This summer, out heat pump stopped working.it was a hot one! Robert and his team did his best to try to salvage my old heat pump but sadly it could not happen. He came right before another heat wave and saved us, squeezed us into his already packed schedule. Got a brand new heat pump. His guys were above and beyond helpful too. He was honest. He was fair. Very helpful. I highly recommend.

Our old heat pump was broken in early June and we would like to have a new one quickly because the weather then was very hot and humid. This company provided us a very quick and good service, and installed a new system in about one week. The heat pump has been running very well since then. I also appreciated very much they did not forget us. They came back another time to make verification and reinforcement of support of the heat pump. I highly recommend this company to anyone requiring a service on their HVAC system or installation of a new system.

Robert provides great customer service. I’ve used him for an installation of a new heat pump, furnace repair and thermostat replacement. He always answers my calls and is very personable, professional and knowledgeable. Super nice guy!

I highly recommend Robert and his team. He had to come back to my place 3 times for some adjustments but I got charged only once as we initially agreed. His price was fair. Yes, he might be late sometimes to his appointments (like others say here) but he is a very nice professional guy who knows his stuff and who won't give up easily until your problem is solved. He is the guy who you will call again next time.

Called, came the next day. Friendly and efficient, very patient with my questions, explaining everything as he proceeded. Very happy with his work, only doing what was necessary; found the problem and fixed it (replaced the fan motor and a defective relay). Highly recommend!

I read all of the reviews and felt very confident about calling Robert. I called on a Tuesday and he said he could only come on Friday. The time was set and he didn't show up. However I text him and he responded quickly. He had to delay by a few hours of the original promised time and even then he had to further delay again. He did finally show up around 7 pm and him and his partner resolved the issue in a matter of minutes. I was impressed. The other company I had repairing my AC, took forever to resolve my freezing issue. That guy always made an appointment and would never show up. I would call and an appointment would be set and when it came to the appointment, he would not show. So you can image how Robert made me feel when he changed the appointment time 3 times the same day. But I have to say he was quick and efficient. I would recommend Robert to anyone needing AC service. Top notch. And he is a really nice guy too.

Called Robert in the morning, said he would be by 5pm. Came exactly on time. Came for a quote for a new Heat pump, but after speaking with him, he said” what if I can repair your AC unit instead? ” It took 15 min and everything was working and he verified the system to make sure no other issues. Highly recommend! I know I will use him to replace the unit once it goes finally!

Edit: I was sent a sub-contractor that gave me the wrong diagnosis and ends up selling his own services. Wasted time by going back to his truck 3 times. I don’t even know if he cleaned the draining pipes.

Excellent service. I have called them twice in the past for reparations, and they came both times in the same day, which was really appreciated. They found the issue and made the repairs in less than 30 minutes. Very knowledgeable staff. I will keep calling them when needed.

Called Robert this morning for emergency service on our furnace. He arrived later than the agreed time hut diagnosed and repaired the problem quickly and professionally. I would reccomend him.

This is a excellent group. Robert is very knowledgeable, polite and honest business person. They helped use during the high heat in July 2019. Other repair services wanted to replace my heat pump compressor at a very high cost but Robert found the problem and it only cost us $50. I highly recommend thiem
