My molar was broken and infected. Dr. Hosseini pulled my tooth without prescribing antibiotics, which was very painful and like torture. Whatever I told him that I was in pain, he didn't believe me and tried to convince me only with verbal therapy.
He could not pull the tooth completely and had to break it, which was also very painful. After removing, it seems a part of my jawbone, has displaced due to the pressure he applied because I feel a bulge since then that was not there before.

Very unprofessional! They even couldn't do a simple filling for me! Horrible dentist.very unprofessional.only cares about money and not the patients health. Done a terrible mistake due to her lack of knowledge and the clinic won't even admit it.

Dr. Khoulane and Elenia has done the impossible! After avoiding dental visits, They were very patient, and sympathetic and listened to my concerns and issues. Their calming confidence and efficiency were so much appreciated that I’ve since been back 3 times and I can actually say I enjoyed the experience!

I did my exam and cleaning as new refugee with Dr. Khoulane.
First visit was very good and smooth. I booked an appointment for some treatments. When the appointment came I couldn't make it. And I called the office and told them I'm not able to make it. They told me there is 50$ charge for missing appointment fees. I was willing to pay because it's my mistake I was stuck in traffic. I wanted to continue treatments. So I wanted to pay and rebook the appointment. However, when I was on the phone giving my credit card info. I heard the doctor talking to the receptionist and saying "why are you booking him again? He missed his appointment and made me lose money, what I'm going to do with his 50$? I'm going to wipe my shoes with it? "

When I heard that. I hang up, blocked the clinic. Never called them again. Never saw ruthless dentist like her. I know it was my fault, but I'm paying my penalty. So I have the right to be treated normally like any other patient.

I had an appointment in the clinic. I was in the waiting area. And suddenly I hear loud noises. It was my dentist Dre Khoulane. And she was screaming at the assistant to the point she was crying. No matter what the assistant did. In a work place no one should scream at other staff. Specially when you see them crying and keep screaming at them. Disrespectful. It was my last visit with Khoulane.

Dr. Khoulane prescriped me some 3D x-rays so I do implants. After paying in another clinic 250$ I give the x-rays to her in a CD. Never hear from her for months. Then I call the office to return the x-ray
, Dr Khoulane refused. I came and insisted to get the x-rays. The receptionist was very nice and gave it to me. However Khoulane yelled at the receptionist for giving what's originally mine. She thinks everything is hers. Selfish dentist. Doesn't care about patients.

Perfect customer service as usual. Mr Sepehr and Mehrdad helped me today and I do appreciate their efforts. Definitely going back and I do recommend them. Well done

It’s been about three months that I’ve been to Arya clinic. I am a patient of Dr Faransk Hashemi, who is very professional, careful and expert in her job. The clinic is clean and the staffs are really nice.

Excellent service reçu par Dr. Hashemi. L’accueil est efficace, les disponibilités et prises de rendez-vous varient en fonction des périodes. Une fois sur place, il y a très peu d’attente durant la semaine.

* Quelques problèmes de communication en français peuvent subvenir avec les Assistantes dentaires. Pour les personnes à mobilité réduite ou en fauteuil roulant, veuillez noter que la clinique se trouve à l’étage. Mais un ascenseur est à disposition à l’entrée.

Made an appointment and then when I arrived, they said I didn't have an appointment. Then they said I would have to wait 30 minutes because I didn't arrive 10 minutes earlier than my scheduled appointment time. I left. Unprofessional, avoid.

I am so happy to find this place. Dr Rezania is one of the best.
He was so caring about the patients and he does the best to cure the dental problems.
The staffs are so nice and helpful. As much as they can they’ll help you.

Dr. Faranak Hashemi is so professional, and excellent. She is very precise. Honestly the most accurate dentist that I've ever seen. She is also patient!

I am sorry to say I was a patient here for over 10 years. Dr Razania is very good, but the other dentists and staff at this clinic are extremely unprofessional. My last experience was so awful that I cannot go back. I will no longer refer any family or friends to this clinic. My last visit, they put a filling in the wrong tooth, were not apologetic, said it was my fault, and charged me for both fillings. I’m in pain right now, need treatment, and am now looking for a new dentist as I refuse to go back to this clinic.
