Si touts les dentistes auraient un temps soit peu le même professionnalisme que les employés de clinique les gens seraient moins stresser d'aller au dentiste c'est une super clinique félicitation vous avez du personnel expérimenter et très gentil et compétent merci beaucoup pour le service d'excellence

Please read carefully… DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC. I am or was a long time patient but after my last experience never again and do not recommend anyone going there and getting work done. They have a sign saying “ the best compliment is a referral” basically saying that they appreciate new business. I brought my wife for the first time to get something very simple work done, and not only that did they did not fulfill there jobs as dentists/ secretaries/ hygienists, when comes time to pay they do not honour the price that they give you. They bully you and extort you because they think you have no idea of what’s going on. Extremely over priced for what it is and staff only seems nice at the beginning but when things hit the fan and you disagree with something everyone changes there attitude and becomes another person. The secretaries are very disorganized and don’t even know what’s going on and say and charge whatever they please. Very very unpleasant clinic. LISTEN AND TRUST ME. DO NOT GO THERE TO GET WORK DONE ON YOUR TEETH.go to the the dentist right across. Better pricing, better staff. People are less fake, they show at least somewhat that they care and not only to take all your money for unfinished work.

Pricing not honoured - overpriced, overpaid.

In short I booked for a simple fix; glue my wire back. As I was in the chair, the dentist suggest I remove the wire altogether and get a retainer instead. I asked how much this would cost, she told me $250. When it came time to pay they presented me a bill of $500. Little did I know of all the extra charges on top of the $250 I was told, my bill literally doubled.

My husband and I both took our files and will be changing dental clinic.

After 3 years and a family of 4 adults customers, I was shocked with their attitude and customer service level.
Asked for an appointment with a certain dentist for my wife who had severe pain and needed remediation last july. Went to the appointment and was seen by another hygienic guy, did cleaning and some preventive work as it said in the invoice and no cure. So it is a clear cheat.
Pain remained and we went back after 5 weeks asked to see the owner who is the chief dentist, she did not want to talk to us at first, and then came after pressure and showing severe anger, all she did is give an appointment after 4 days with the dentist we normally see. No consideration for the cheat and charging for a service we did not aske for and did not need; and worse in spite of the sever pain which has been increasing in more 6 weeks, did not care to see her immediately or in short time to make up for the mistake done by them.
I sent her an email explained everything and notified her of my complaint and expectations, did not reply back at all.
Another issue, they made us pay some claimed differences of charges by the insurance company after seven months, which I suspect its authenticity.
They fixed the plastic sheet COVID separator on the reception desk with masking tape instead of doing a professional job and pay some money to a carpenter. They put signs: Please don't touch the glass. Because it will fall down.
There are more, but what I have mentioned above is enough to give them -5 stars if that option is available.
Those giving 5 stars: you will change your mind when you see the real face.

This place might skip your turn forcing you to re-schedule!

My appointment was at 6pm, I showed up 15 mins in advance and checked in. 3 people came in after me, all of them were taken in for their appointments.

I waited thinking they might be busy and I should be patient, and almost 30 mins had passed. I was told to wait 30 more minutes but I know that wait time would have kept increasing.

I have a tight work schedule and I have other appointments to attend through the months.

I don't understand why people arriving later than me were prioritized. There was a lady who had an appointment at 6h45 and they passed her before me. I booked this appointment way ahead of time, respected it by showing up early but I was simply skipped.

They tried to re-schedule me on a day I told them I wasn't available.

I've been coming here for several years but I'm finally moving away from it. It was just disrespectful to skip someone without notice.

No amount of justification will come off as sincere. If you want to skip someone, let them know!
