I check up my teeth here every year, stuffs are nice my dentist Binh is the best, he does always good job, clinic very clean. Should go there

I had bad experience at this dentist clinic. (1) I had waited for a long time at this clinic and not one care me. OK, your were busy, I understood. But could you tell me how long it will take to wait? It feels bad to be ignored. (2) I want to make an appointment for my teeth cleaning and I had an other clinic's exam report (only 5 months ago) already, but they telephoned me that I must buy their exam service. If I won't, they can not provide me the teeth cleaning service. It is unreasonable and Waste of medical resources. (3) Trust me, the service attitude of this clinic is really bad! If you find its Google ratings, you will know why. I regret to contact them for making appointment. There are some dentist clinics in this distinct, I don't only choose you. Now, I prefer to choose other clinic. Beau et Bien clinic has a really terrible attitude, let me disappointment.

Je suis avec cette clinique de dentistes depuis de nombreuses années et j'ai toujours été impressionné par leur professionnalisme et leur service accueillant. Ambiance zen et rehaussé de musique et de vidéos relaxants. Les deux dentistes senior pratiquent le yoga et la méditation et cela paraît! Les prix sont plus chers que sur le marché mais je me sens en confiance avec eux.

Staff isn't very friendly except Dr. Binh who's super patient, sociable funny and makes you feel at ease. Had an unpleasant conversation while getting my teeth cleaned here concerning my appearance (I have acne), it was very discomforting to hear and am reluctant to come back. It's rude and insensitive to point out things on someone's physical appearance, it could worsen their insecurities when they already are in the first place. Please train your staff to do better. Second hand embarassment much.

Clinique dentaire Beau et Bien charged me over 300$ for a regular routine dental cleaning appointment without advising me. They shocked me with the bill only after my appointment was done and then they used excuses to justify this exaggerated price. The staff was not kind or understanding about this situation. Be careful.

En ce qui concerne les dentistes, le service est toujours excellent. Difficile de trouver plus courtois, chaleureux, serviable comme équipe! Par contre, la réception. Une fois sur deux on ne répond pas au téléphone. C'est assez contrariant.

Super service! Arrivee en urgence a la clinique elle ma prise sur le champ et a reparer ma dent! Elle ma rappeler le soir meme savoir si jallais bien super service merci encore

Excellent service à cette clinique! Personnel très courtois, professionnel et sympathique. Je suis mes traitements d'orthodontie et mes soins annuels à cet endroit et je recommande.

Vraiment super honnêtement. J'ai été accueilli 2 fois d'urgence par le Dr LUONG et son assistante. Atmosphère vraiment accueillante et réconfortante malgré mon immense douleur. On m'a gardé informé durant tout le processus d'intervention et post-intervention. La secrétaire/réceptionniste est super accueillante. Professionnel, efficace et réconfortant sont des adjectifs qui collent bien au travail effectué dans cette clinique dentaire.
