywell and they told me to replace my red link wifi.she would only order after she sent service tech this is not the good company it used to be

This is the second time I have used Click air over 7 years. At my new location we added 4 split units and a heat pump. Excellent service once again from the entire team. Thank you Sal, the folks working at the office, the installers and electrician.

Professional and meticulous with their work. Pleasant to work with the technician and would definitely do business with them again. Except for one slight hiccup, where we requested a new styrofoam pad/platform over the phone and it was not communicated to the frontline.

July 3rd 2023, we had our heat pump and furnace replaced. All information needed to make an informed decision was provided including submitting the proper paperwork for the RénoClimat grant. Once work was completed, the team made sure the work area was clean. Thank YOU!

These people have been blocking my driveway all day, had to park down the street, and I'm not even their client. No respect for other people's property.

I asked about what happened with the electrical panel installation,
they replied " There is always adjustments to do when replacing a panel. "
7 holes in the ceiling / those unnecessary holes and cuts on the wall are not adjustments. We call it miscalculation and lack of professionnalisme.

I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the AC unit installation was great, there is nothing to complain about it.

We just completed the addition of a Sunroom to our house and needed a mini split heat pump for cooling/heating of the space. I contacted Sal, in the fall of 2021 to get the ball rolling and get an estimate. He was quick to respond and took the time to explain all options. We agreed on price and scheduled the installation.

My project was a bit more complex than expected and Sal came to our home 3 times to discuss the installation. In the end, he was patient and extremely accommodating making sure that I was 100% happy with the installation.

The installation needed to be performed in two phases and Melanie was really good at keeping the project on track (even with a month delay on the original date). And of course, the team that performed the installation was top notch.

All and all a very positive experience. I would not hesitate to recommend Sal, Melanie and the team to anyone looking for a heat pump installation.

More important than the most competive price; was the level of knowledge, professionalism and trustworthiness I received from Vince, the owner, who spent a good deal of time reviewing my hvac options. There was no attempt to upsell or b.s. Sales tactics. When it came to installation, it was done on scheduled date, 2 1/2 weeks after estimate. Installers too were very professional: they did clean work, had me inspect work to ensure I was satisfied as well as explain the operation of system.
I was completely satisfied with Click-Air from start to finish.

My A/C unit broke down and called Click-Air and Sal came over to see what Unit I needed for my house. He was very honest and didn't try to sell a unit that was too big for my place. I called and asked questions before the installation date and he was able to answer all of them and reassured me that I had chosen the right unit. The installation team was also very well organized and efficient and They were able to fit the new unit with little cutting of gyps. They were able to hide all the wires and hoses and it was a clean installation. My new Fujitsu is ultra quiet and meets my heating/ cooling needs. Fantastic job and I highly recommend this contractor for your HVAC needs.

We had a new Heatpump installed.
I sent an online inquiry. Very quick to call back. Salesperson Sal visited the next day. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Best price compared to 4-5 other places we inquired. Installation was booked within 2 weeks. Technicians (Lucas, Sami, and 2 other that I don't have the names) were very polite and professional. Situation was not as expected, but they troubleshoot on the spot to find solutions. 2 minor recommendations: cleaning up and filling the hole made on the foundation. Perhaps inform customer about what and where need to be cleaned (sharp small pieces, concrete, dust, gypse) before leaving. Thanks for the job well done!

We had ductless air conditioners installed and changed our heating system. We could not be happier. Sal was friendly, helpful, and answered all of my questions and I had a lot. I wish all sales representatives could be like him. The team who installed the equipment and at service were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Click-Air.

I had a Mitsubishi mini-split installed to replace my old unit.

The process was very quick and straightforward: I got a call back from an agent the day after I left a voicemail, and the agent came by the same day for a visit to prepare the estimate.

Two weeks later my new unit has been installed, and I can sleep comfortably again.

This place hasn't been so comfortable since ever! Had to replace old water-cooled system that was never properly configured.

Click-Air replaced part of the ductwork, and made the remaining ducts work as they should have originally. Installed new central furnace with an additional wall-mount in the master.

Work was done efficiently, all of the staff were very polite and considerate, and all of my concerns were addressed.

Going to be getting them back for annual maintenance and duct cleaning.

