Dr Kazemian and Dental Technician Nassim are the most caring, warm, professional and qualified people I have had the privilege to tend to my beloved teeth. I highly recommend you visit this clinic and to be treated by these two incredible women. The support staff is as generous and competent as the professionals. A truly synergetic customer experience that is worth every dollar you spend!

She is very kind, patient and polite dental hygienist. She does her work very carefully and talks to the patients about the work steps at every stage. She cares a lot about his patients and I was very satisfied with her.

Went in for a teeth cleaning. I was assigned a hygienist who barely spoke French or English. During the procedure I tried to signal that she was hurting me - she did not seem to notice or care. Afterwards I told her that she hurt me - she responded by getting upset with me and became angry and cold for the remainder of the appointment.

She tried to ask me questions while keeping instruments in my mouth - when I explained to her that I couldn't speak with instruments in my mouth she got annoyed.

Later on, when I signaled that the spot she was touching was sensitive and painful, she declared she was done and ended the procedure early. I still had to pay full price.

On top of being the cutest dentist in town, Dr kazemian is professional, friendly and highly talented. A real tooth artist. Came in with a broken smile, and got out with a smile that lit up the street. The staff is amazing too. I highly recommend this clinic!

This particular clinic was recommended to me and I have to say that I’m happy I listened. Everyone is so welcoming, which immediately puts you at ease. Having a slight fear of the dentist, there is always some anxiety, but I felt really comfortable here. My hygienist was Genevieve, and she was great. She took her time to explain everything that she was doing and was very gentle with me. I would absolutely recommend this place to those looking for a new dentist!

I had a root canal and crown done here in late 2016. The equipment didn't work and it caused dental chair delays, and the crown immediately had sensitivity issues that have bothered me with intermittent pain on and off since then. Now, yesterday, the crown broke and fell off - just a few years later, and I have to go get it replaced during the pandemic - at a cost of $1500. My other crown was done in 2003 in Asia, and is still totally fine, never any problems. AVOID this office.

Update - the clinic responded and tried to pretend it was not the same tooth. In fact it 100% was as I only have two crowns and one is on the bottom molar (done at their clinic) and the other was done while on vacation in Asia in 2003, and is an upper molar (still in perfect condition). They are correct that I didn't have a root canal on this tooth, but rather they drilled away most of my tooth and made a huge filling - a technicality to try to avoid responsibility. I'm attaching the x-ray from my appointment this week that shows the tooth and the shoddy work they did with malfunctioning equipment. If you want quality dental work that won't result in thousands of dollars of repairs and multiple additional dental trips down the road, avoid this clinic. This repair will cost me $1500.

I went to another dental clinic prior to my visit to La cite and they couldn't identify the problem but La cite could identify and dealt with the issue which I was quite happy with. The staff too are very caring which is exceptional.

Staff are friendly and welcoming. The clinic is beautifully decorated and always clean. My appointments are always on time. Honestly, excellent experience every single time.

L’heure de rendez-vous est rarement respectée (au moins 15 minutes de retard et aucune excuse n’est présentée). Il semble que la clinique roule en mode grosse production et ça donne l’impression d’un service faiblement personnalisé/organisé.
Je souligne toutefois la qualité du travail de Dr. Lafortune.

We had an excellent experience at Clinique Dentaire La Cité getting wisdom teeth extracted. Staff was extremely polite and welcoming, the dentist was more than helpful, and the entire team truly made this tough experience as easy as possible.

I've been going here for 4 years now and every time I've been treated so well! They are very friendly, attentive, knowledgeable and genuine. I've never seen a dental staff that seemed to enjoy their jobs so much. Their pricing is also very fair and they worked to ensure that my invisalign would get covered by my insurance company.

Superbe service, j'allais à cette clinique depuis des années toutefois depuis qu'ils ont rénovés leurs bureaux, le nombre de traitements qu'ils me recommandent à doubler. Une fois que tous les traitements sont terminés ils me disent qu'ils faut refaire tous les plombages.une belle facture de 1000$ sortie de nulle part!
J'ai perdu confiance et j'ai l'impression de me faire avoir alors je vais aller chercher un 2e opinion. Je ne sais pas si je suis la seule?

I had an amazing experience with both teeth cleaning and wisdom teeth extraction. They also work directly with the McGill international student insurance and that makes my life so much easier. They also offer student discount for some of the services. Friendly and welcoming staff, thoughtful interior design, also with a great view of the mountains to calm you down:)

Love this clinic. Have been going there for the past few years and am always happy with their work, the environment, and the efficiency and attitude of the staff.

I have a moderate-severe reaction to epinephrine and despite warning them numerous times and highlighting NO-EPI in CAPITAL LETTERS at the top of my chart to make it impossible to miss, they injected me not only once but again after warning them a second time, which resulted in me convulsing in their chair on two separate occasions.

That said, Dr Kazemian did a good job repairing one of my teeth, as did Dr Collins, however they transferred my file to a lesser skilled dentist Dr Muller who put a clamp on my jaw and caused nerve damage, as well as a faulty pulp cap and filling that needed repair. I consulted half a dozen dentists at other clinics to review her work and agree it was not performed properly. It has since been repaired and doing well.

If you have a patient who needs advanced dental work, don't give them to a dentist who isn't skilled enough to do the work just because the patient isn't valuable enough to you. Especially after the epinephrine debacle. Traumatizing, humiliating experience. You owe me a refund.

I loved my experience here and the staff is just so wonderful! I had a wisdom tooth extraction 3 years ago and the procedure went by really smoothly. Last month I had a cleaning and my coffee stains were gone. They also simplify the steps that you need to stake for an extensive procedure like Invisalign and usually I’ve been very intimidated by other plans given to my by other clinics. Thank you!

I got sent to this clinic by my (rather eccentric and totally non-standard) insurance provider. That's a bit of a worrisome start for a relationship, but I have to say I've been very happy so far!

I had my wisdom teeth removed, and the surgery was very professionally done. Medication was spot-on, too, and I got an appointment pretty fast. I even got to keep the bloody teeth as a souvenir - I'm honestly impressed they were able to extract them intact!

The clinics communication is great, too, and I'm impressed they've been able to deal with my insurance provider without me having to intervene. Much appreciated!

Overall, my experience has been extremely positive.
