Excellent staff and especially attentive to individuals who are already uncomfortable with dentists.

They took the time to properly explain how things would unroll thus making the operation that much easier on myself.

J'ai été référer a Dr Guimond pour un problème qui durais depuis plus d'un mois. Apres examen sont équipés et lui on pus trouver la source du problème. Que ce sois Dr Guimond ou Dr Voiselle ils connaissent leur domaine et trouve des solutions. J'ai totalement confiance et j'y retournerais sans problème. Merci a tout votre équipe pour le bon service

Actually, It took me over a year to decide to write and do something about this. Call it PTSD. I will also be filing a complaint officially.

This surgeon botched my 5 year old daughter's surgery (operated in the wrong spot) and then took No responsibility for it. He blamed the nurse, the ER pressure, and the anesthesiologist - everyone except himself. He also did not have the courtesy to come and tell us that he messed up after the surgery. We had to find out from our daughter (5 year old) complaining of pain in the wrong spot to discover he cut her open in the wrong area. Lots more details to write but I'll save it for my case filing.

We don't want anyone else to go through the same thing, especially with their kids. People make mistakes, but doctors need to own up to them, or they will carry their God complex to continue to screw up.

Make sure you really really do your due diligence before deciding to work with him or any doctor for that matter.

I was referred to this clinic to have my wisdom teeth extracted. There, I was explained everything in detail and felt taken care of by the staff. They managed to find quite an early date for my procedure, so I'm happy I wasn't anxious for too long. I agreed on the use of IV sedation and the surgery flew by! The environment was calm and professional, plus I got lots of advice and instructions how to take care of myself in the first few days. It's been 2 weeks, and I'm pretty much back to my normal routine, my gums look neat and healthy. Thank you.

We just had a wonderful consultation and procedure with Dr. Voiselle. She explained everything thoroughly so we were able to make an informed decision regarding our newborn's tongue & lip ties. Could see and feel a difference immediately. Very grateful!

Je suis allée à la clinique hier matin pour me faire enlever 3 dents de sagesses. Je suis arrivée très stressée et je ne m'en suis pas caché. Dr. Guimond et son assistante m'ont tout de suite pris en charge. Ils étaient tous les deux très relaxe et en pleine possession de leurs moyens. Ils m'ont mise en confiance aussitôt! J'ai pu poser mes questions avant la chirurgie. Dr. Guimond m'expliquait tout ce qu'il faisait jusqu'au moment où je me suis endormie.

Je me suis réveillée tranquillement et l'assistante m'a tellement bien prise en charge. Tout c'est passé à merveille! Je suis repartie avec mes prescriptions et un lait protéiné de la marque Ensure. J'avais tout en main pour une bonne guérison.

J'ai appelé ce matin puisqu'il me restait un solde à payer. La réceptionniste était très gentille et amicale. Elle a fait un petit suivi et m'a rappelé quelques consignes.

Je tiens à remercier toute l'équipe. Vous avez été super. Continuez votre beau travaille!

The dental surgeon and her assistants were very professional and knew what they were doing. As it was our first time here, they took the time to explain the procedure and build trust. The result was fantastic. I will return.

Excellent service, équipe très profesionnel! Dr. Guimond m'a très bien expliqué le déroulement et m'a rassuré sur toutes mes craintes il est sympatique et professionel, l'infirmière très sympathique également et l'adjointe très gentille. Elle m'a téléphoné le lendemain pour un suivi elle m'a posé plusieurs questions, m'a rassuré sur plusieurs trucs et m'a donné des bons conseils. Je stressais et j'avais peur pour rien, ça s'est super bien déroulé, dent de sagesse partie!

Dr. Guimond est super jetait tellement stresser et jaime pas les aiguilles mais il ma parler beaucoup pour me calme et une autre madame ma aider beaucoup tout le monde son vraiment super et souriant son tres accueillant