Worst company for service after purchased.stay away.cant get in touch with the saleman that came to my house.the first technician that came to my house took only pictures and said the unit was not installed properly.and charge me 250$ plus for the call and the unit is still not working properly.my saleman told me it was good to install the unit where it is for the last 3 years.my saleman the owner of click air is no where to be found.after leaving multiples messages to call me back.they send me a better thechnician for the second call.no charge.wow great deal here.the technician was supose to show up after 1 pm then he show up arround 9 am.soon we go in the house i ask the thecnician if he found the the house cold.he never answered me.i ask again and he said i will answer at the end of the photographic section.again he only took pictures.i ask him to call me when he was done i had to go.the thecnician never called me and he send hes final diagnostic to the lady at tge company and said the unit was fine.so 250$ wasted for pictures and a 3 150 $ unit that is not working. STAY AWAY

My experience with Vince at Click Air was excellent! He took the time to educate us on the difference between the various manufacturers, efficiency ratings and how conditioners work so we were able to choose the best product for our needs. A real straight shooter of the highest integrity. Once we made our selection, an appointment was booked for the installation and because of an opening in the schedule, he was able to deliver and install two weeks early then promised (in the middle of a heat wave). We didn’t just get a new air conditioner, we got a major upgrade to our cooling system which performs much better than our previous system and will save us money due to its efficiency and superior ECOBEE Thermostat included in the install. They installed a new unit for us last year and It’s working wonderfully! This year, I needed servicing at my Mom’s who had her unit installed by someone else and wasn’t done very well. After being given an appointment, the service person Peter who showed up was very professional, explained everything thoroughly and fixed the issue. Won’t ever call anyone else! These guys are the best!

After our experience with Click Air i absolutely had to post a review,   even though, we never dealth with this company for a service call.
We called them because we had an issue, where our A/C  was leacking water from the hose, and needed assistance. The gentlemen i spoke to over the phone at the service center, Mr Sal, was very nice and theral. He gave me the tips on how to remedy the problem myself, as it was a very simple fix, instead of semding us a technician and charging us for a service call. I tried the tips, and problem solved. For this reason, i would not hesitate for a minute to reach out to them for a service call in the future.

Ils ont envoyé une représentante pour faire mon estimation et on dirait qu'elle était pas intéressé à vendre, je lui avais dit où je voulais mettre l'unité et elle me trouve tout sorte de raison que c'est pas possible de le mettre là pour que à la fin me suggérer que je suis mieux de garder mon ancienne parce que mon ancienne est correct. J'avais besoin de quelqu'un pour m'aider et pour une estimation pas pour me faire dire que mon ancienne est correct et de garder mon ancien air conditioner.

After purchasing a new system and having it installed by Click-Air less than 1 month ago, I’ve experienced nothing but problems! After less than 24 hrs of being installed the system began to leak from the machine. We called multiple times and finally got a technician to inspect the system. They made a small repair and said it should now be fine. As we are currently selling our home, we had a home inspector following their visit who confirmed that there is still a problem that needs to be addressed asap. After calling for over 1 week, we finally got a call back. This time when the tech arrived, he told us there is nothing he can do, the drain isn’t lined up. Out of concern I asked does this mean your company could have flooded our basement? He replied yes and it’s not his problem as the homeowner need to know where are drain is. I asked if that was their standard practice to install systems and not know where the drain lines up? Isn't that negligence? He had no reply. We now need to pay out of pocket to get this repaired. After paying thousands for their air system. VERY DISAPPOINTED! UNPROFESSIONAL AND POOR SERVICE!

I'm presently doing business with Click Air. I initially got a very good impression from the way my estimate was handled and the customer service received until now.

Thanks to Steve and the team at Click-Air. They recently upgraded our oil furnace to a high efficiency electric furnace and new heat pump while also upgrading our electric panel from 100-amp to 200-amp. To say we were pleased is an understatement. From Danielle in the office, to each member of the install team, everyone was very professional and great to work with. We especially appreciated them laying down protective mats to keep the carpets and wood floors clean and even plastic boot covers when they installed the new control panel. Would highly recommend Click-Air to our friends.

We had service call at the end of November, we were promised for a report email to us but still we haven't get anything.

Its been a month, very poor service

Amazing experience throughout. Our heat pump failed and we needed a new one. We dealt with 3 companies and by far Click-Air was the best in; honesty, pricing, and professional work completed. They've got my business from now on.

We just added an HVAC heating and cooling system to our 1910-built house, which was not an insignificant challenge.
Vince and his team rose to that challenge, coming in on budget and on time. Furthermore, dealing with Vince or his office was always very pleasant. The system works great and I've been enjoying my 20 degree home during those sweltering 35 degree nights.

In our renovations, we probably dealt with 10 to 15 different contractors over 11 months, and Click-Air is one of maybe 3 that I would refer to friends or family without any reservations.

We have installed the A/C few weeks ago. It works perfectly! Sal did a great job in helping us to choose the type of air conditioning and where is the most efficient place to install the A/C. The technician Steve did amazing job on installation inside and outside. I would definitely recommend this company.
