Ok so this is with big disappointment I must say that she is not at all concerned with the patients health condition, all she need to meet is the time limit and make money (which is not bad) but when you wait for an appointment which takes a month and then reach the clinic just to go back because she doesn’t see patients who are late… does it mean thw patient will not pay “is this an army rule” madam! Nobody wants to go late to a doctor’s appointment. You are understaff and your clinic was suggested on the top because of Google add otherwise why would I select a clinic that far from my house! Next time show some mercy to your patients. No one likes to visit a doctor if they are healthy so be a human first.

Our family has been coming here for years. Dr Issa is very thorough in the exams and follow-up. She's also very patient, taking plenty of time when we have questions, and she's great with our kids. It's always a nice experience here.

Extremely satisfied with the level of care and service provided. You never feel rushed whether you are looking for frames or having your eyes examined. I felt like Dr. Issa was meticulous during my eye exam taking all the time needed to explain what she was doing and answering any questions I had. They use the latest technology to scan your eyes and frankly, you get to see some pretty cool pictures of your optical nerve, etc.

Superbe service. Angela diagnosed a problem that needed immediate attention by an Ophthalmologist that another optometrist did not diagnose. She sent me to the emergency room to see an Ophtalmologist. I was very impressed with her professionalism and grateful for her diagnosis which needed immediate attention and antibiotics. Excellent service and very caring individual. I highly recommend this eye clinic.

I've been going to the Rockland Eye clinic periodically, for about ten years now, for either consultations for renewing my prescription glasses, but also once when I had an issue with one of my eyes.
Both dr Susan and dr Angela are professional, knowledgeable, thorough, efficient, reassuring and caring, they take the time for the examination, questions, trying out different frames etc. They have modern equipment and they stay up to date. They give one options and recommendations regarding the depth of the tests to be taken, when applicable.
They also give priority to emergencies, when needed, which is much appreciated.
They have a large selection of frames, and dr Angela has a good eye and gives good advice for finding the best frame matches.
The clinic has been taking extra precautionary Covid measures, and communication about it was also sent in due time, safety takes priority.
I also got advice, in the past, in terms of caring for sensitive eyes.
Highly recommended.

I have been going to the Rockland Eye Clinic for almost 10 years. Following my first visit, during an emergency eye problem, I felt certain that I could trust the care of my eyes to Drs. Susan and Angela Issa. Since then I am going for my annual check up to the Rockland Eye Clinic. Susan and Angela are so great to work with. They are both extremely professional and very knowledgeable in their field. Drs Issa are excellent professionals, they give quality care and advice. I have been going to them almost 10 years, and keep going back even though I have moved further away from TMR. They have a beautiful location with easy parking, a great selection of frames, and always give me some sample contact lenses to replace occasional manufacture defects that always occur (I have been buying acuvue daily lenses for over 20 years and defects occur about 10-12lenses/year). It saves me from the trouble of communicating with acuvue customer service etc.

They don’t pressure me into any purchases and that’s one of the main reasons I keep going back. But when does come the time to buy, I have found they provide excellent selection, advice and service.

My go-to optometrists are the Drs. Issa (they are sisters!). Wonderful and caring personalities, and they really take their time to discuss your condition and focus on finding the right solutions. I've also referred a handful of family and friends to them over the years, and they've all said only positive things about the service they received. In particular, my mom (who is terrified of any kind of doctors), was diagnosed with cataracts and referred to a specialist by Dr. Susan Issa, who in turn did an amazing job with the surgery and follow-ups. Can't ask for better. You'll be in good hands!

Je cherchais une paire de lunettes Lindberg que les autres boutiques en ville en n'avaient plus. J'ai appelé la clinique et la paire était encore disponible. Une fois sur place, j'ai beaucoup aimé l'ambiance, très calme et relaxant, très loin des boutiques à la mode avec musique et chandelier géant en cristal.c'était comme être reçu chez quelqu'un. Depuis j'adore ma paire de lunettes. Je suis retourné une fois pour l'ajuster (après que mon chien trop excité de me voir m'a sauté dessus et à légèrement dévié les lunettes). La madame derrière le comptoir était très sympathique et serviable, elle m'a écouté et a replacer les lunettes comme je voulais. Encore merci. Depuis ce temps (2 ans), je recommande cet endroit à tout le monde.

This is an excellent place to go if you need glasses for adults or children. Both my children had their eye exams done here, my son got several pairs of glasses here as well. Unlike most places, they give a really great service and I find that's uncommon among eye clinics. They also carry models that go from low to high price ranges, I thought they would be more expensive than other places, but rest assured they aren't, if anythinng they're probably a bit cheaper. They carry super nice designer brands too if you're looking for that. I highly recommended, and I haven't found anything better for kids!
