Saw Dr Paul what an amazing experience. He thoroughly answered my questions and gave excellent care diagnosing a problem that I've experienced for a while.

This time last year, CloudMed charged $159 for a 20 minute consultation. Earlier this year, they raised their fee to $199, and now (July 2023) a consultation costs $219. That’s a 31% increase within the span of a year! Yes, there’s inflation, but this strikes me as greedy, particularly at a time when our public medical system is in shambles.

Dr Rishi Chugh is the best doctor i’ve ever had in my life. Extremely on top of it and so professional and sharp. He listens and delivers and cares about his patients!

Dr. Paul is amazing - kind, patient, accessible and knowledgeable. I dreaded going to the doctor, but now I look forward to it! I recommended him to some friends who called me immediately after their appointment to say how happy they were with Dr. Paul. The nurse and receptionist are wonderful, too.

Glad to have found this place. Dr. Paul is amazing, Quebec doctors don’t even look at your face and prescribe Advil for everything. Dr. Paul sincerely listens to you and your needs. Nice clinical atmosphere too. The receptionists are nice and polite.

I originally saw Dr Chugh via Maple and had such a great experience with him that I remembered the clinic name when I had a medical emergency and couldn’t reach my GP. I was easily able to book an appointment to see Dr Paul within a couple of hours, who was just as amazing - very kind, patient, didn’t rush me and had empathy and great bedside manners. I was in and out in under an hour. Their nurse is also fantastic, he came to do my bloodwork at my home for a very reasonable fee and works at the clinic as well. Clinic staff are super friendly and it is a nice spot. Dealing with Cloudmed has been the best medical experience I’ve ever had and I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you to the whole Cloudmed team!

Wonderful doctor. I have been a patient of Dr Rishi Chugh for a number of years now. Dr Chugh is very thorough. He will spend all the time needed
to examine you, explain follow up procedures, renew prescriptions, schedule tests or email in referrals. You leave knowing that you are in in excellent hands.

Dr Chugh is such an amazing Doctor he was able to diagnose me right away. He is extremely knowledgeable and he really took his time to explain everything. Justine was my nurse, she is extremely kind and helpful. She went over all the medication that was given to me and Post-op with me. I highly recommend this clinic and I will definitely be coming back.

My sister-in-law suggested that I try this Clinic and it was a godsend. Dr. Chugh is personable, readily available, efficient and professional. I like that his clinic is able to dispatch a nurse to your place for certain tests.

You can not get a better doctor than Dr. Chugh. He called me a Saturday night to see if I was feeling better after 4 days of antibiotics. Friendly, super professional. A super clinic in those difficult times.

I've lived in a number of Canadian cities and have had numerous doctors, both family and otherwise. I've been seeing the doctors at Clinique CloudMed for a while now and they are absolutely astounding. They take the time to listen and are the most knowledgeable and caring doctors I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. If I could give 6 stars I would. Highly recommend this clinic.

My experience here was the best I’ve ever had getting blood work done.meeting was fast and easy sent reference immediately and wasn’t rushed.these days a doctor taking 10 minutes is a lot here you’ve got no rush! Excellent rapid service. Great Dr's who go above and beyond. The fee for appointment structure makes sense. Office is super modern, clean, welcoming and centrally located. Did I say personalized service. Also, the online consultation worked flawlessly and is so convenient. Was still on line when my pharmacy advised me that they had received my prescription. Wouldn't hesitate to book a visit with them in the future. Thanks so much!

I was in extreme pain on my right arm when Dr. Chugh examined me.he found liquid in my right elbow. He started by explaining me what he was going to do to remove the liquid from my elbow and put me at ease. Did not feel any pain at all. I would recommend him to every body I know. Thanks again Dr, Rashi Chugh. Never in my life did I have a doctor that really cared about me getting better.
