Mauvais diagnostic. Mon bébé avait supposément 2 otites. Je trouvais ça étrange étant donné que mon bébé toussait très creux et avait de la misère à reprendre le dessus de sa toux. Je lui ai demandé si on pouvait passer des rayons X simplement pour valider et il m’a répondu que c’était inutile, car ses oreilles étaient très rouge, que ça servait à rien d’aller plus loin dans l’observation des symptômes….

Quelques jours après notre rendez-vous avec dr. Baliesh, mon bébé faisait toujours de la fièvre et avait toujours des symptômes viraux. Je suis allée voir un autre médecin et ce dernier m’a confirmé qu’il n’avait aucune otite. Nous avons passé des rayons X, qui nous ont confirmé que mon bébé faisait une pneumonie.

C’est dommage, car nous sommes très bien accueilli et l’attente en salle d’attente était moins de 5 minutes.

Mais pour cette mauvaise consultation, surtout pour un bébé aussi jeune… pour moi, c’est inacceptable. Je ne conseille pas du tout cette clinique.

Je ne recommande pas cette clinique. J'ai trouvé que le Dr Potter était très détaché et indifférent. Il ne m'a pas posé de questions sur mon historique médical. Il était pressé de passer au prochain patient. J'ai vu Dr. Potter puisque j'avais des symptômes de rhume très intenses depuis cinq jours. Étant enceinte, je n'ai pas voulu attendre d'avoir un rendez-vous dans le service public, j'ai donc payé 200$ pour me faire dire que j'ai un rhume et de prendre mon mal en patience. Lorsque je mentionne au docteur mes différents symptômes: perte d'équilibre et étourdissements, déshydratation, oreille bouchée et très douloureuse, éssoufflement au repos, il m'examine rapidement, banalise mes symptômes et me retourne chez moi sans information, ni prescription. Puisque je suis restée un peu perplexe, je me suis rendue à la pharmacie pour savoir si je pouvais prendre quelque chose pour m'aider avec ma congestion nasale qui était la source de plusieurs symptômes. Elle m'a tout de suite dit que le medecin aurait pu me prescrire un vaporisateur nasal pour diminuer l'inflammation. Je suis donc retournée à la clinique pour exprimer mon mécontentement. Il m'a finalement prescrit un vaporisateur. Quelle perte de temps! Dans un autre ordre d'idée, je m'inquiétais pour mon bébé. Lorsque je lui ai demandé s'il pouvait valider sa santé il m'a répondu " On ne fait pas de suivi de grossesse ici? Que veux-tu qu'il aie ton bébé? " Pour résumer, ce docteur n'est pas consciencieux et manque de compassion et de connaissances pour offrir de bonnes solutions à ses patients.

Je me permets d'ajouter que deux jours plus tard, je suis allée voir un médecin dans le service public et j'ai eu un diagnostic de sinusite, otite bactérienne, amygdalite et conjonctivite.

De l'accueuil a la rencontre avec le medecin. 5/5. Tres contente de ne plus avoir a traverser le pont!

Dr. Potter said I was not in “enough” pain to have a herniated disc. The MRI I had to wait months for through the public system revealed otherwise. I guess he’s not used to dealing with adults who can manage their pain. Waste of time and money to deal with someone who will misdiagnose and delay your medical treatment.

Today it was my first time in his clinic and I must say it was so clean, the service was IMPECCABLE Dr Potter made me feel like he knew me already from years back! He took the time to listen to me and then check! Super helpful and reassuring ill be back there next time without hesitation! Thank you!

In my greatest time of need, I was cared for with utmost respect, care, concern, humour and professionalism by Dr Potter, who is now my family doctor.
I couldn’t be happier.

I've seen Dr. Potter twice and I am very pleased with the level of care and quality of service he provides. He kept the mood light and was patient, I never felt stressed or rushed. I would wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Potter to anyone, and would happily return to him again.

Everything was smooth, no waiting time and I had the doctor's full attention. It's definitely worth paying for.

I was patient of Dr potter for few years and he moved to private clinic, he already had all my info and charts for years, I booked an appointment to see him in New private clinic, I was told 250 for first and next appointments are 125 for 15 min, I agreed, few hours later I get a call that Dr potter asked for 1 hour appointment for first time for 450 plus tax, i have to mention I had appointments every 2 months for 2 years so he already knew everything about me and this extra 1 hour looked like a money grab, I should say money not a problem for me but I feel I was getting oversold when I only needed 15 min and probably looks like he is not busy enough so he tries to force sell patients and service I did not ask for

Très bon service mais m'ont chargé 50$ pour avoir annulé un rendez-vous moins de 24h à l'avance pour ma fille alors que celle-ci est une cliente de la clinique. Très ordinaire.

So disappointed. The doctor was dismissive and the first thing he interrogated me about had nothing to do with my health but the fact that I had cancelled my previous appointments. Spent less than 5 minutes actually listening to my concerns and managed to even bash the previous doctor and treatment that I had gotten. Certainly not the type of service I'd expect for a private clinic and a bill of $175. The positives: the secretary was very professional and polite and the appointment was on time. Still my worst doctor visit to date.

Absolutely amazing! They are super efficient. I had a virtual appointment online with Dr. Potter who was really helpful. Even the secretary Nathalie is kind, friendly and gave me a call personally to clarify an error. I highly recommend
